1. INTRODUZIONE
Complimenti per aver acquistato un aspiratore DISAN ad elevato contenuto tecnologico!
Possedere un aspirapolvere centralizzato DISAN significa aspirare alla massima qualità nella vita domestica e familiare anche attraverso una casa igienicamente sana, confortevole e di rapida pulizia. Confidiamo nella sua completa soddisfazione nell’utilizzo di questo sistema, di cui abbiamo curato nei minimi dettagli l’aspiratore, così da assicurare una lunga durata e una piena efficienza nel tempo.
La macchina è stata realizzata in conformità alle normative comunitarie vigenti 73/23 e successive modificazioni. Il simbolo CE è riportato sulla centrale aspirante, sul relativo imballaggio e documentazione allegata.

Lo scopo del presente manuale è di portare a conoscenza degli operatori le prescrizioni ed i criteri fondamentali per garantire la loro sicurezza ed allungare la durata di funzionamento della macchina.
Questo manuale deve essere letto in tutte le sue parti appena presa consegna della macchina e conservato con cura per ogni futura consultazione. In caso di smarrimento o deterioramento richiederne una copia al Vostro rivenditore o direttamente al fabbricante.
Il manuale rispecchia lo stato della tecnica al momento della commercializzazione della macchina, a tal proposito ed al fine di migliorare costantemente il prodotto, il fabbricante si riserva il diritto di aggiornare la produzione ed i relativi manuali.

2. TRASPORTO
2.1 Controlli alla produzione e spedizione
Ogni centrale che lascia i nostri impianti di produzione è stata preventivamente collaudata e testata al fine di garantire un buon funzionamento.
Controllare sempre la merce alla consegna e verificare che non vi siano stati danneggiamenti in fase di trasporto.

2.2 Movimentazione

Per la movimentazione rispettare le seguenti prescrizioni:
• Manovrare con cura, non capovolgere, tenere sempre all’asciutto.
• Se viene utilizzato un carrello elevatore, dato il particolare sviluppo in altezza delle centrali, controllare la stabilità ed il posizionamento del carico sulle forche.
• Durante gli spostamenti tenere il carico più basso possibile per garantire maggiore stabilità e visibilità, quindi operare con cautela.
2.3 Disballaggio
Togliere i punti metallici prima di aprire lo scatolone. Per sollevare la macchina non tirare dal coperchio.
Nel movimentare e posizionare la macchina per la fase di montaggio procedere con cautela ed utilizzare sempre abbigliamento e guanti antinfortunistici.
3. INSTALLAZIONE
Avvertenza: Sebbene sia opportuno rivolgersi per il montaggio e la messa in opera della centrale ad un installatore autorizzato DISAN, nel presente libretto sono riportate le indicazioni per una corretta installazione. Seguire scrupolosamente quanto contenuto di seguito, in caso di problemi o difficoltà rivolgersi immediatamente ad un installatore autorizzato o all’Ufficio Tecnico DISAN.

3.1 Posizionamento della centrale.
La centrale va installata in un locale di servizio, garage, cantina, purché sia adeguatamente ventilato e comunque distante da altre fonti di calore. È possibile posizionare la centrale anche in balcone, purché sia riparato dagli agenti atmosferici e provvisto di adeguata aerazione.

3.2 Montaggio
S
Per eseguire il montaggio è prima ne ces sario il fissaggio a parete della staffa inclusa all’interno del contenitore polvere.
Utilizzare solo la staffa contenuta, montata adeguatamente in relazione al tipo di muro ed utilizzando gli appositi attrezzi e viti in acciaio ad espansione.
Montare la centrale aspirante sulla staffa curandone l’allineamento, assicurandosi che il tutto sia stabile e funzionale.

- Collegamenti elettrici bassa tensione. Alle linee di alimentazione dei microinterruttori o contatti passando eventualmente per la scatola elettrica di derivazione. Collegare i due cavi della linea elettrica di comando

4. MESSA
IN FUNZIONE
È bene ricordare la regola generale che l’aspiratore è una macchina la cui funzione è esclusivamente quella di aspirare polvere casalinga.
Per evitare possibili danneggiamenti utilizzare soltanto accessori originali
DISAN. Prestare inoltre attenzione alle seguenti prescrizioni di sicurezza:
4.1 Cariche elettrostatiche
Il tubo flessibile può dar luogo a cariche elettrostatiche, effetto spiacevole

- Aria molto secca
- Aspirazione su pavimenti carichi elettrostaticamente (generalmente pavimenti sintetici)
- Aspirazione da parte di una persona che indossa calzini in lana o scarpe in gomma.
4.2 Sicurezza elettrica
- Connettere l’apparecchio soltanto a corrente con tensione pari a quella indicata sulla targhetta “dati tecnici”
(220~240 Volt) - vedi pag. 5.
- Effettuare il collegamento elettrico ad una rete provvista di messa a terra efficiente.
- La sicurezza del sistema elettrico è garantita solo in presenza di un apposito salvavita secondo le norme vigenti.
4.3 Sicurezza dell’impianto
- Non aspirare polvere di cemento o comunque di materiale presente in cantiere.
Per questo l’impianto può essere utilizzato solo dopo una prima pulizia generale dell’abitazione.
- Non lavate la centrale con acqua, così come non esporla all’azione diretta degli agenti atmosferici.
- Non aspirare materiale troppo ingombrante, che rischierebbe di otturare il tubo flessibile e la linea di tubazione.

