Avoid using general cleaners not specifically designed for natural stone, ceramic/porcelain tile or grout. Some of these general cleaners (i.e. off the shelf bathroom, tile and grout cleaners) may contain harmful chemicals that may damage natural stone as stone is sensitive to certain chemicals.

Miracle Sealants Cleaners are specifically designed for cleaning Natural Stone, Ceramic/Porcelain Tile and Grout.

For general cleaning daily (or as needed) Miracle Sealants

Cleaners can be used as directed on any type of natural stone, ceramic/ porcelain tile or grout. Refer to product recommendation chart for appropriate products to be used on specific surfaces.

For soap scum, hard water build up, efflorescence or heavy dirt buildup Miracle Sealants Heavy-Duty Acidic Cleaner can be used as directed. This type of cleaner should NOT be used on acid sensitive natural stones (polished marble, limestone or travertine). For acid sensitive stone use Miracle

Heavy Duty Cleaner (Acid Substitute).Refer to the product recommendation chart for appropriate products to be used on specific surfaces. For porcelain and ceramic tile, you can also use Porcelain & Ceramic Tile Cleaner, Tile & Stone

Cleaner or Heavy Duty Cleaner (Acid Substitute) to clean soap scum.

Before Resealing “Clean It!”

When the time comes to re-seal your natural stone, ceramic/porcelain tile & grout, be sure that it is sufficiently cleaned. Refer to product recommendation chart for appropriate products to be used on specific surfaces.

Why should my stone, tile and grout be sealed?

You have made a big investment and should not stop with just the installation of it. By sealing your stone, tile or grout you’re providing a barrier against staining agents becoming permanently imbedded. Properly sealed surfaces will last longer, resist stains, be less slippery and be easier to clean and maintain.

What Miracle products should I use for a new installation?

A. Miracle 511 Sealer of choice for grout release.

B. Miracle Grout Shield New & Improved as a grout additive to protect grout.

C. Miracle cleaners for grout clean-up.

D. Miracle 511 Sealer for final sealing of tile, stone or grout.

E. Miracle products for on-going maintenance.

Are 511 products toxic?

Although 511 Impregnator is a solvent, it is only a 1 on the toxicity level (0 - 4). That is equal to laundry detergent. It is non-flammable and is OK for use in food prep areas.

All 511 Products have been tested by Scientific

Certification Systems and has passed the stringent

California Air Resources Board (CARB) Section 01350 test requirements making it certified for Indoor Advantage Gold

(SCS-IAQ-01615).

What is the general cost for 511 sealants?

$.03 - $.48 per square foot depending on product used and surface applied to.

How frequently should I reapply?

The products longevity will vary depending on the surface texture, type of stone, tile or grout, where it is located, what type of wear the surface is exposed to, etc. Typically, we recommend re-application on flooring every 1 - 3 years for commercial flooring and every 3 - 10 years for residential flooring. We recommend reapplication every 1 - 20 years on counters and every 3 - 20 years on vertical surfaces.

What is the estimated time to seal a new installation including prep and clean-up for a

100 square foot room?

With a new installation just using one of our sealants as a grout release before grouting will save up to 50% in labor with grout clean up after grouting. With proper prep for surrounding areas it should take no more than 2 or 3 hours to do 100 square feet.

What is a grout release?

A grout release is a product applied to the surface of the stone or tile before grouting. This step keeps the grout dye from penetrating into the surface and allows faster grout clean up.

All 511 Products and Tile, Stone & Grout Sealer will work as a grout release when used properly.

What product is used/recommended to protect sanded and non-sanded grout?

During a new installation, use Miracle Grout Shield New &

Improved in place of water for improved strength and stain resistance. For existing installations, use Miracle 511 Sealers.

What products will clean my counter tops and bathrooms?

What’s the difference between solvent based and water based?

Both are vehicles that take the protection (silicone and or polymers) into the substrate. Solvents work much better for this as they can penetrate the denser materials like polished granites and even porcelain tile where water base cannot penetrate these denser surfaces.

Are there better sealants for showers?

Miracle recommends using solvent base sealers for use in the shower.

Are there better sealants for floors?

Miracle recommends using solvent base sealers for use on floors.

Are there better sealants for counter tops / food prep areas?

As long as it is food safe we recommend the best performing

511 product for the particular tile or stone.

Do you apply enhancers first, then seal? or vice versa?

When using 511 Seal & Enhance the product is sealer and color enhancer in one. So you use the product as you would any other impregnator. Seal prior to grouting as a grout release. Seal after grout has been removed to protect grout.

With Mira Matte you would use 511 Impregnator as a grout release prior to applying Mira Matte. After the grout haze has been completely removed, apply Mira Matte as directed.

Will the 511 products make the surface slippery?

No. All surfaces treated will be less slippery. 511 Anti-Slip is specifically designed for this purpose.

7. Commercial use which constitutes store, office or other place of business.

8. Outdoor use.

9. Variations between field and trim; tile and stone.

10. Natural variations from design and color samples or photos.

11. Any color or shade variations, different markings, holes, pits, inclusions, veining, density and any element inherent to natural stone and tile surfaces.

The original purchaser must notify Miracle Sealants Company of the defect in writing within 30 days of discovery. Original Purchaser must supply unused product and the original purchase receipt. Failure to produce documentation renders warranty null and void in its entirety.

No claim will be honored unless Miracle Sealants Company is given an opportunity to inspect the allegedly defective product. Failure to produce product for inspection renders the warranty null and void in its entirety.

After inspection, Miracle Sealants Company will replace product or at its option, refund of the purchase price of the product.

Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.

Standard Warranty (All Products)

Miracle Sealants warrants these products to be free of defects. In the event the product is proven defective, Miracle Sealants will replace the product free of charge, or at its option, refund the purchase price paid as evidenced by the purchaser’s receipt.
