Diese Bedienungsanleitung ist Bestandteil der Magnet-Kernbohrmaschine MAB 100 (nachfolgend als Maschine bezeichnet) und gibt Ihnen wichtige Hinweise für die Inbetriebnahme, die Sicherheit, den bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch und die Pflege der

Maschine.

Die Bedienungsanleitung muss ständig in der Nähe der Maschine verfügbar sein. Sie ist von jeder Person zu lesen und anzuwenden, die mit der Bedienung, Störungsbehebung und/oder Reinigung der Maschine beauftragt ist.

Bewahren Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung auf und geben Sie diese mit der Maschine an Nachbesitzer weiter.

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Die Maschine ist ausschließlich für Bohrarbeiten in magnetische und nicht magnetische Metalle innerhalb der in den technischen

Daten angegebenen Grenzen bestimmt.

Eine andere oder darüber hinaus gehende Benutzung gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß.

Gefahr durch nicht bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung!

Von der Maschine können bei nicht bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung und/oder andersartiger Nutzung Gefahren ausgehen.

Die Maschine ausschließlich bestimmungsgemäß verwenden.

Die in dieser Bedienungsanleitung beschriebenen Vorgehensweisen einhalten.

Ansprüche jeglicher Art wegen Schäden aus nicht bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung sind ausgeschlossen.

Das Risiko trägt allein der Betreiber.

Sicherheit

Beachten Sie für einen sicheren Umgang mit der Maschine alle in dieser Bedienungsanleitung angegebenen Sicherheitshinweise.

Grundlegende Sicherheitshinweise

■

Verwenden Sie die Maschine nicht in explosionsgefährdeter

Umgebung.

Personen, die aufgrund ihrer körperlichen, geistigen oder motorischen Fähigkeiten nicht in der Lage sind, die Maschine sicher zu bedienen, dürfen die Maschine nur unter Aufsicht oder Anweisung durch eine verantwortliche Person benutzen.

Personen mit Herzschrittmacher oder anderen medizinischen

Implantaten dürfen diese Maschine nicht verwenden.

Kindern ist die Benutzung der Maschine nicht gestattet.

■

Kontrollieren Sie die Maschine vor der Verwendung auf äußere sichtbare Schäden. Nehmen Sie eine beschädigte Maschine nicht in Betrieb.

Lassen Sie Reparaturen an der Maschine nur von einer autorisierten Fachwerkstatt oder vom Werkskundendienst durchführen. Durch unsachgemäße Reparaturen können erhebliche

Gefahren für den Benutzer entstehen.

■ Eine Reparatur der Maschine während der Garantiezeit darf nur von einem vom Hersteller autorisierten Kundendienst vorgenommen werden, andernfalls erlischt der Garantieanspruch.

■ Defekte Bauteile dürfen nur gegen Original-Ersatzteile ausgetauscht werden. Nur bei diesen Teilen ist gewährleistet, dass die Sicherheitsanforderungen erfüllt werden.

■ Lassen Sie die Maschine während des Betriebes nicht unbeaufsichtigt.

■ Schalten Sie die Maschine vor jedem Werkzeugwechsel und vor jeder Reinigung aus. Warten Sie, bis die Maschine nicht mehr dreht.

■

Greifen Sie während des Betriebes nicht in das laufende

Werkzeug. Späne nur bei still stehender Maschine entfernen.

Lagern Sie die Maschine nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe von

Hitzequellen (z.B. Feuer, Radiatoren, Heizlüftern oder anderen

Wärme ausstrahlenden Geräten).

Die Maschine nicht im Freien stehen lassen und keiner Feuchtigkeit aussetzen.

Sicherheit

Gefahr durch elektrischen Strom

GEFAHR

Lebensgefahr durch elektrischen Strom!

Beim Kontakt mit unter Spannung stehenden Leitungen oder Bauteilen besteht Lebensgefahr!

Beachten Sie die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise, um eine Gefährdung durch elektrischen Strom zu vermeiden:

►

Öffnen Sie nicht das Gehäuse der Maschine. Werden spannungsführende Anschlüsse berührt besteht Stromschlaggefahr.

Tauchen Sie die Maschine oder den Netzstecker niemals in

Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten.

Verwenden Sie ausschließlich Verlängerungsleitungen oder

Kabeltrommeln mit einem Kabelquerschnitt von 1,5 mm².

Verletzungsgefahr

WARNUNG

Verletzungsgefahr bei unsachgemäßem Umgang mit der

Maschine!

Beachten Sie die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise, um sich oder andere nicht zu verletzen:

►

Betreiben Sie die Maschine nur mit der in dieser Anleitung angegebenen Schutzausrüstung (siehe Kapitel Persönliche

Schutzausrüstung).

Bei Arbeiten auf einem Gerüst muss der Bediener mit einem

Auffanggurt gesichert werden, da die Maschine bei einem

Stromausfall einen gefährlichen Pendelschlag ausführen kann.

►

Prüfen Sie vor jeder Verwendung den sicheren Halt des

Elektromagneten auf dem Untergrund (siehe Kapitel Vorbe-

reitungen).

Sichern Sie die Maschine mit der beigefügten Sicherheitskette bei Arbeiten in schräger oder senkrechter Position und bei Überkopfarbeiten. Die Maschine kann herabfallen, wenn der Magnet gelöst wird oder die Spannung ausfällt.

Prüfen Sie vor jeder Verwendung den sicheren Sitz des

Werkzeuges (siehe Kapitel Werkzeug einsetzen).

Lassen Sie die Anschlussleitung nicht über Ecken hängen

(Stolperdrahteffekt).

Sicherheit

Vermeidung von Beschädigungen

ACHTUNG

Mögliche Sachschäden bei unsachgemäßem Umgang mit der Maschine!

Beachten Sie die folgenden Hinweise, um Sachschäden zu vermeiden:

►

Vergleichen Sie vor dem Anschließen der Maschine die

Anschlussdaten (Spannung und Frequenz) auf dem Typenschild mit denen des Elektronetzes. Diese Daten müssen

übereinstimmen, damit keine Schäden an der Maschine auftreten.

Tragen Sie die Maschine immer am Handgriff; nicht an der

Anschlussleitung.

Ziehen Sie die Anschlussleitung immer am Netzstecker aus der Steckdose, nicht an der Netzleitung.

Quetschen Sie die Anschlussleitung nicht ein.

►

Setzen Sie die Anschlussleitung weder Hitze noch chemischen Flüssigkeiten aus.

Ziehen Sie die Anschlussleitung nicht über scharfe Kanten oder heiße Oberflächen.

Verlegen Sie die Anschlussleitung so, dass sie nicht vom drehenden Teil der Maschine erfasst und aufgewickelt werden kann.

Sicherheitseinrichtungen

Wiederanlaufschutz

HINWEIS

► Die Maschine stoppt automatisch, wenn der Haltemagnet abgeschaltet wird oder ein Stromausfall eintritt.

Um ein unerwartetes Anlaufen der Maschine beim Wiedereinschalten des Haltemagneten oder bei Rückkehr der Stromversorgung zu verhindern (Wiederanlaufschutz), muss die Maschine

über den Ein-/Ausschalter erneut eingeschaltet werden.

Vor dem Erstgebrauch

Transportinspektion

Die Maschine wird standardmäßig mit den im Kapitel Bestandteile/Lieferumfang angegebenen Komponenten geliefert.

HINWEIS

► Prüfen Sie die Lieferung auf Vollständigkeit und auf sichtbare Schäden. Melden Sie eine unvollständige oder beschädigte Lieferung umgehend Ihrem Händler/Lieferanten.

Vorbereitungen

In diesem Kapitel erhalten Sie wichtige Hinweise zu den notwendigen Vorbereitungen vor dem Beginn der Arbeiten.

Zusätzliche Sicherungsmaßnahmen bei bestimmten Arbeiten

Bei den nachfolgend aufgeführten Arbeiten sind zusätzliche Sicherheitsvorkehrungen zu treffen:

Nicht waagerechte Arbeitsposition

WARNUNG

Verletzungsgefahr durch Herabfallen der Maschine.

Bei Arbeiten in schräger oder senkrechter Lage oder Überkopf muss die Maschine mit der mitgelieferten Sicherheitskette (C) gegen Herabfallen gesichert werden.

►

Prüfen Sie die Sicherheitskette vor Verwendung auf einwandfreie Funktion. Eine beschädigte Sicherheitskette darf nicht verwendet werden. Tauschen Sie eine beschädigte

Sicherheitskette sofort aus.

Bringen Sie die Sicherheitskette so an, dass sich die Maschine beim Abrutschen vom Bediener weg bewegt.

►

Legen Sie die Sicherheitskette möglichst spielfrei um den

Handgriff der Maschine.

Prüfen Sie vor Beginn der Arbeiten den sicheren Sitz der

Sicherheitskette und des Verschlusses.

Verwenden Sie die im Kapitel Persönliche Schutzausrüs-

tung angegebene Schutzausrüstung.

Vorbereitungen

Arbeit auf einem Gerüst

►

WARNUNG

Absturzgefahr durch plötzliche Pendelbewegung der Maschine .

Bei Arbeiten auf einem Gerüst kann die Maschine beim Anlaufen oder bei Stromausfall eine plötzliche Pendelbewegung ausführen.

► Sichern Sie die Maschine mit der beiliegenden Sicherheitskette (C).

Sichern Sie sich gegen Absturz durch Anlegen eines Auffanggurtes.

Beschaffenheit des Untergrundes prüfen

Die Magnethaftkraft ist abhängig von der Beschaffenheit des

Untergrundes. Die Haftkraft wird durch Farb-, Zink- und Zunderschichten sowie Rost stark vermindert.