Non aspirare mai liquidi, se non in presenza degli appositi separatori liquidi, ed anche in questo caso non aspirare liquidi contenenti schiumogeni o shampoo.

Non aspirare braci ardenti, né materiali solventi, caramellosi, esplosivi o incandescenti.
-
Non avviare la macchina in avaria.
-
Provvedere ad un controllo periodico del sacco contenente la povere e del filtro
-
Rimontare e fissare le protezioni prima del riavviamento qualora, per qualsiasi motivo, siano state rimosse.
-
Non aspirare mai senza filtro installato e, in ogni caso, utilizzare solamente filtri originali DISAN.
-
Qualora l’aspiratore rimanesse inattivo per lunghi periodi è bene verificarne lo stato generale e procedere ad una pulizia accurata. La pulizia dell’aspiratore riguarda la parte esterna ed il filtro.

Non aprire il coperchio, né manomettere, inibire o modificare in nessun caso le tarature o protezioni o l’isolamento dei cavi della centrale. Se questo dovesse accadere accidentalmente contattare immediatamente l’installatore autorizzato DISAN. La loro regolazione richiede un intervento di un tecnico specializzato. Nel caso di interventi, manipolazioni o aperture dell’aspiratore decade ogni tipo di garanzia da parte del produttore.
5. UTILIZZAZIONE
Le caratteristiche di costruzione sono tali da ridurre al massimo l’emissione di rumore ed abbattere la loro maggiore fonte costituita dal motore. Durante l’aspirazione vanno osservate le seguenti prescrizioni di sicurezza:
-
Non esporre l’apparecchio all’uso dei bambini senza sorveglianza;
- Non avvicinare gli accessori d’aspirazione agli occhi o alle orecchie, ne introdurvi mani;
- Fare attenzione all’arresto della macchina. Funzionando a depressione dal momento che viene disattivata la presa a coperchio, l’aspiratore continuerà a girare per un paio di secondi per forza meccanica.
- Il produttore non si assume responsabilità per danni derivanti da un uso errato del sistema e per impieghi diversi da quello previsto, che è l’aspirazione di polvere domestica.
5.1 Uso degli accessori
1) Innestare l’accessorio desiderato al manicotto del tubo flessibile o alla fine del tubo cromato:

2) Sollevare lo sportello della presa aspirante ed inserirvi il raccordo terminale del flessibile.
3a) Con una presa automatica (con microinterruttore) l’impianto si accende sollevando lo sportello ribaltabile.
3b) Con una presa semi-automatica con contatti l’impianto si accende o mediante l’innesto del flessibile o mediante l’azionamento dell’interruttore, nel caso si utilizza un tubo flessibile elettrificato con interruttore accendispegni sull’impugnatura.
4) In caso di un eccessiva aspirazione, fare uso del regolatore di pressione posto sul raccordo curvo.
5) Terminate le pulizie, agire sull’interruttore o allontanare il flessibile dalla presa accompagnando delicatamente lo sportello.
6. MANUTENZIONE
6.1 Prescrizioni di sicurezza:
- Se si teme un difetto o se le cause di malfunzionamento non sono risolvibili consultando la tabella “ricerca guasti” rivolgersi al rivenditore o installatore autorizzato.
-
Qualsiasi intervento va eseguito esclusivamente a macchina ferma e scollegata dall’alimentazione elettrica
- Si consiglia una revisione dell’apparecchio ogni 4-5 anni per l’eventuale sostituzione dei carboncini del motore, dei cuscinetti, del filtro, e di un controllo generale del sistema, dei cavi e dello stato generale.
6.2 Manutenzione ordinaria.
Tutte le operazioni sono da eseguire sull’aspiratore a macchina ferma e scollegata e riportata a temperatura ambiente.
Queste ispezioni e manutenzioni vengono eseguite al fine di garantire la sicurezza e prolungare la vista della centrale aspirante.
Sganciare l’alimentazione elettrica prima di effettuare qualsiasi intervento, anche di pulizia esterna sulla macchina, e fare attenzione che l’involucro separatore sia fissato correttamente sul corpo motore.

Prima di toccare la macchina prestare attenzione alla sua temperatura anche nelle parti circostanti, che per la natura del motore può raggiungere temperature elevate.
Attendere che dopo il funzionamento la macchina arrivi a temperatura ambiente prima della manutenzione o pulizie.