Folgende Voraussetzungen muss der Untergrund erfüllen, damit eine ausreichende Magnethaftung hergestellt werden kann:

■ Der Untergrund muss magnetisch sein.

■

Die Haftfläche und der Magnetfuß (10) müssen sauber und fettfrei sein.

Die Haftfläche muss frei von Unebenheiten sein.

HINWEIS

► Reinigen Sie den Untergrund und den Magnetfuß (10) der

Maschine vor Verwendung.

►

Entfernen Sie Unebenheiten und losen Rost vom Untergrund.

BDS bietet im Zubehörprogramm spezielle Haltevorrichtungen an.

Die beste Haftwirkung wird auf kohlenstoffarmen Stahl mit einer

Stärke von mindestens 20 mm erreicht.

Vorbereitungen

Stahl mit geringer Dicke

Zum Bohren in Stahl mit geringer Dicke muss eine zusätzliche

Stahlplatte (Mindestabmessung: 100 x 200 x 20 mm) unter dem

Werkstück angebracht werden. Sichern Sie die Stahlplatte gegen

Herabfallen.

NE-Metalle oder Werkstücke mit unplaner Oberfläche

Zum Bohren in NE-Metalle oder bei Werkstücken mit unplaner

Oberfläche muss eine spezielle Haltevorrichtung verwendet werden.

HINWEIS

► BDS bietet im Zubehörprogramm spezielle Spannvorrichtungen für Rohre und nicht magnetische Werkstoffe an.

Werkzeug einsetzen

Die Maschine ist mit einer 19 mm Weldon-Direktaufnahme ausgestattet und kann Kernbohrer bis 30 mm Länge aufnehmen.

HINWEIS

► Verwenden Sie keine beschädigten, verunreinigte oder abgenutzte Werkzeuge.

► Führen Sie Werkzeugwechsel nur bei ausgeschalteter und still stehender Maschine durch.

Vorbereitungen

Kernbohrer

Kernbohrer einsetzen

Säubern Sie vor dem Einsetzen den Weldonschaft des Kernbohrers und die Direktaufnahme (2) der Maschine.

Prüfen Sie den Anschluss der Leitung für das Schmiermittel.

Lösen Sie beide Inbusschrauben in der Direktaufnahme mit dem mitgelieferten Inbusschlüssel (A).

Setzen Sie den Kernbohrer in die Direktaufnahme (2) ein.

HINWEIS

► Vor dem Einsetzen des Kernbohrers den Auswerferstift (B) einsetzen.

Drehen Sie beide Inbusschrauben in der Direktaufnahme (2) mit dem mitgelieferten Inbusschlüssel (A) fest.

WARNUNG

Verletzungsgefahr durch falsch eingesetztes Werkzeug.

► Prüfen Sie den sicheren Sitz des Kernbohrers.

Werkzeug entnehmen

Lösen Sie beide Inbusschrauben in der Direktaufnahme (2) mit dem mitgelieferten Inbusschlüssel (A) und nehmen Sie den Kernbohrer nach unten heraus.

Verwendung

Haftmagnet ein-/ausschalten

Haftmagnet einschalten

ACHTUNG

► Schalten Sie den Haftmagneten nur ein, wenn die Maschine auf einem magnetischen Untergrund steht, um eine Überhitzung des Magneten zu verhindern.

Schalten Sie den Schalter (22) ein. Die Kontrollleuchte im

Schalter (22) leuchtet.

ACHTUNG

► Die maximale Magnethaltekraft steht erst nach dem Einschalten des Motors zur Verfügung.

Haftmagnet ausschalten

Sichern Sie die Maschine am Handgriff (7), um ein Abrutschen der Maschine zu verhindern.

Schalten Sie den Schalter (22) aus. Die Kontrollleuchte im

Schalter (22) erlischt.

Maschine ein-/ausschalten

Schalten Sie die Maschine am Ein-/Ausschalter (21) mit dem grünen Knopf ein (I) und mit dem roten Knopf aus (O).

HINWEIS

► Die Maschine lässt sich nur einschalten, wenn zuvor der

Haftmagnet eingeschaltet wurde.

►

Lassen Sie eine stark erhitzte Maschine zur Kühlung im

Leerlauf für ca. 2 Minuten nachlaufen.

Die Maschine schaltet sich bei Stromausfall oder Abschalten des Haftmagneten automatisch aus.

Verwendung

Bohren mit der Maschine

Bohren mit Kernbohrern

Zum Bohren mit Kernbohrern gehen Sie wie folgt vor:

Setzen Sie den Auswerferstift (B) in den Kernbohrer ein.

Setzen Sie den Kernbohrer mit Auswerferstift wie im Kapitel

Werkzeug einsetzen beschrieben ein.

Platzieren Sie die Maschine am Einsatzort, richten Sie sie aus und schalten Sie den Haftmagneten ein.

Schalten Sie die Maschine ein.

Führen Sie den Bohrer mit dem Handhebel (8) zum Material.

HINWEIS

Beachten Sie die folgenden Hinweise beim Bohrvorgang mit

Kernbohrern:

►

Das Bohren mit Kernbohrern erfordert keinen großen

Kraftaufwand. Bei größerem Druck beschleunigt sich der

Bohrvorgang nicht. Der Bohrer nutzt schneller ab und die

Maschine kann überlastet werden.

Verwenden Sie die an der Maschine angebrachte Kühlschmiereinrichtung mit Hochleistungsschneidöl BDS 5000.

Bei Arbeiten über Kopf kann die Kühlschmiereinrichtung nicht verwendet werden. Benutzen Sie in diesem Fall das

Hochleistungsfettspray ZHS 400. Sprühen Sie den Bohrer vor dem Bohren von Innen und Außen mit Fettspray ein. Bei größeren Bohrtiefen diesen Vorgang wiederholen.

Achten Sie auf einen regelmäßigen Spanabfluss. Bei größeren Bohrtiefen den Span brechen.

Reinigung

WARNUNG

Schalten Sie die Maschine vor jeder Wartung und Reinigung aus und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose.

Gefahr durch unsachgemäße Reparaturen!

Durch unsachgemäße Reparaturen können erhebliche Gefahren für den Benutzer und Schäden an der Maschine entstehen.

► Reparaturen an Elektrogeräten dürfen nur vom Werkskundendienst oder von Fachleuten durchgeführt werden, die vom Hersteller geschult sind.

Führung des Maschinenschlittens nachstellen

Sollte die Führung des Maschinenschlittens (11) Spiel aufweisen, muss diese nachgestellt werden. Gehen Sie dazu wie folgt vor:

Lösen Sie die Klemmschrauben.

Ziehen Sie gleichmäßig die Stellschrauben nach.

Drehen Sie die Klemmschrauben wieder fest.

Kohlebürsten auswechseln

Der Austausch der Kohlebürsten darf nur durch BDS oder eine autorisierte Fachwerkstatt erfolgen. Bei eigenmächtigen Reparaturen erlischt der Garantieanspruch.

Rohstoffe und verringert das Abfallaufkommen.

Instructions for use

These operating instructions form an integral part of the Magnetic

Core Drilling Machine MAB 100 (hereinafter referred to as "machine") and contains important information for the commissioning, safety, intended use and care of the machine.

The operating instructions must be kept near the machine at all times. They must be read and observed by all persons entrusted with operation, troubleshooting and/or cleaning of the machine.

Keep these operating instructions in a safe place and pass them on with the machine to any future owners.

The machine is intended solely for drilling operations in magnetic and non-magnetic metals within the limits specified in the technical data.

Use in any other or further way is not considered an intended use.

If not used for its intended purpose and/or used in any other way, the machine may be or become a source of danger.

Safety

Observe all the safety precautions given in these operating instructions for safe use of the machine.

Fundamental safety precautions

■ Do not use the machine in potentially explosive environments.

■

Persons who due to their physical, mental or motor response abilities are unable to operate the machine safely may only use the machine under supervision or instruction by a responsible person.

Persons with heart pacemakers or other medical implants must not use this machine.

■ Children must not be allowed to use the machine.

■

Inspect the machine for visible signs of damage before use.

Do not use a visibly damaged machine.

Have repairs to the machine carried out only by an authorised workshop or by the works after-sales service. Unqualified repairs can pose considerable dangers for the user.

Repairs to the machine during the warranty period may only be carried out by a service centre authorised by the manufacturer, as otherwise the warranty will be voided.

Defective parts may only be replaced with original spare parts.

Only these parts guarantee that the safety requirements are satisfied.

Do not leave the machine unsupervised during operation.

Always switch off the machine before changing tools or cleaning. Wait until the machine has come to a complete standstill.

During the operation, keep your hands off the tool in motion.

Remove chips with the machine at standstill only.

Do not store the machine in the immediate vicinity of heat sources (such as fire, radiators, fan heaters or other heat radiating devices).

Do not leave the machine standing outdoors and do not expose to moisture.

Contact with live leads or components poses a risk of serious injury or even death!

Observe the following safety precautions to avoid any electric shock hazard:

Do not open the housing of the machine. Risk of electric shock if live terminals are touched.

Never immerse the machine or the power plug in water or other liquids.

Use only extension leads or cable drums with a cable crosssection of 1.5 mm².

Observe the following safety precautions to avoid injuring yourself and/or others:

Operate the machine only with the protective equipment stipulated in these operating instructions (see chapter Per-

sonal protective equipment).

When working on scaffolding, the operator must be secured with a safety belt as the machine can oscillate dangerously in the event of a power failure.

Check the secure clamping of the electromagnets on the substrate before every use (see chapter Preparations).

Secure the machine with the safety chain supplied when working in inclined or vertical position and during overhead work. The machine can fall down if the magnet comes loose or the power fails.

►

Check the secure chucking of the tool before every use (see chapter Inserting the tool).