Per un perfetto funzionamento dell’impianto, si richiede una particolare attenzione alla pulizia del filtro, posto all’interno della centrale aspirante.
Questa deve avvenire almeno ogni 2-3 mesi o comunque in caso di perdita di aspirazione.

Preferibilmente eseguire queste operazioni in ambiente esterno.

4. Assicurarsi che la griglia di protezione motore (vedi freccia sul disegno) non sia intasata, sporca o in cattivo stato.

2. Ruotare la manopola in senso antiorario fino a quando il filtro non si allenta.
5. Rimontare il filtro riavvitando.
3. Estrarre il filtro e procedere alla sua pulizia mediante semplice scuotimento, aria compressa o aspirapolvere tradizionale, facendo attenzione a non danneggiarlo.
Evitare la pulizia mediante liquidi o detersivi.
6. Agganciare il contenitore polvere facendo attenzione all’esatta battu-

7. RICERCA GUASTI

1. Intasamento del filtro
Se l’aspirazione alla presa è debole verificare le condizione del filtro e procedere alla sua pulizia
2. Intasamento del tubo flessibile
Se l’aspirazione alla presa è buona significa che l’intasamento è nel tubo flessibile.
3. Guarnizione del ciclone danneg- giata o fuori posto
Fare attenzione all’esatta battuta del contenitore polvere. Riagganciare il contenitore polvere facendo attenzione all’esatta battuta per evitare perdite di aspirazione, chiudendo i ganci contemporaneamente.
4. Utilizzo contemporaneo di più prese di aspirazione
Gli impianti monofase sono concepiti per l’utilizzo di una sola persona.
5. Intasamento nelle tubazioni.
Contattare il proprio installatore
6. fusibile
Il fusibile brucia nel momento in cui:
- Motore sottoposto a sovraccarico o a sbalzi di corrente
- Il motore è difettoso
- I carboncini sono difettosi o usurati
7. Microinterruttore difettoso o sporco
Se la centralina rimane in moto o non si accende, malgrado la chiusura o apertura della presa aspirante, verificare il corretto funzionamento del microinterruttore sulla presa stessa. In caso non si trovasse la causa rivolgersi all’installatore.
8. Surriscaldamento
Nel caso il motore sia surriscaldato, a causa di un intasamento del filtro, della linea tubiera o di una strozzatura nella linea di sfiato, il termostato (80°). Dopo circa 8-10 minuti l’apparecchio si riaccende. Se dopo le procedure riportate nei punti 1 e 2 l’interruttore continua a scattare, spegnere la centralina d’aspirazione e rivolgersi al proprio installatore.
9. Linea di alimentazione danneggiata
In rare occasioni può accadere che la linea di alimentazione che collega le prese di aspirazione alla centralina venga danneggiata. È opportuno contattare il proprio installatore.
10. Corto circuito
Se le cause di non funzionamento del motore non sono da attribuirsi ad una delle cause indicate precedentemente il guasto é da attribuirsi ad un corto circuito nel cablaggio del gruppo motore o alla rottura del filtro anti disturbo. Rivolgersi all’installatore.

11. Scheda elettronica difettosa
Se le procedure sopra elencate non mettono in funzione il motore, le cause possono anche essere attribuite alla bruciatura del trasformatore, del relè o ad un altro guasto del motore. Rivolgersi all’installatore.
12. Tubo flessibile con interruttore accendi spegni difettoso
Se si fa uso del tubo flessibile elettrificato (con interruttore accendi/spegni sull’impugnatura) e l’impianto non parte, rimane in funzione o si accende e spegne a intermittenza, fare ponte sui due punzoni di contatto
(12 Volt) interni alla presa. Se l’impianto si mette in moto regolarmente, la causa del difetto è nel tubo flessibile.
Rivolgersi all’installatore.
13. Assorbimento elettrico insufficiente
Se l’impianto non si accende o scatta il salvavita (anche a causa dell’utilizzo contemporaneo di più apparecchi domestici) significa che l’assorbimento
(kW) dell’impianto elettrico è insufficiente. Spegnere un elettrodomestico.
14. Tensione di alimentazione insufficiente
Controllare che la tensione dell’impianto elettrico non sia inferiore o non ecceda del 5% quella riportata sulla targhetta di identificazione.