Do not allow the connecting lead to hang over edges (trip wire effect).

Prevention of damage

CAUTION

Potential property damage in case of inexpert handling of the machine!

Observe the following instructions to avoid property damage:

► Before connecting the machine, compare the connection data (voltage and frequency) on the rating plate with those of your mains power supply. The data must correspond in order to avoid damage to the machine.

►

Always carry the machine at the handle, not by the connecting lead.

Always pull the mains lead out of the plug socket at the plug, not at the mains lead.

Do not pinch the connecting lead.

Do not expose the connecting lead to heat or chemical liquids.

Do not pull the connecting lead across sharp edges or hot surfaces.

Lay the connecting lead in such a way that it cannot be caught and wound up in the rotating part of the machine.

Restarting protection

NOTE

► The machine stops automatically of the magnetic clamp is switched off or in the event of a power failure.

In order to prevent unexpected starting of the machine when the magnetic clamp is switched on again or when the power supply returns after a power failure ("restarting protection"), the machine must be switched on at the ON/OFF switch again.

Before using for the first time

Transport inspection

The machine is supplied as standard with the components indicated in chapter "Components/scope of supply".

NOTE

► Inspect the delivery for completeness and obvious signs of damage. Report an incomplete or damaged delivery to your supplier/dealer immediately.

Preparations

This chapter contains important instructions for the necessary preparations before starting work.

Additional safety measures for certain operations

Additional safety precautions must be taken for the following operations with the machine:

Non-horizontal working position

WARNING

Risk of injury from the falling machine .

When working in inclined or vertical position and during overhead work, the machine must be secured to prevent it from falling using the safety chain (C) supplied.

►

Check the safety chain for proper function before every use.

A damaged safety chain must not be used. Replace a damaged safety chain immediately.

Attach the safety chain in such a way that the machine moves away from the operator in the event of slipping.

►

Lay the safety chain as tightly as possible around the handle of the machine.

Check the secure fitting of the safety chain and lock before starting work.

Use the protective equipment stipulated in chapter Personal protective equipment.

Preparations

Work on scaffolding

►

WARNING

Risk of falling from sudden oscillating movements of the machine .

When working on scaffolding, the machine can make a sudden oscillating movement on starting or in the event of a power failure.

► Secure the machine with the safety chain (C) supplied.

Wear a safety belt to protect yourself from falling.

Check the condition of the substrate

The magnet clamping force is dependent on the condition of the substrate. The clamping force is significantly reduced by paint, zinc and scale coatings and rust.

The substrate must satisfy the following preconditions in order that a sufficient magnet clamping force can be achieved:

■

The substrate must be magnetic.

The clamping surface and the magnetic foot (10) must be clean and grease-free.

The clamping surface must be completely smooth and level.

NOTE

►

Clean the substrate and the magnetic foot (10) of the machine before use.

Remove any unevenness and loose rust from the substrate.

► BDS offers special holding devices in its range of accessories.

The best clamping effect is obtained on low-carbon steel substrate with a thickness of at least 20 mm.

Preparations

Steel of low thickness

When drilling in steel of low thickness, an additional steel plate

(minimum dimensions 100 x 200 x 20 mm) must be placed under the workpiece. Secure the steel plate to prevent it from falling.

NF metals or workpieces with an uneven surface

A special holding device must be used when drilling in NF metals or in workpieces with an uneven surface.

NOTE

► BDS offers special clamping devices for tubes and nonmagnetic materials in its range of accessories.

Inserting the tool

The machine is equipped with a 19 mm Weldon tool mount, and can provide drilling up to 30 mm of length.

NOTE

►

Do not use damaged, soiled or worn tools.

Carry out tool changes only with the machine switched off and at standstill.

Core drill

Inserting the core drill

Before mounting, clean the Weldon shank and tool mount (2) of the machine.

Check the the lead connection for lubricant.

Unscrew the two Allen screws in the tool mount using the

Allen key (A) supplied.

Insert the core drill in the tool mount (2).

NOTE

► Insert the appropriate ejector pin (B) before inserting a core drill.

Tighten the two Allen screws in the tool mount (2) using the

Allen key (A) supplied.

WARNING

Risk of injury from an incorrectly inserted tool!

► Check the stability of the core drill.

Removing the tool

Loosen the two Allen screws in the tool mount (2) using the

Allen key (A) supplied and pull the tool downwards out of the tool mount.

Activating/deactivating magnetic clamp

Activating magnetic clamp

CAUTION

► Switch on the magnetic clamp only when the machine is standing on a magnetic substrate to avoid overheating of the magnet.

Turn on switch (22). The indicator light in switch (22) comes on.

CAUTION

► The maximum magnet clamping force is only available after switching on the motor.

Deactivating magnetic clamp

Secure the machine at the handle (7) to prevent the machine from slipping off the surface.

Turn off switch (22). The indicator light in switch (22) goes out.

Switching machine ON/OFF

Turn the machine ON at the ON/OFF switch (21) with the green button (I) and OFF with the red button (O).

NOTE

► The machine can only be switched on when the magnetic clamp has been switched on.

►

Allow a severely overheated machine to run on at no-load speed for approx. 2 minutes to let it cool down.

The machine switches off automatically in the event of a power failure or if the magnetic clamp is switched off.

Operation

Drilling with the machine

Drilling with core drills

Proceed as follows when drilling with core drills:

Insert the ejector pin (B) into the drill chuck.

Insert the drill chuck with the ejector pin as described in chapter Inserting the tool.

Position the machine at the working location, align it and switch on the magnetic clamps.

Switch the machine on.

Direct the drill with the hand lever (8) to the material.

NOTE

Observe the following instructions when drilling with core drills:

►

Drilling with core drills requires no great effort. The drilling process is not accelerated by higher pressure. The drill wears faster and the machine can be overloaded.

Use the cooling lubricant system installed on the machine with high-performance cutting oil BDS 5000.

►

The cooling lubricant system cannot be used when working overhead. In this case use the high-performance grease spray ZHS 400. Spray the drill on the inside and outside before drilling. Repeat this procedure when drilling deeper holes.

Pay attention to a regular chip discharge. With larger drilling depths, break the chip.

Cleaning

WARNING

Switch off the machine and pull the mains plug out of the plug socket before starting maintenance and cleaning.

► When using compressed air for cleaning, wear protective goggles and protective gloves and protect other persons in the working area.

CAUTION

► Never immerse the machine in water or other liquids.

After every use

Remove the installed tool.

Remove chips and coolant residues.

Clean the tool and the tool mounting on the machine.

Clean the guide of the machine slide.

Return the machine and accessories to the transport case.

Maintenance

WARNING

Danger caused by unqualified repairs!

Unqualified repairs can pose considerable dangers for the user and cause damage to the machine.

► Repairs to electrical appliances may only be carried out by the works after-sales service or by specialists trained by the manufacturer.

Adjusting the guide of the machine slide

If the guide of the machine slide (11) shows signs of backlash, it must be adjusted. Proceed as follows:

Loosen the clamping bolts.

Tighten the adjusting screws uniformly.

Tighten the clamping bolts again.

Replacing the carbon brushes

Replacement of the carbon brushes may only be carried out by

BDS or by an authorised repair workshop. Unauthorised repairs will void the warranty.

Storage/disposal

Storage

If you do not intend to use the machine for a longer period of time, clean it as described in chapter Cleaning. Store the machine and all the accessories in the transport case in a dry, clean and frostfree location.

Disposal

Disposal of the packaging

The packaging protects the machine from transport damage. The packaging materials have been selected according to environmental and waste disposal aspects and can therefore be recycled.

The return of the packaging to the material cycle helps conserve raw materials and reduces the production of waste.

When no longer required, dispose of the packaging materials in accordance with the local regulations in force.

Disposal of the old appliance

Within the European Community, this product must not be disposed of in the domestic refuse.

Dispose of the product in accordance with the EC Directive

2002/96/EC-WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).

Le présent mode d'emploi fait partie intégrante de la perceuse à foret magnétique MAB 100 (désignée ci-après comme l'appareil) ; elle vous donne des indications importantes pour la mise en service, la sécurité, l'utilisation conforme et l'entretien de l'appareil.

Le mode d'emploi doit toujours être disponible à proximité de la machine. Elle doit être lue et appliquée par chaque personne chargée d'utiliser, de réparer et/ou de nettoyer la machine.

Conservez le présent mode d'emploi et remettez-le avec la machine à son propriétaire ultérieur.

Indications d'utilisation

Utilisation conforme

La machine est uniquement prévue pour le perçage des métaux magnétiques et non magnétiques dans le cadre des limites indiquées dans les données techniques.

Toute autre utilisation ou toute utilisation dépassant ce cadre est considérée comme non conforme.

AVERTISSEMENT

En cas d'utilisation non conforme, et/ou autre, la machine peut présenter des dangers.

La machine doit uniquement être utilisée de manière conforme.

Respecter les procédures décrites dans la présente notice d'utilisation.

Sécurité

Pour le maniement sûr de la machine, veuillez observer toutes les indications de sécurité figurant dans le présent mode d'emploi.

Consignes de sécurité fondamentales

N'utilisez pas la machine dans les environnements soumis à des risques d'explosions.

Les personnes n'étant pas en mesure de manipuler sûrement la machine en raison de leurs capacités physiques, mentales ou motrices, sont uniquement autorisées à utiliser la machine sous la surveillance ou sous l'instruction d'une personne responsable.

■ Les personnes portant des stimulateurs cardiaques ou tout autre implant médical ne doivent pas utiliser cette machine.

Il est interdit aux enfants d'utiliser la machine.

Avant d'utiliser la machine, veuillez la contrôler pour vérifier qu'elle ne présente aucun dommage apparent. Ne mettez pas en service une machine endommagée.