16. Guarnizione della presa aspirante difettosa
Nel caso di fischi alla presa o perdite di flusso riavvitare le viti sulla presa in maniera corretta e se necessario sostituire le guarnizioni.
8. GARANZIA
8.1 regolamento
La macchina è stata consegnata all’utente alle condizioni valide al momento dell’acquisto. Per ogni anomalia riscontrata rivolgersi al proprio installatore. Ogni tentativo di smontaggio di modifica o in generale di manomissione di un qualsiasi componente della centrale aspirante da parte dell’utente o di personale non autorizzato, ne invaliderà la garanzia e solleverà la ditta costruttrice da ogni responsabilità circa gli eventuali danni sia a persone che a cose derivanti da tale manomissione. Il fabbricante si ritiene altresì sollevato da eventuali responsabilità nei seguenti casi:
- non corretta installazione;
- uso improprio della centrale aspirante o degli accessori;
- mancata o scorretta manutenzione prevista;
- utilizzo di ricambi non originali;
- inosservanza totale o parziale delle istruzioni;
- non invio del certificato di garanzia
Il produttore si impegna a sostituire in garanzia le parti che risultassero difettose per difetto di costruzione. Per la validità della garanzia devono essere assolutamente rispettate le prescrizioni contenute nel presente libretto.
Presupposto per il riconoscimento della garanzia è la spedizione del pezzo difettoso alla sede per la sua verifica nei laboratori dell’Ufficio Tecnico DISAN. Il produttore si riserva di stabilire i casi in cui i pezzi difettosi ricadono nelle condizioni di sostituzione in garanzia. Le spese di montaggio e smontaggio e quelle di trasporto dei pezzi difettosi sono a carico dell’acquirente.
La garanzia è operante se il talloncino da staccare sarà restituito debitamente compilato in maniera leggibile entro il termine massimo di 30 giorni dalla data di acquisto.
La garanzia non è riconosciuta agli acquirenti non in regola con i pagamenti pattuiti. In tal caso il produttore può astenersi dall’eseguire le riparazioni.
Per qualsiasi controversia è competente esclusivamente il Foro di Bolzano. (Italia)
8.2 Tagliando

Erfahrung und die Kompetenz des spezialisierten Herstellers in die Produktlinie DISAN einfließen lassen, um Ihnen ausgereifte Technologie zur Verfügung zu stellen, die Sie ein Leben lang begleiten wird. 2.1 Kontrollen bei Produktion und Versand
Jedes Gerät, das unsere Produktionsstätten verlässt, wird auf Verarbeitungsqualität und einwandfreie Funktion geprüft.
Bitte nehmen Sie die Verpackung und unsere Erzeugnisse bei der Übergabe genauestens in Augenschein, um evtl.

Gehen Sie mit der gebotenen Vorsicht vor, vermeiden Sie ein Kippen des
Kartons oder eine Lagerung mit dem
Oberteil nach unten und lagern Sie die
Geräte in trockenen Räumen.
Wenn Sie die verpackten Geräte mit einem Gabelstapler transportieren, stellen Sie bitte die Stabilität der
Gebinde sicher und denken Sie daran, dass die verpackten Geräte aufgrund der Baugröße und Anordnung der Motoren einen verhältnismäßig hohen Schwerpunkt haben und die Kartone daher sehr gleichmäßig auf den Staplergabeln verteilt werden müssen.
Halten Sie die Ladung während des
Transports möglichst tief, um die Stabilität des Transportgutes gut
überblicken zu können.
Gehen Sie mit größter Sorgfalt vor.
2.3 Vorgehen beim Auspacken
Entfernen Sie zuerst die Metallklammern, die die oberen Kartondeckel zusammenhalten. Fassen Sie das
Gerät bei der Entnahme aus dem
Karton nicht am Deckel an. Gehen
Sie bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Montagearbeiten mit größter Umsicht vor und benutzen Sie
Arbeitshandschuhe.
3. MONTAGEARBEITEN
Besonderer Hinweis: Auch wenn wir dazu raten, die Installation von einem autorisierten Installationsunternehmen vornehmen zu lassen, führen wir an dieser Stelle sämtliche Planungsund Installationsschritte an, die für einen fachgerechten Einbau unserer
Anlagen erforderlich sind.
Bitte beachten Sie alle Anweisungen genauestens. Sollten Sie Probleme mit einzelnen Schritten haben oder unerwartete Schwierigkeiten auftreten, setzen Sie sich bitte umgehend mit einem autorisierten Installationsunternehmen oder mit dem Technischen Service in unserer Zentrale in
Verbindung.
3.1 Positionierung des Sauggerätes
Das Gerät wird in einem Nebenraum positioniert, in der Garage, in einem
Kellerraum. Stellen Sie auf jeden Fall sicher, dass eine ausreichende Luftzufuhr gewährleistet ist und sich keine
Wärmequellen in unmittelbarer Nähe des Gerätes befinden. Das Gerät

A 3.2 Montage
Um die Montage durchführen zu können, muss als erster Schritt die im
Staubbehälter befindliche Wandhalterung angeschraubt werden.
Die Wandmontage ist nur mittels der genannten Wandhalterung zulässig, die feste Fixierung muss unter Zuhilfenahme geeigneter Werkzeuge und unter Einsatz geeigneter Schrau-ben und Dübel erfolgen, die nach Maßgabe der Wandbeschaffenheit ausgewählt werden müssen.
Anschließend schieben Sie das Gerät von oben in die Wandhalterung, richten es aus und prüfen die Festigkeit der Schraubverbindung.

3.3 Anschlussverbindungen
- Schließen Sie das Gerät mit Hilfe der im Lieferumfang enthaltenen selbstdichtenden Gummimuffe an die Zuluftleitung an, die die Saugdosen über das Rohrsystem mit dem Gerät verbinden.

- Schließen Sie das Gerät an die 12-
Volt Niederspannungssteuerungsleitung an, indem Sie die beiden
Schwach stromkabel wie auf der
Abbildung ersichtlich an die Steuerplatine des Sauggerätes anklemmen.
- Schließen Sie das Stromversorgungskabel des Sauggerätes über eine Schuko-Steckdose an das
Stromnetz an.

Auch wenn das Risiko eines Strom schlages ausgeschlossen ist, müssen die Anschlussarbeiten mit Sorgfalt und eventuell erforderlichen Isolierungsvor kehrun gen durchgeführt werden.
4. INBETRIEBNAHME
Es wird an dieser Stelle darauf verwiesen, dass es sich beim Zentralstaubsauggerät um eine Vorrichtung zur ausschließlichen Entfernung des
Hausstaubes handelt.
Um eine optimale Funktion und maximale Langlebigkeit zu gewährleisten und Fehlfunktionen und Schäden zu vermeiden, benutzen Sie ausschließlich von Disan empfohlenes Zubehör.
Darüber hinaus beachten Sie bitte folgende Sicherheitsvorschriften:
4.1 elektrostatische Aufladung
Der Saugschlauch kann sich unter
Umständen elektrostatisch aufladen und bei Berührung minimale Entladung verursachen, was zwar als lästig einzustufen ist, aber keinerlei Gefahrenquelle darstellt.
Die elektrostatische Aufladung kann erfolgen, wenn:
- sehr trockene Luft gesaugt wird;
- Reinigungsarbeiten auf elektrostati-
- schen geladenen Teppichböden durchgeführt werden;
Die mit den Reinigungsarbeit beschäftigte Person Wollstrümpfe oder Gummischuhe tägt.
4. 2 Sicherheit - elektrotechnik

Das Gerät darf ausschließlich an

Stromnetze angeschlossen werden, die Stromspannungen aufweisen, wie sie auf der am Gerät angebrachten Plakette angegeben sind
(220 ~ 240 V).

Die Betriebssicherheit der elektronischen Komponenten des Gerätes ist nur gewährleistet, wenn die Hauselektroanlage über eine ge-setzeskonforme Hauptsicherung verfügt.
4.3 Betriebssicherheit
- Saugen Sie keine Zement- bzw.
Baustäube ein. Die Anlage darf erst nach einer vorhergehenden gründlichen Reinigung eines neu errichteten bzw. sanierten Gebäudes in
Betrieb genommen werden.
-
Das Gerät darf nicht unter Zuhilfenahme von Wasser gereinigt oder
Witterungseinflüssen ausgesetzt werden.
- Vermeiden Sie das Einsaugen von sperrigen Gegenständen, die zu einer Rohrverstopfung führen könnten.
- Saugen Sie keinerlei Flüssigkeiten ein, es sei denn, Sie benutzen die entsprechenden Vorabscheider.
Auch in letzterem Fall ist zu berücksichtigen, dass die aufgenommenen Flüssigkeiten keine schäumenden Substanzen bzw. Shampoos enthalten dürfen.
- Saugen Sie keine Glut und keine
Lösungsmittel ein, vermeiden Sie das Einsaugen von klebrigen Substanzen, leicht entflammbaren, explosiven oder sehr heißen Stoffen.

Unterlassen Sie die Nutzung der
Anlage bei offenkundigen Betriebsstörungen.

Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig den
Füllstand des Staubbehälters und den Zustand des Filters.
Die Schutz und Sicherheitskomponenten des Gerätes müssen vor der
Inbetriebnahme stets komplett montiert sein, unabhängig von den
Ursachen, die ihre Abnahme erforderlich gemacht haben können.
Das Gerät darf nicht in Betrieb ge nom men werden, wenn der Filter ab geschraubt ist. Um einen unbeabsichtigten Start der Anlage durch einen nicht informierten Nutzer zu vermeiden, ist die Stromversorgung durch
Ausstecken des Versorgungskabels zu unterbrechen. Benutzen Sie auf jeden Fall Originalfilter von DISAN.
Sollte das Gerät für einen längeren
Zeitraum nicht benutzt worden sein,
überprüfen Sie vor Inbetriebnahme den allgemeinen Zustand des
Gerätes und reinigen ggf. den Filter bzw. die Außenfläche.