Ne faites réparer la machine que par un atelier spécialisé agréé ou par le service après-ventes de l'usine. Des réparations inappropriées peuvent entraîner des risques considérables pour l'utilisateur.

Pendant la période de garantie, toute réparation de la machine doit uniquement être effectuée par un service après-ventes autorisé par le fabricant, faute de quoi les droits de garantie perdent leur effet pour les dommages en résultant.

Les composants défectueux doivent uniquement être remplacés par des pièces de rechange originales. Le respect des exigences de sécurité est uniquement garanti avec ces pièces.

Pendant le fonctionnement de la machine, ne la laissez pas sans surveillance.

■ Avant tout changement d'outil et tout nettoyage, éteignez la machine. Attendez jusqu'à ce que la machine ne tourne plus.

■ Pendant le fonctionnement, ne passez la main dans l’outil en marche. Retirez les copeaux uniquement lorsque la machine est complètement arrêtée.

■ Ne rangez pas la machine à proximité immédiate de sources de chaleur (par ex. feu, radiateurs, radiateurs soufflants ou autres appareils émetteurs de chaleur).

■ Ne laissez pas la machine en plein air et ne l'exposez pas à l'humidité.

Risques issus du courant électrique

DANGER

Danger de mort causé par le courant électrique !

Il y a danger de mort en cas de contact avec des lignes ou des composants sous tension .

Pour éviter tous risques causés par le courant électrique, veuillez respecter les consignes de sécurité suivantes :

►

N'ouvrez pas le boîtier de la machine. En cas de contact avec des branchements sous tension, il y a risque d'électrocution.

Ne plongez jamais la machine ou la fiche réseau dans de l'eau ou dans d'autres liquides.

Utilisez uniquement des câbles de rallonge ou des tambours de câbles ayant une section de 1,5 mm².

Risque de blessures

AVERTISSEMENT

Risques de blessures en cas de manipulation incorrecte de la machine !

Pour ne pas risquer de vous blesser, vous et d'autres personnes, veuillez respecter les consignes de sécurité suivantes :

►

Utilisez uniquement la machine avec l'équipement de protection indiqué dans le présent mode d'emploi (voir le chapitre Equipement de protection personnel).

En cas de travaux sur un échafaudage, l'opérateur doit

être protégé par une courroie de retenue, puisqu'en cas de panne de courant, il y a danger de chocs provoqués par pendule et entraînés par la machine.

►

Avant chaque utilisation, veuillez vérifier que la tenue de l'électroaimant soit sûre sur le fond (voir le chapitre Prépa-

rations).

Fixez la machine avec la chaîne de sécurité jointe pour les travaux en position inclinée, verticale ou au-dessus de la tête. La machine peut tomber si l'aimant se relâche ou si la tension s'arrête.

Avant chaque utilisation, veuillez vérifier que le siège de l'outil soit sûr (voir le chapitre Mise en place de l'outil).

Ne laissez pas pendre la ligne de raccordement au-dessus des angles (risque de trébucher à cause du fil).

Sécurité

Prévention des dégâts

ATTENTION

Dommages matériels possibles en cas de manipulation incorrecte de la machine !

Pour éviter tous dommages matériels, veuillez respecter les consignes suivantes :

►

Avant de brancher la machine, comparez les données de raccordement (tension et fréquence) sur la plaque signalétique avec celles de votre réseau électrique. Pour qu'aucun dommage ne se produise sur la machine, ces données doivent être identiques.

Portez toujours la machine par le manche et non par le câble électrique.

►

Débranchez toujours la ligne de raccordement en tirant sur la surface de préhension de la fiche et non sur le câble

électrique.

Ne coincez pas la ligne de raccordement.

N'exposez le câble électrique ni à la chaleur, ni aux liquides chimiques.

Ne faîtes pas passer le câble électrique sur des arêtes vives ou des surfaces très chaudes.

Posez le câble électrique de manière à ce qu'il ne puisse pas être saisi ni enroulé par la pièce tournante de la machine.

Equipements de sécurité

Protection anti-reprise

INDICATION

► La machine s'arrête automatiquement lorsque l'électroaimant de maintien est éteint ou lorsqu'une panne de courant se produit.

Pour empêcher toute reprise inattendue de la machine lorsque l'électroaimant de maintien se remet en marche ou lorsque l'alimentation en électricité est rétablie (protection anti-reprise), la machine doit être remise en marche par l'intermédiaire de la touche Marche/arrêt.

Avant la première utilisation

Inspection du transport

En version standard, la machine est livrée avec les composants indiqués au chapitre Composants/étendue de la livraison.

INDICATION

► Contrôlez la livraison pour en vérifier l'intégralité et l'absence de dommages visibles. Signalez dans les plus brefs délais une livraison incomplète ou endommagée à votre fournisseur/commerçant.

Préparations

Dans ce chapitre, vous recevrez des indications importantes sur les préparations nécessaires avant de commencer les travaux.

Mesures de protection supplémentaires lors de certains travaux

Pour les travaux répertoriés ci-après, des mesures de sécurité supplémentaires doivent être effectuées :

Position de travail non horizontale

►

AVERTISSEMENT

Risque de blessures par la chute de la machine .

Lors des travaux en position inclinée, verticale ou au-dessus de la tête, la machine doit être protégée contre les chutes à l'aide de la chaîne de sécurité jointe (C).

► Avant de l'utiliser, vérifiez que la chaîne de sécurité soit en parfait état de fonctionnement. Il est interdit d'utiliser une chaîne de sécurité endommagée. Remplacez immédiatement une chaîne de sécurité endommagée.

►

Appliquez la chaîne de sécurité de manière à ce que la machine s'éloigne de l'opérateur en cas de dérapage.

Mettez la chaîne avec le moins de jeu possible autour de la poignée de la machine.

► Avant de commencer les travaux, vérifiez que la chaîne de sécurité et le cadenas soient en position sûre.

Utilisez l'équipement de protection indiqué au chapitre Equi-

pement de protection personnel.

Préparations

Travail sur un échafaudage

►

AVERTISSEMENT

Risque de chute à cause d'un mouvement oscillant soudain de la machine .

En cas de travaux sur un échafaudage, la machine peut effectuer un mouvement oscillant soudain au démarrage ou en cas de panne de courant.

► Fixez la machine avec la chaîne de sécurité jointe (C).

Protégez-vous contre les chutes en portant une courroie de retenue.

Contrôler les qualités du fond

La force de retenue magnétique dépend des qualités du fond.

La force de retenue est fortement réduite par les couches de peinture, de zinc ou de calamine et par la rouille.

Le fond doit satisfaire aux conditions suivantes afin qu'une retenue magnétique suffisante puisse être établie :

■ Le fond doit être magnétique.

■

La surface de retenue et le pied magnétique (10) doivent être propre et exempts de graisse.

La surface de retenue ne doit pas présenter de déformations.

INDICATION

► Nettoyez le fond et le pied magnétique (10) de la machine avant l'utilisation.

►

Supprimez les déformations et les résidus de rouille décollée du fond.

Dans son programme d'accessoires, BDS propose des dispositifs de fixation spéciaux.

Le meilleur effet d'adhérence peut être obtenu sur de l'acier doux ayant une épaisseur d'au moins 20 mm.

Préparations

Acier ayant une basse épaisseur

Pour percer dans l'acier ayant une basse épaisseur, une plaque en acier supplémentaire (dimensions minimales : 100 x 200 x 20 mm) doit être apposée au-dessous de la pièce à usiner. Fixez la plaque en acier pour la protéger contre les chutes.

Métaux non ferreux ou pièces à usiner avec surface non plane .

Pour le perçage dans les métaux non ferreux ou en cas de pièces

à usiner ayant une surface non plane, il faut utiliser un dispositif de retenue spécial.

INDICATION

► Dans son programme d'accessoires, BDS propose des dispositifs de serrage pour les tuyaux et les matériaux non magnétiques.

Mise en place de l'outil

La machine est équipée d’un raccordement direct 19 mm Weldon et elle peut être équipée de forets magnétiques jusqu’à 30 mm de longueur.

INDICATION

►

N'utilisez pas d'outils endommagés, salis ou usés.

Effectuez uniquement le remplacement d'outils lorsque la machine est arrêtée et débranchée.

Préparations

Foret magnétique

Mise en place du foret magnétique

Avant la mise en place, nettoyez la tige Weldon du foret magnétique et le raccordement direct (2) de la machine.

Contrôlez le branchement de la conduite pour le lubrifiant.

Desserrez les deux vis à six pans creux dans le raccordement direct à l’aide de la clé pour vis à six pans creux livrée

(A).

Insérez le foret magnétique dans le raccordement direct (2).

INDICATION

► Avant la mise en place du foret magnétique, insérez la tige d'éjection (B).

Serrez à fond les deux vis à six pans creux dans le raccordement direct (2) à l’aide de la clé pour vis à six pans creux livrée (A).

AVERTISSEMENT

Risques de blessures suite à un emploi erroné de l'outil !

► Veuillez contrôler l'assise sûre du foret magnétique.

Retirer l’outil

Desserrez les deux vis à six pans creux dans le raccordement direct (2) à l’aide de la clé pour vis à six pans creux livrée (A) et retirez le foret magnétique par le bas.

Utilisation

Allumer/éteindre la fixation magnétique

Allumer la fixation magnétique

ATTENTION

► Allumez la fixation magnétique uniquement si la machine se trouve sur un fond magnétique, afin d'éviter toute surchauffe de l'aimant.

Allumez le bouton (22). Le voyant de contrôle du bouton (22) s’allume.

ATTENTION

► La force de retenue magnétique maximale n'est disponible qu'après la mise en marche du moteur.

Eteindre la fixation magnétique

Fixez la machine à la poignée (7) pour empêcher que la machine ne glisse.