Schutzvorrichtungen zu manipulieren oder die Isolierungsschicht der
Stromkabel zu beschädigen.

Sollte dies unbeabsichtigter Weise geschehen, ist umgehend ein autorisierter Installateur hinzuzuziehen, der die entsprechenden Reparatur und Einstellungsarbeiten durchführt.
Bei Manipulationen jeglicher Art bzw. Öffnung des Gerätes entfällt jede Garantieleistung.
5. BENUTZUNG
DER ANLAGE
Die Bauweise des Sauggerätes gewährleistet eine maximale Lärmreduzierung und eine effiziente Dämmung der Motor-Geräuschent-wicklung. Bei Benuzung der Anlage sind folgende Sicherheitsvorschriften zu befolgen.
-
Vermeiden Sie, dass unbeaufsich-
- tigte kleine Kinder Zugang zum
Raum haben, in dem das Zentralgerät läuft.
Führen Sie das während des Reini-
- gungsvorganges in Verwen-dung befindliche Saugzubehör nicht an
Augen oder Ohren heran, vermeiden Sie das Einführen von Fingern oder der Hand.
Achten Sie auf den kompletten Still-
- stand des Zentralgerätes. Auch bei
Unterbrechung des Betriebes durch
Entfernung des Steckers, ist zu berücksichtigen, dass der Motor noch einige Sekunden nachläuft.
Der Hersteller lehnt jede Haftung für Schäden ab, die durch unsachgemäße Bedienung des Gerätes und des Zubehörs bzw. durch zweckentfremdende Nutzung von
Gerät und/oder Zubehör entstehen.
5.1 Benutzung des Zubehörs
1) Befestigen Sie das für den jeweiligen Reinigungszweck geeignete Zubehörteil am vorderen Ende des
Saugschlauches oder des Saugrohres.
2) Öffnen Sie den
Deckel der Saugdose und führen Sie das
Metallteil des Saugschlauches in die
Dosenöffnung ein.
3a)Bei Saugdosen mit
Mikroschaltern schaltet sich die Anlage bei Öffnung der Saugdose ein.
3b)Bei Saugdosen mit
Kontaktstiften schaltet die Anlage bei Einführung der Metallmanschette oder bei Betätigung des
Ein-/Ausschalter am Schlauch-griff ein, sofern ein Saugschlauch verwendet wird, der mit dem entsprechenden
Schalter ausgestattet ist.
4) Sollte im Verhältnis zur durchzuführenden
Reinigungsaufgabe zu viel Saugkraft anliegen, kann diese durch
Öffnung des Falschluftreglers am
Handgriff verringert werden.
5) Nach Durchführung der Reinigungstätigkeit, schalten Sie die Anlage mittels Ein-/Ausschalter oder Entfernung des Saugschlauches aus der
Saugdosen-Öffnung aus und begleiten den Schließvorgang des Saugdosendeckels mit der Hand.

6. INSTANDHALTUNG
6.1 Sicherheitsbestimmungen
- Sollten Sie einen Defekt der Anlage vermuten oder eine Fehlfunktion auch nach Überprüfung der Anlagen anhand der weiter unten angeführten Behebungstipps nicht behoben werden können, wenden Sie sich umgehend an Ihren Wiederverkäufer oder einen autorisierten
Installateur.

Jedweder Eingriff darf nur bei voll-
- ständig still stehender Anlage und bei Unterbrechung der Stromverbindung durch Ausstecken des Versorgungskabels erfolgen.
Wir empfehlen eine eingehende
Revision der Anlage im Abstand von ca. 4 bis 5 Jahren. Dabei ist besonders auf den Abnutzungsgrad der Kohlestifte, die Funktion des
Motorlagers, des Filters und auf den allgemeinen Zustand der Anlage und Kabelverbindungen zu achten.
6.2 Ordentliche Wartung
Jedweder Eingriff, unter Einschluss von Reinigungsarbeiten an der
Außenhülle, darf nur bei vollständig still stehender Anlage und bei Unterbrechung der Stromverbindung durch
Ausstecken des Versorgungs-kabels erfolgen.
Zusätzlich ist darauf zu achten, dass die Temperaturen am Gerät und in den innenliegenden Gerätekomponenten der Raumtemperatur entsprechen.

4.Setzen Sie den eventuellen Sackhalter und Trichterring wieder ein und achten Sie darauf, dass die dort angebrachte Dichtung nicht verschmutzt oder defekt ist.

1.Lösen Sie die Befestigungsklammern, die den Staubbehälter mit dem Chassis des Gerätes verbinden und nehmen Sie den Staubbehälter ab.
5.Schließen Sie die Befestigungsklammern am Chassis des Gerätes und achten Sie auf die perfekte
Überlappung zwischen Chassis-
Rille und Staubbehälterrand, um
Lufteintritt und Saugkraftverluste zu vermeiden. Schließen Sie beide
Befestigungsklammern gleichzeitig.
2.Drehen Sie den Drehknopf gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, bis sich der Filter lockert.
reINIGUNG DeS fILTerS
Bevor Sie Hand an das Gerät legen, prüfen Sie die Temperatur des Chassis und der innenliegenden Teile, die funktionsbedingt hoch sein kann.
Warten Sie die Abkühlung auf Raumtemperatur ab, bevor Sie mit Wartungsarbeiten beginnen.
3.Reinigen Sie den Filter durch
Schütteln, bzw. leichtes Ausklopfen,
Drucklufteinwirkung oder Absaugung mittels eines konventionellen
Staubsaugers. Achten Sie dabei darauf, das Filtermaterial nicht zu beschädigen.

4.Überprüfen Sie, ob das Motorschutz gitter (siehe Pfeil auf Abbildung) verstopft, schmutzig oder in schlechtem Zustand ist.

5.Setzen die Filterkartusche wieder ein und schrauben sie die Stellschraube fest.
6.Befestigen Sie den Staubbehälter wieder mit Hilfe der Befestigungsklammern am Chassis des Gerätes und achten Sie auf die perfekte
Überlappung zwischen Chassis-
Rille und Staubbehälterrand, um
Lufteintritt und Saugkraftverluste zu vermeiden. Schließen Sie beide
Befestigungsklammern gleichzeitig.
7. STÖRUNGSSUCHE
(TAB.S.29)
1. Verstopfung des filters
Wenn Sie den Eindruck haben, dass die Saugkraft an der Saugdose erheblich abgenommen hat, prüfen
Sie bitte den Zustand des Filters
(siehe Pkt. Reinigung des Filters).
2. Verstopfung des Saugschlauches
Wenn Sie den Eindruck haben, dass die Saugkraft der Anlage erheblich nachgelassen hat, an der Saugdose selbst jedoch unverändert hoch ist, liegt vermutlich eine Verstopfung im
Saugschlauch vor, die Sie mittels Einführung einer Sonde beheben können.
3. falschpositionierung des Staubbehälters
Öffnen Sie die Befestigungsklammern, die den Staubbehälter mit dem
Chassis verbinden. Prüfen Sie, ob der
Staubbehälter korrekt eingesetzt ist.
Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, setzen
Sie ihn in korrekter Position ein. Befestigen Sie den Staubbehälter wieder mit Hilfe der Befestigungs-klammern am Chassis des Gerätes und achten

5. Verstopfung in der rohranlage
Setzen Sie sich mit Ihrem Installateur in Verbindung.
6. Durchbrennen der Sicherung
Die Sicherung brennt durch, wenn:
- der Motor zu hoher Stromspannung oder starken Stromschwankungen ausgesetzt wird;
- der Motor defekt ist;
- die am Motor angebrachten Kohlestifte defekt oder verschlissen sind;
7. Verschmutzter oder defekter
Mikroschalter (bei Saugdosen mit Mikroschaltern)
Wenn sich die Anlage bei Öffnen des
Saugdosendeckels nicht einschaltet, bzw. sich nicht abschaltet, auch wenn alle Saugdosen geschlossen sind, prüfen Sie bitte die Funktionsweise des
Mikroschalters. Sollte das Problem weiter bestehen, setzen Sie sich mit
Ihrem Installateur in Verbindung.
8. Überhitzung
Wenn der Motor aufgrund von Verstopfungen im Saugschlauch, in der
Rohrleitung oder im Filter heißläuft,schaltet der Thermoschutzschalter das Gerät bei Erreichen einer
Motortemperatur von 80° C ab. Nach einer Abkühlungsphase von 8-10
Minuten kann die Anlage wieder in
Betrieb genommen werden. Prüfen
Sie, ob eine Verstopfung vorliegt
(siehe Punkte 1 und 2) und beheben
Sie diese. Sollte der Thermoschutzschalter das Gerät trotz der eingeleiteten Maßnahmen zur Behebung der
Verstopfung wieder abschalten, setzen Sie sich bitte mit Ihrem Installateur in Verbindung.
9. Beschädigung der Kabel der
Niederspannungs-
Steuerungsleitung
In sehr seltenen Einzelfällen kann es vorkommen, dass die Kabel der Niederspannungssteuerungsleitung beschädigt sind und sich das Gerät in der Folge nicht durch das Öffnen der
Saugdose (bei Saugdosen mit
Mikroschaltern), das Einführen des
Saugschlauches in die Saugdosen bzw. bei Betätigung des Ein-/Aus schalters am Sauggriff einschaltet.
Sollte dies der Fall sein, setzen Sie sich bitte mit Ihrem Installateur in Verbindung.
10. Kurzschluss an der Niederspannungs-Steuerungsleitung
Sollte sich die Anlage in Zusammenhang mit Beschädigungen der Niederspannungs-Steuerungsleitung abschalten, so ist eine Beschädigung lt. Punkt 9 zu vermuten. Sollte sich die
Anlagen hingegen nach fachgerechter Beendigung des Saugvorganges nicht ausschalten, so handelt es sich vermutlich um einen Kurzschluss in der Steuerungsleitung. Setzen Sie sich bitte mit Ihrem Installateur in Verbindung.
11. Defekt an der Steuerungsplatine
Wenn sich das Gerät auch nach
Durchführung der oben angeführten
Maßnahmen nicht einschalten lässt, kann die Ursache dafür im Durchbrennen des Transformators oder des
Relais auf der Steuerungsplatine liegen, oder durch einen Motordefekt bedingt sein. Setzen Sie sich bitte mit
Ihrem Installateur in Verbindung.