Eteignez le bouton (22). Le voyant de contrôle du bouton (22) s’éteint.

Allumer/éteindre la machine

Sur l'interrupteur Marche/arrêt (21), allumez la machine en actionnant le bouton vert (I) et éteignez-la à l'aide du bouton rouge (O).

INDICATION

►

La machine ne peut se mettre en marche que si la fixation magnétique a été allumée auparavant.

Faîtes fonctionner à vide une machine fortement chauffée pendant env. 2 minutes pour la faire refroidir.

► En cas de panne de courant ou d'arrêt de la fixation magnétique, la machine s'arrête automatiquement.

Utilisation

Perçage avec la machine

Perçage avec les forets magnétiques

Pour le perçage avec les forets magnétiques, veuillez procéder comme suit :

Insérez la tige d’éjection (B) dans le foret magnétique.

Insérez le foret magnétique court avec la tige d’éjection de la manière décrite au chapitre Mise en place de l’outil.

Placez la machine au lieu d’utilisation, alignez-la et allumez la fixation magnétique.

Allumez la machine

Amenez le mandrin vers le matériau en utilisant le levier manuel (8).

INDICATION

Lors du perçage avec les forets magnétiques, veuillez observer les indications suivantes :

►

Le perçage avec les forets magnétiques ne nécessite pas grand effort. Si vous augmentez la pression, l'opération de perçage ne va pas s'accélérer. Le mandrin s'usera plus rapidement et la machine peut être sollicitée de manière excessive.

Utilisez le dispositif de lubrification réfrigérante installé sur la machine avec huile de coupe haute performance BDS 5000.

En cas de travaux au-dessus de la tête, il n'est pas possible d'utiliser le dispositif de lubrification. Dans ce cas, utilisez le pulvérisateur à graisse haute performance ZHS 400. Vaporisez l'intérieur et l'extérieur du mandrin avec ce pulvérisateur avant le perçage. Répétez cette opération si la profondeur de perçage est trop importante.

Veillez à évacuer régulièrement les copeaux. Cassez-les si la profondeur de perçage est trop importante.

Nettoyage

►

AVERTISSEMENT

Avant tout nettoyage et maintenance, arrêtez la machine et débranchez la fiche de la prise.

► Si vous utilisez de l'air comprimé pour le nettoyage, portez des lunettes et des gants de protection et protégez les autres personnes dans la zone de travail.

ATTENTION

► Ne plongez jamais la machine dans de l'eau ou dans d'autres liquides.

Après chaque utilisation

Retirez l'outil employé.

Retirez les copeaux et les restes d'agent réfrigérant.

Nettoyez l'outil et le raccordement sur la machine.

Nettoyez la coulisse du chariot de la machine.

Remballez la machine et les accessoires dans le coffret de transport.

Maintenance

AVERTISSEMENT

Risques issus des réparations inappropriées !

Des réparations inappropriées peuvent entraîner des risques considérables pour l'utilisateur et des dommages sur la machine.

► Les réparations sur les appareils électriques doivent uniquement être effectuées par le service Après-vente d'usine ou par des techniciens ayant été formés par le fabricant.

Rajuster la coulisse du chariot de la machine .

Si la coulisse du chariot de la machine (11) a du jeu, il faut la rajuster. Pour y parvenir, veuillez procéder comme suit :

Desserrez les vis d'arrêt.

Resserrez les vis de réglage de manière régulière.

Resserrez à fond les vis d'arrêt.

Remplacer les balais de charbon

Le remplacement des balais de charbon doit uniquement être effectué par la société BDS ou par un atelier spécialisé. Toute réparation effectuée sur la propre initiative du client entraîne une perte du droit de garantie.

Dépannage

Cause des pannes et remède

Erreur

Le moteur ne démarre pas après avoir actionné l'interrupteur Marche/arrêt ou il s'arrête pendant le fonctionnement.

Le coupe-circuit a sauté dans la distribution électrique.

Cause possible

Fiche non branchée.

Coupe-circuit automatique arrêté.

La fixation magnétique n'est pas allumée.

Trop d'appareils raccordés au même circuit électrique.

La machine est en panne.

La fixation magnétique ne fonctionne pas.

La lubrification ne fonctionne pas.

Remède

Brancher la fiche.

Mettre en marche le coupe-circuit automatique.

Allumer la fixation magnétique.

Aimant non allumé.

Réduire le nombre des appareils dans le circuit électrique.

Informer le service Après-ventes.

Allumer l'aimant

Pas de surface magnétique.

Utiliser un socle adéquat.

Plus de lubrifiant dans le réservoir.

Ravitailler en lubrifiant

INDICATION

► Si vous ne réussissez pas à résoudre le problème avec les actions précitées, veuillez vous adresser au service Après-vente.

Rangement / élimination

Rangement

Si vous n'utilisez pas la machine pendant une période prolongée, nettoyez-la de la manière décrite au chapitre Nettoyage.

Conservez la machine et tous les accessoires dans le coffret de transport, qui sera lui-même rangé dans un endroit propre et sec,

à l'abri du gel.

Elimination

Elimination de l'emballage

L'emballage protège la machine contre les dommages dus au transport. Les matériaux d'emballage sont sélectionnés selon des aspects écologiques et techniques d'élimination, c'est pourquoi ils sont recyclables.

La remise en circulation de l'emballage dans le circuit de matériel

économise des matières premières et elle réduit la production de déchets.

Eliminez les matériaux d'emballage non nécessités conformément aux directives locales en vigueur.

Elimination de l'appareil usé

A l'intérieur de l'Union européenne, il est interdit de mettre ce produit aux ordures ménagères normales.

Eliminez le produit selon la directive CE 2002/96/DEEE sur les appareils usagés électriques et électroniques (Déchets d'Equipements Electriques et Electroniques).

En cas de question, veuillez vous adresser au service compétent de votre commune pour la collecte des déchets.

Elimination de l'appareil usé

Respectez les indications d'élimination du fabricant de lubrifiants.

Con la compra de la máquina ha optado por un producto de calidad que ha sido dimensionado respecto a su tecnología y robustez para las más altas exigencias en su utilización profesional diaria.

Lea la información de este manual con el fin de familiarizarse rápidamente con la máquina y de poder sacar el máximo provecho todas sus funciones.

Si trata y cuida correctamente su aparato le hará un buen servicio durante muchos años.

Indicaciones de uso

El presente manual de instrucciones forma parte de la taladradora de núcleo magnética MAB 100 (en adelante máquina) contiene información importante acerca de la puesta en funcionamiento, la seguridad, el uso conforme al previsto y el cuidado de la máquina.

El manual de instrucciones debe estar guardado siempre cerca de la máquina. Ha de ser leído y aplicado por toda persona que esté encargada del manejok, solución de averías y/o limpieza de la máquina.

Guarde debidamente este manual de instrucciones y entréguelo junto al aparato a su propietario futuro.

Indicaciones de uso

Uso conforme al previsto

La máquina ha sido diseñada para trabajos de taladrado en metales magnéticos y no magnéticos conforme a los limites indicados en los datos técnicos.

Cualquier uso diferente o excedente se considerará no conforme al previsto.

ADVERTENCIA

¡Peligro derivado de un uso no conforme al previsto!

Si la máquina no es utilizada de la forma prevista y/o se utiliza para fines distintos pueden producirse situaciones de peligro.

Utilice el aparato únicamente conforme a su uso previsto.

Cumpla con los procedimientos que se describen en este manual de instrucciones.

Las reclamaciones por daños derivados del uso no conforme al previsto quedarán invalidadas de forma inmediata.

El riesgo es responsabilidad única del usuario.

Seguridad

Para una manipulación segura de la máquina, siga fielmente las indicaciones de seguridad indicadas en el presente manual de instrucciones.

Indicaciones básicas de seguridad

■

No utilice la máquina en ambientes con riesgo de explosión

Aquellas personas cuyas capacidades físicas, psíquicas o motrices no les permitan utilizar la máquina con plena seguridad

únicamente podrán usarla bajo supervisión o con las instrucciones de una persona responsable.

Queda prohibido el uso de la máquina a las personas que lleven marcapasos o cualquier otros implantes medicinales.

A los niños no se le está permitido utilizar la máquina ■

Antes de utilizar el aparato, revise que el aparato no presente daños externos. No ponga en funcionamiento una máquina dañada.

Encargue las reparaciones del aparato sólo a un distribuidor autorizado o al servicio técnico de fábrica. Una reparación indebida puede provocar situaciones graves de peligro para el usuario.

Las reparaciones del aparato dentro del periodo de garantía deberán ser realizadas únicamente por un servicio técnico autorizado por el fabricante, ya que de lo contrario perderá el derecho a la garantía.

Los componentes defectuosos se deberán sustituir únicamente por piezas de repuesto originales. Ésta es la única forma de garantizar que se cumplan los requisitos de seguridad.

■ No deje la máquina desatendida cuando esté en funcionamiento.

■ Desconecte la máquina antes de proceder a cualquier cambio de herramienta o limpieza. Espere hasta que deje de girar la máquina.

■ No introduzca las manos durante el funcionameinto con la herramienta en marcha. Retire las virutas sólo con la máquina parada.

■ No guarde la máquina cerca de fuentes de calor (p.ej. fuego, radiadores, ventiladores de calefacción u otros aparatos que emitan calor).

■ No deje la máquina al aire libre ni la exponga a la humedad.

Peligros relacionados con la electricidad

PELIGRO

¡Peligro de muerte debido a la corriente eléctrica!

¡El contacto con cables o componentes cargados con tensión implica peligro de muerte!

A fin de impedir situaciones de peligro relacionadas con la electricidad, respete las siguientes indicaciones de seguridad:

►

No abra la carcasa de la máquina. Si se tocan contactos sometidos a tensión existe un riesgo de descarga eléctrica.

Nunca sumerja en agua o en otro líquido la máquina o la clavija de red.

Utilice exclusivamente prolongadores o tambores portacables con una sección de cable de 1,5 mm².

Peligro de lesiones

ADVERTENCIA

¡Peligro de lesiones en caso de un uso inadecuado de la máquina!

A fin de no resultar herido usted u otras personas, respete las siguientes indicaciones de seguridad:

►

Utilice la máquína sólo con el equipamiento de protección

(véase capítulo equipamiento de protección personal) indicado en el presente manual.

Durante los trabajos sobre un andamio el usuario deberá estar asegurado mediante un arné de sujeción contra caídas ya que la máquina puede producir en caso de un fallo de corriente un impacto pendular.

►

Compruebe antes de cada uso que los imanes eléctricos tengan una estabilidad segura sobre la base (véase capítulo

Preparativos).

Asegure la máquina con la cadena de seguridad suministrada cuando se realicen trabajos en posición vertical o inclinada y en los trabajos por encima de la cabeza. La máquina podría desprenderse al soltar el imán o por ausencia de tensión.

Compruebe antes de cada uso el asiento seguro de la herramienta (véase capítulo Insertar herramienta).

No deje el cable de conexión colgando en esquinas (efecto tropiezo).

Seguridad

Prevención de daños

ATENCIÓN

¡Posibilidad de daños materiales si el aparato se manipula incorrectamente!

A fin de impedir que se produzcan daños materiales, respete las siguientes indicaciones:

►

Antes de conectar la máquina, compare los datos de conexión (tensión y frecuencia) de la placa de características con los de la red eléctrica. Para que la máquina no resulte dañada, deben coincidir estos datos.

Coja la máquina siempre por el asidero y no por el cable de conexión.

►

Para desenchufar el cable de conexión de la toma de corriente, tire siempre cogiéndolo por la clavija de red y nunca por el cable de alimentación.

No aplaste el cable de conexión.

No exponga el cable de conexión al calor ni a productos químicos.

No pase el cable de conexión por encima de bordes afilados ni superficies calientes.

Coloque el cable de conexión de modo que no pueda ser capturado y enrollado por piezas en rotación de la máquina.

Dispositivos de seguridad

Protección contra rearranque

NOTA

► La máquina se para automáticamente al desconectar el imán de adherencia o en caso de un fallo de corriente.

Para evitar un arranque inesperado de la máquina al volver a conectar los imanes de sujeción o bien al restablecerse la alimentación de corriente (protección contra rearranque), la máquina se ha de volver a conectar mediante el interruptor de conexión/ desconexión.

Durante los trabajos con la máquina se ha de llevar puesto el equipamiento de protección personal siguiente:

Antes de utilizar por primera vez

Inspección de transporte

La máquina viene de serie equipada con los componentes indicados en el capítulo componentes/volumen des suministro.

NOTA

► Compruebe que el volumen de suministro esté completo y que no presente daños visibles. Si el suministro está incompleto o en mal estado, informe inmediatamente al proveedor/comercio.

Preparativos

El presente capítulo contiene indicaciones importantes acerca de las actividades de preparación necesarias antes de iniciar el trabajo.

Medidas de seguridad adicionales para determinados trabajos .

En los trabajos relacionados a continuación se han de tomar las medidas de seguridad adicionales siguientes:

Posición de trabajo no horizontal

ADVERTENCIA

Peligro de lesiones por caída de la máquina

Cuando se realicen trabajos en posición vertical o inclinada o por encima de la cabeza, la máquina ha de asegurarse con la cadena de seguridad (C) suministrada contra caída.

►

Compruebe el buen funcionamiento de la cadena de seguridad antes de utilizarla. Queda prohibido usar una cadena de seguridad dañada. Cambie la cadena de seguridad dañada de inmediato.

Coloque la cadena de seguridad de modo que se aleje la máquina del usuario en caso de desprendimiento.

Coloque la cadena de seguridad dentro de lo posible sin holgura alrededor del asidero de la máquina.

►

Compruebe antes de comenzar los trabajos el firme asiento de la cadena de seguridad y el cierre.

Utilice el equipamiento de protección indicado en el capítulo

Equipamiento de protección personal.

Preparativos

Trabajos sobre un andamio

►

ADVERTENCIA

Riesgo de caída debido a un movimiento pendular inesperado de la máquina .

Durante los trabajos sobre un andamio, la máquina puede producir durante el arranque o en caso de fallo de corriente un movimiento pendular inesperado.

► Asegure la máquina con la cadena de seguridad adjunta (C).

Asegurese contra caída llevando puesto el arné de sujeción.

Comprobar la consistencia del fundamento

La fuerza de sujeción magnética depende de la naturaleza del fundamento. La fuerza de sujeción es reducida notablemente por capas de pintura, de cinc y de cascarilla así como por óxido.

El fundamento para que se pueda establecer una adherencia magnética suficiente, deberá cumplir las condiciones siguientes:

■ El fundamento deberá ser magnético.

■

La superficie de adherencia y el pie magnético (10) deberán estar limpios y libre de grasa.

La superficie de adherencia no deberá ser irregular.

NOTA

► Antes de usar limpie la base y el pie magnético (10) de la máquina.

►

Elimine las irregularidades y el óxido suelto de la base.

BDS le ofrece en su gama de accesorios útiles de sujeción especiales.

El mejor efecto de adherencia se logra con acero de bajo contenido en carbono y un espesor mínimo de 20 mm.

Preparativos

Acero de espesor reducido

Para taladrar en acero de espesor reducido, se ha de colocar una placa de acero adicional (dimensión mínima 100 x 200 x 20 mm) debajo de la pieza. Asegure la placa de acero contra caída.

Metales no férricos o bien piezas con superficies no planas

Para taladrar en metales no férricos o bien en piezas con superificies no planas, se ha de utilizar un úitl de sujeción especial.

NOTA

► BDS le ofrece en su gama de accesorios dispositivos de sujeción para tubos y materiales no magnéticos.

Insertar herramienta

La máquina va equipada con un adaptador directo Weldon de

19 mm y puede alojar una broca hueca de hasta 30 mm de longitud.

NOTA

►

No utilice herramientas dañadas, sucias o desgastadas.

Realice el cambio de herramienta sólo con máquina parada y desconectada.

Preparativos

Broca hueca

Insertar la broca hueca

Limpie antes de insertar el mango Weldon la broca hueca y el adaptador directo (2) de la máquina.

Compruebe la conexión del conducto para el lubricante

Afloje los dos tornillos Allen del adaptador directo con la llave

Allen (A) suministrada.

Inserte la broca hueca en el adaptador directo (2).

NOTA

► Antes de insertar las broca hueca, insertar el pasador de expulsión (B).

Apriete los dos tornillos Allen del adaptador directo (2) con la llave Allen (A) suministrada.

ADVERTENCIA

Peligro de lesiones a causa de herramienta insertada incorrectamente .

► Compruebe el correcto asiento de la broca hueca.

Extraer herramienta

Suelte los dos tornillos Allen del adaptador directo (2) con la llave Allen (A) suministrada y extraiga la broca hueca por abajo.

Utilización

Conectar/desconectar imán de adherencia

Conectar imán de adherencia

ATENCIÓN

► Con el fin de evitar un sobrecalentamiento de los imanes, conecte los imanes de adherencia sólo si la máquina está situada sobre una base magnética.

Encienda el interruptor (22). El piloto de control en el interruptor (22) se ilumina.

ATENCIÓN

► La fuerza de sujeción magnética máxima estará disponible sólo después de encender el motor.

Desconectar imán de adherencia

Asegure la máquina en el asidero (7), para evitar que pueda deslizarse la máquina.

Apague el interruptor (22). El piloto de control en el interruptor (22) se apaga.

Conectar/desconectar la máquina

Conecte la máquina en el interruptor de conexión/desconexión (21) usando el botón verden (I) y desconectela con el botón rojo (O).

NOTA

► La máquina sólo se podrá encender sí previamente se ha conectado el imán de adherencia.

►

Para que se refrigere una máquina calentada en exceso deberá dejarla funcionando sin carga durante unos 2 minutos apróx.

La máquina se desconecta automáticamente en caso de un fallo de corriente o debido a la desconexión de los imanes de adherencia.

Utilización

Taladrar con la máquina

Taladrar con brocas huecas

Para taladrar con brocas huecas proceda del modo siguiente:

Inserte el pasador de expulsión (B) en la broca hueca.

Inserte la broca hueca con pasador de expulsión conforme a lo descrito en el capítulo Insertar herramienta.

Emplace la máquina en el lugar de utilización y alinéela, conecte a continuación los imanes de adherencia.

Conecte la máquina.

Desplace la broca con la palanca manual (8) hacia el material.

NOTA

Durante el proceso de taladrar con brocas huecas tenga en cuenta las indicaciones siguientes:

►

El taladrado con brocas huecas no precisa aplicar grandes fuerzas. Con mayor presión no acelera el proceso de taladrado. Únicamente se produce un desgaste más rápido de la broca y sobrecargar la máquina.

Utlice el dispositivo de lubricación y refrigeración instalado en la máquina con aceite de corte de alto rendimiento BDS

5000.

►

Cuando se realicen trabajos por encima de la cabeza no se puede utilizar el dispositivo de lubricación y refrigeración.

Use en tal caso el spray de grasa de alto rendimiento ZHS

400. Pulverice la broca antes de taladrar con spray de grasa en su parte exterior e interior. En caso de profundidades de taladrado mayores repita este proceso.

Preste atención a un flujo de viruta regular. En caso de profundidades mas grandes deberá romper la viruta.

Limpieza

►

ADVERTENCIA

Antes de proceder a cualquier mantenimiento o limpieza, desconecte la máquina y desenchufe la clavija de red de la toma de corriente.

► Cuando utilice aire comprimido para la limpieza pongase usted y otras personas gafas protectoras y guantes protectores con el fin de protegerse en la zona de trabajo.

ATENCIÓN

► Nunca sumerja en agua o en otro líquido la máquina.

Después de cada uso

Retire la herramienta aplicada

Retire las virutas y el resto de lubricante.

Limpie la herramienta y el portaherramienta en la máquina.

Limpie la guía del carro de máquina.

Vuelva a guardar la máquina y el accesorio en su maleta de transporte.

Mantenimiento

ADVERTENCIA

¡Peligro debido a reparaciones indebidas!

Reparaciones indebidas pueden provocar situaciones graves de peligro para el usuario y daños en la máquina.

► Las reparaciones de los electrodomésticos deben encargarse al servicio técnico o a un técnico cualificado por el fabricante.

Reajustar la guía del carro de máquina

Si la guía del carro de máquina (11) presenta holgura, deberá reajustarl. Para ello proceda del modo siguiente:

Suelte los tornillos de apriete

Reapriete uniformemente los tornillos de reglaje.

Vuelva apretar los tornillos de apriete.

Cambiar las escobillas

El cambio de escobillas sólo lo podrá realizar un taller especializado y autorizado por BDS. En caso de reparaciones por cuenta propia perderá el derecho a la garantia.

Asistencia técnica / Servicio técnico

En caso de consultas a la asistencia técnica /servicio técnico, pongase en contacto con BDS. Le podremos indicar un representante del servicio técnico más próximo.

Solución de anomalías

Causa y solución de anomalías

Fallo

El motor no arranca después de accionar el interruptor de conexión/ desconexión o se para durante el funcionamiento.

Se dispara el interruptor automático del cuadro eléctrico.

Causa posible Solución

La clavija no está enchufada. Enchufe la clavija.

Se ha disparado el interruptor automático.

El imán de adherencia no está conectado.

Hay demasiados aparatos conectados al mismo circuito eléctrico.

Conecte el interruptor automático.

Conectar imán de adherencia

Reduzca el número de aparatos conectados al circuito eléctrico.

El imán magnético no funciona.

El imán no está encendido.

No existe ninguna superficie magnética.

No hay lubricante.

Encienda el imán.

Utilizar un zócalo apropiado.

Reponer lubricante

La lubricación no funciona.

Grifo cerrado.

Boquilla de conexión obstruida.

Abrir el grifo.

Limpiar depósito y boquilla lubricante.

NOTA

► Si no logra solucionar el problema con estas acciones, póngase en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente.

Almacenamiento y eliminación

Almacenamiento

Si no tiene previsto utilizar la máquina durante un periodo prolongado, límpiela de acuerdo con las instrucciones del capítulo

Limpieza. Guarde la máquina y sus accesorios en la maleta de transporte en un lugar seco, límpio y libre de escarcha.

Eliminación

Eliminación del embalaje

El embalaje protege la máquina contra daños de transporte. El material de embalaje es reciclable y se ha seleccionado teniendo en cuenta sus propiedades para el medio ambiente y para su eliminación.

La reinserción del embalaje en el proceso de reciclaje fomenta el ahorro de materias primas y reduce la acumulación de residuos.

Elimine los materiales de embalaje que no necesite de acuerdo con la normativa en vigor.

Eliminación de aparatos usados

En la Unión Europea no está permitido eliminar este aparato junto con la basura doméstica.

Elimine el producto de acuerdo con la Directiva de la Unión Europea sobre aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos usados 2002/96/CE

- WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).

En caso de duda, póngase en contacto con las autoridades municipales responsables en materia de eliminación de residuos.

Eliminación del lubricante

Le presenti istruzioni per l’uso sono parte integrante della carotatrice a base magnetica MAB 100 (nel seguito denominata

“macchina”) e forniscono indicazioni importanti per la messa in servizio, la sicurezza, l’uso conforme alla destinazione e la cura della macchina.

Le istruzioni per l’uso devono essere sempre disponibili nelle vicinanze della macchina e devono devono essere lette e applicate da ogni persona che si occupa del comando, della riparazione e/o della pulizia della macchina.

Conservare le presenti istruzioni per l’uso e consegnarle con la macchina in caso di vendita a un altro utente.

Istruzioni d’impiego

Uso conforme alla destinazione

La macchina è destinata esclusivamente a lavori di perforazione in metalli magnetici e non magnetici entro i limiti indicati nelle caratteristiche tecniche.

Un uso diverso o più esteso vale come non regolare.

ATTENZIONE

Pericolo in caso di uso non conforme alla destinazione!

In caso di uso della macchina non conforme alla destinazione e/o di altro uso si possono presentare dei pericoli.

►

Impiegare la macchina esclusivamente in modo conforme alla destinazione.

Rispettare le procedure descritte nelle presenti istruzioni per l’uso.

Sono escluse pretese di qualsiasi tipo a causa di danni dovuti a un uso non conforme alla destinazione.

Delle conseguenze che ne derivano risponde esclusivamente l’utente.

NOTA

► In caso di uso industriale fare attenzione al rispetto delle norme per la prevenzione degli infortuni e alle norme vigenti sulla sicurezza di esercizio.

Sicurezza

Per utilizzare la macchina in modo sicuro rispettare tutte le istruzioni di sicurezza riportate nelle presenti istruzioni per l’uso.

Istruzioni di sicurezza fondamentali

■ Non impiegare la macchina in un’area a rischio di esplosione.

■

Le persone che non sono in grado di utilizzare la macchina in sicurezza a causa delle proprie capacità fisiche, psichiche o motorie possono utilizzarla esclusivamente sotto la sorveglianza o le istruzioni di una persona responsabile.

I portatori di pace maker o di altri impianti medicali non possono utilizzare la presente macchina.

■ L’impiego della macchina è vietato ai bambini.

■ Prima dell’uso controllare l’assenza di danni visibili sulla macchina. Non mettere in funzione la macchina nel caso in cui presenti dei danni.

■ Far riparare la macchina esclusivamente da un’officina specializzata autorizzata o dal servizio di assistenza tecnica del costruttore. Delle riparazioni non eseguite a regola d’arte possono provocare notevoli rischi per l’utente.

■ La riparazione della macchina nel periodo di validità della garanzia può avvenire esclusivamente da parte di un servizio di assistenza clienti autorizzato dal costruttore, poiché altrimenti decade la garanzia.

■ I componenti difettosi possono essere sostituiti esclusivamente con pezzi di ricambio originali. Solo questi assicurano il rispetto dei requisiti di sicurezza.

■

Durante il funzionamento non lasciare la macchina incustodita.

Prima di ogni cambio di utensili o di ogni pulizia spegnere la macchina. Attendere che la rotazione della macchina si arresti.

Durante il funzionamento non toccare mai l’utensile in movimento. Togliere il truciolo solo a macchina ferma.

■ Non conservare la macchina nelle dirette vicinanze di fonti di calore (per es. fiamme libere,caloriferi, termoventilatori o altri apparecchi che irraggiano calore).

■ Non lasciare la macchina all’aperto e non esporla all’umidità.

Sicurezza

Pericolo dovuto a corrente elettrica

PERICOLO

Pericolo di morte a causa di corrente elettrica!

Pericolo di morte in caso di contatto con conduttori o componenti sotto tensione!

Rispettare le seguenti istruzioni di sicurezza per evitare un rischio dovuto a corrente elettrica.

►

Non aprire la cassa della macchina. Se si toccano dei collegamenti sotto tensione si corre il rischio di scossa elettrica.

Non immergere mai la macchina o la spina di rete in acqua o in altri fluidi.

Impiegare esclusivamente prolunghe o avvolgicavo con diametro del cavo di 1,5 mm².

Pericolo di ferite

ATTENZIONE

Pericolo di ferite in caso di impiego non corretto della macchina!

Osservare le seguenti avvertenze di sicurezza per evitare di ferire se stessi o altri.

►

Far funzionare la macchina esclusivamente con i dispositivi di protezione indicati nelle presenti istruzioni (vedi capitolo

Dispositivi di protezione individuali).

Per lavori su un’impalcatura l’utente deve assicurarsi con un’imbracatura di sicurezza, poiché in caso di mancanza di corrente la macchina può eseguire un pericoloso movimento oscillatorio.

►

Prima di ogni impiego controllare la tenuta sicura dell’elettromagnete della base (vedi capitolo Preparazione).

Nei lavori in posizione obliqua o verticale e in caso di lavoro eseguiti sopra alla testa assicurare la macchina con la catena di sicurezza in dotazione. La macchina potrebbe infatti cadere se il magnete fosse disattivato o si verificasse una caduta di tensione.

Prima di ogni impiego verificare il posizionamento sicuro dell’utensile (vedi capitolo Inserimento dell’utensile).

Non appendere il cavo di alimentazione su angoli (pericolo di inciampare nel filo).

Sicurezza

Prevenzione dei danni

AVVERTENZA

Possibili danni in caso di impiego non regolare della macchina!

Per evitare dei danni seguire le avvertenze di seguito riportate.

► Prima del collegamento della macchina confrontare i dati di collegamento (tensione e frequenza) sulla targhetta con quelli della propria rete elettrica. Tali dati devono coincidere per evitare danni alla macchina.

►

Trasportare sempre la macchina servendosi della maniglia; non tirarla dal cavo di alimentazione.

Togliere sempre il collegamento del cavo di alimentazione tirando la spina di rete dalla presa e mai il cavo stesso.

Non schiacciare il cavo di alimentazione.

Non esporre il cavo di alimentazione al calore né a sostanze chimiche.

Non far passare il cavo di alimentazione su spigoli affilati o superfici calde.

Posare il cavo di alimentazione in modo tale che non possa essere afferrato e avvolto da un pezzo ruotante della macchina.

Dispositivi di sicurezza

Protezione contro il riavvio accidentale

NOTA

► La macchina si arresta automaticamente quando il magnete di tenuta viene disattivato o si verifica una mancanza di corrente.

Al fine di evitare un’accensione accidentale della macchina, in caso di riattivazione del magnete di tenuta o di ripristino dell’alimentazione elettrica (protezione contro il riavvio accidentale) occorre riaccendere la macchina con l’interruttore ON/OFF.

La macchina viene normalmente fornita con i pezzi indicati nel capitolo Componenti/dotazioni

NOTA

► Controllare la completezza della fornitura e l’assenza di danni visibili. Segnalare immediatamente una fornitura incompleta o la presenza di danni al proprio commerciante/ fornitore.

Preparazione

In questo capitolo vengono riportate importanti istruzioni relative alle operazioni di preparazione necessarie prima dell’inizio del lavoro.

Misure di sicurezza addizionali in caso di determinati lavori

In caso dei lavori di seguito elencati occorre adottare particolari misure di sicurezza.

Posizione di lavoro non orizzontale

ATTENZIONE

Pericolo di ferite dovute alla caduta della macchina .

Nei lavori in posizione obliqua o verticale e in caso di lavoro eseguiti sopra alla testa assicurare la macchina con la catena di sicurezza in dotazione (C) per evitarne la caduta.

►

Prima dell’impiego della catena di sicurezza verificare le buone condizioni. Non utilizzare una catena danneggiata, ma sostituirla immediatamente.

Applicare la catena di sicurezza in modo tale che se la macchina scivola, si sposti lontano dall’utilizzatore.

Avvolgere la catena di sicurezza il più stretto possibile intorno alla maniglia della macchina.

►

Prima dell’inizio dei lavori verificare il posizionamento sicuro della catena di sicurezza e della chiusura.

Impiegare i dispositivi di protezione indicati nel capito Di-

spositivi di protezione individuali.

Preparazione

Lavoro su un’impalcatura

►

ATTENZIONE

Pericolo di caduta dovuto all’improvviso movimento oscillatorio della macchina .

Se si lavora su un’impalcatura la macchina può eseguire un pericoloso movimento oscillatorio all’avvio o in caso di mancanza di corrente.

► Assicurare la macchina con la catena di sicurezza in dotazione (C).

Assicurarsi contro la caduta con un’imbracatura di sicurezza.

Controllo della composizione del fondo

La forza di adesione magnetica dipende dalla composizione del fondo. La forza di adesione viene fortemente ridotta da strati di vernice, di zinco, di ossido e di ruggine.

Per poter ottenere un’adesione magnetica sufficiente il fondo deve soddisfare i seguenti presupposti

■ Il fondo deve essere magnetico.

■

La superficie di adesione e la base magnetica (10) devono essere puliti e privi di grasso.

La superficie di adesione di non deve presentare aplanarità.

NOTA

► Prima dell’impiego pulire il fondo e la base magnetica (10) della macchina.

►

Rimuovere dalla base aplanarità e ruggine staccata.

Nel programma di accessori BDS offre particolari dispositivi di tenuta.

La migliore adesione si ottiene su acciaio povero di carbonio dallo spessore di almeno 20 mm.

Preparazione

Acciaio a basso spessore

Per perforare acciaio di ridotto spessore occorre applicare sotto al pezzo una piastra di acciaio addizionale (dimensioni minime:

100 x 200 x 20 mm). Assicurare tale piastra contro la caduta.

Metalli non ferrosi o pezzi dalla superficie aplanare

Per perforare metalli non ferrosi o in caso di pezzi con superficie aplanare occorre impiegare un particolare dispositivo di tenuta.

NOTA

► Nel programma di accessori BDS offre speciali dispositivi di tenuta per tubi e materiali non magnetici.

Inserimento dell’utensile

La macchina è dotata di attacco Weldon 19 mm diretto e può montare corone carotatrici di lunghezza fino a 30 mm.

NOTA

►

Non utilizzare utensili danneggiati, sporchi o usurati.

Eseguire il cambio utensili solo a macchina disattivata e ferma.

Preparazione

Corona carotatrice

Inserimento della corona carotatrice

Prima dell’inserimento pulire il gambo Weldon della corona carotatrice e l’attacco diretto (2) della macchina.

Verificare il collegamento della linea per il lubrificante.

Allentare le due viti a brugola dell’attacco diretto con la chiave a brugola fornita (A).

Inserire la corona carotatrice nell’attacco diretto (2).

NOTA

► Prima di inserire la corona carotatrice inserirvi il perno espulsore (B).

Serrare saldamente le due viti a brugola dell’attacco diretto

(2) con la chiave a brugola fornita (A).

ATTENZIONE

Pericolo di ferite dovute a utensile inserito in modo errato .

► Controllare il posizionamento saldo della corona carotatrice.

Prelievo dell’utensile

Allentare le due viti a brugola dell’attacco diretto (2) con la chiave a brugola fornita (A) ed estrarre la corona carotatrice dal basso.

Impiego

Attivazione/disattivazione del magnete di tenuta

Attivazione del magnete di tenuta

AVVERTENZA

► Per impedire il surriscaldamento del magnete di tenuta attivarlo solo se la macchina si trova su un fondo magnetico.

Accendere l’interruttore (22). La spia incorporata (22) si accende.

AVVERTENZA

► La massima forza di adesione magnetica è disponibile solo dopo l’accensione del motore.

Disattivazione del magnete di tenuta

Assicurare la macchina dalla maniglia (7) per evitare che scivoli e si sposti.

Spegnere l’interruttore (22). La spia incorporata (22) si spegne.

Accensione/spegnimento della macchina

Accendere o spegnere la macchina con l’interruttore ON/

OFF (21) usando il pulsante verde per accenderla (I) e quello rosso per spegnerla (O).

NOTA

► La macchina si può solo accendere se prima è stato attivato il magnete di tenuta.

►

Per il raffreddamento far girare una macchina fortemente surriscaldata a vuoto per 2 minuti.

In caso di mancanza di corrente o di disattivazione del magnete di tenuta la macchina si spegne automaticamente.

Impiego

Perforazione

Perforazione con corona carotatrice

Per la perforazione con corona carotatrice procedere come di seguito descritto.

Inserire il perno espulsore (B) nella corona carotatrice.

Inserire la corona carotatrice con il perno esplusore come descritto nella sezione Inserimento dell’utensile.

Posizionare la macchina nel luogo d’impiego, orientarla ed attivare il magnete di tenuta.

Accendere la macchina.

Con la leva manuale (8) spostare l’utensile verso il materiale.

NOTA

Nel lavoro con le corone carotatrici osservare le seguenti avvertenze.

►

La perforazione con le corone carotatrici non richiede l’applicazione di una grande forza. In caso di elevata pressione il carotaggio non viene accelerato. La corona si usura però più rapidamente e la macchina può essere sottoposta a sovraccarico.

Impiegare il dispositivo di lubrorefrigerazione applicato alla macchina con olio da taglio ad alte prestazioni BDS 5000.

►

In caso di lavori eseguiti sopra alla testa il dispositivo di lubrorefrigerazione non si può impiegare. Usare in tal caso grasso ad alte prestazioni spray ZHS 400. Prima della perforazione spruzzare lo spray all’interno e all’esterno della corona carotatrice. In caso di realizzazione di perforazioni profonde ripetere questo procedimento.

Assicurare una corretta fuoriuscita del truciolo. In caso di realizzazione di perforazioni profonde rompere il truciolo.

Pulizia

►

ATTENZIONE

Prima della manutenzione o della pulizia spegnere la macchina ed estrarre la spina dalla presa di rete.

► Se si impiega aria compressa per la pulizia, indossare occhiali di protezione e guanti di protezione e proteggere le altre persone che si trovano nell’area di lavoro.

AVVERTENZA

► Non immergere mai la macchina o la spina di rete in acqua o in altri fluidi.

Dopo ogni impiego .

Togliere l’utensile impiegato.

Togliere i trucioli e i resti di lubrorefrigerante.

Pulire l’utensile e l’attacco sulla macchina.

Pulire la guida della slitta della macchina.

Riporre nuovamente la macchina e gli utensili nella valigetta di trasporto.

Manutenzione

ATTENZIONE

Pericolo dovuto a riparazioni non regolari!

A causa di riparazioni non regolari l’utente può correre grossi rischi o si possono verificare danni alla macchina.

► Le riparazioni su macchinari elettrici possono essere solo eseguite dall’assistenza clienti della fabbrica o da tecnici specializzati addestrati dal costruttore.

Regolare la guida della slitta della macchina

Se la guida della slitta della macchina (11) dovesse presentare del gioco occorre regolarla. Procedere come di seguito descritto.

Allentare le viti di arresto.

Serrare uniformemente le viti di regolazione.

Riserrare saldamente le viti di arresto.

Sostituzione delle spazzole di carbone

La sostituzione delle spazzole di carbone può avvenire esclusivamente da parte della BDS o di un’officina autorizzata. In caso di riparazione dell’utente decade la garanzia.

Servizio di assistenza clienti

In caso di domande al servizio di assistenza clienti rivolgersi alla

BDS per farsi indicare il partner di assistenza tecnica più vicino.

Magazzinaggio/smaltimento

Magazzinaggio

Se la macchina non fosse necessaria per un tempo piuttosto lungo, pulirla come descritto nel capitolo Pulizia. Conservare la macchina e tutti gli accessori nella valigetta di trasporto posta in un luogo asciutto, pulito e senza ghiaccio.

Smaltimento

Smaltimento dell’imballaggio