12. Defekter ein-/Ausschalter am Handgriff
Wenn Sie den Saugschlauch mit dem
Ein-/Ausschalter am Handgriff benutzen und sich die Anlage bei Betätigen des Schalters nicht ein - oder ausschaltet, bzw. willkürlich ein - oder ausschaltet, könnte der Schalter am
Handgriff defekt sein. Sie können dies
überprüfen, indem Sie mit einem metallischen Gegenstand (Schraubenzieher, Schlüssel, Büroklammer oder ähnliches) die Verbindung zwischen den beiden Kontaktstiften im
Inneren der Saugdose überbrücken
(12 Volt - absolut ungefährlich). Startet die Anlage dabei, liegt der Defekt tatsächlich am Ein-/Ausschalter. Setzen Sie sich bitte mit Ihrem Installateur in Verbindung.
13. Automatische Betätigung des
Hauptsicherungsschalters der
Hauselektroanlage
Sollte die Stromversorgung durch automatische Betätigung des Hauptsicherungsschalters unterbrochen werden, steht keine ausreichende
Stromleistung für den Betrieb der
Anlage zur Verfügung. Schalten Sie andere elektrisch betriebene Geräte

14. Zu geringe anliegende Stromspannung
Die Funktionsweise der Anlage kann durch zu geringe anliegende Stromspannung beeinträchtigt werden. Lassen Sie prüfen, ob die anliegende
Stromspannung (Volt) mehr als 5% von der an der Geräteplakette angegeben Spannung abweicht (220 ~ 240 V).
15. Voller Staubbehälter
Die Saugkraft der Anlagen kann auch durch einen übervollen Staubbehälter beeinträchtigt werden. Entleeren Sie den Behälter, wie unter Punkt „Entleerung des Staubbehälters” angegeben.
16. Defekte oder ungenau sitzende
Saugdosendichtung
Saugkraftverlust, einhergehend mit einem pfeifenden Lufteintrittsgeräusch an geschlossenen Saugdosen, lässt darauf schließen, das die
Saugdosendichtung defekt ist, bzw.
ungenau sitzt. Dies kann durch einen
Austausch der Dichtung oder Nachstellen der Schraubenverbindung zwischen der Saugdose und der dahinterliegenden Blindose behoben werden.

Jeder Versuch von Seiten des Kunden oder nicht autorisierten Personals, das Gerät und dessen Komponenten zu öffnen oder in irgendeiner anderen
Weise zu manipulieren, hat das Erlöschen der Garantie zur Folge und entbindet den Hersteller von jeglicher
Verantwortung für daraus resultierende Personen- oder Sachschäden.

2. DELIVERY
2.1 Inspections at production site and at delivery
Each cleaner leaves our production sites checked and certified, to guarantee the best performance during the work. At delivery always check the goods and verify that no damage has been happen during the carriage.
2.2 Moving the cleaners
The cleaners are packed in carton boxes as in the drawing and they have the following volume:

Before and during the moving respect the following instructions:
• Handle with care, do not turn upside down, keep dry.
• Being the vertical height of the cleaners accentuated, if an hand cart is used, check the stability and the position of the load on the forks.
• During the transport operations keep the load as low as possible, in order to give the best stability and visibility, then handle with care.
2.3 Unpacking
Remove the strips from the box before open it. To unpack the cleaner do not pull from the cover. Always move and handle the cleaner with care and always use protective attire and gloves.
3. INSTALLATION
Warning: Although for the mounting and installing of the cleaner is better to address yourself to a
DISAN qualified installer, although in this manual you can find some instructions for the mounting.
Follow carefully the instructions and in case of any glitches address yourself immediately to a DISAN authorized installer or to the DISAN Technical
Office.

3.1 Positioning the cleaner.
The cleaner is installed in the celler, garage or in another service room, where a sufficient ventilation is granted.
Do not install near other warm sources.
It is possible to install the cleaner on the balcony. In this case it has to be protected from the weather conditions.
In any case respect the following mini mal distances.
- To the outlet tubing through the other self strengthen rubber hoses enclosed in the parcel.
- Low voltage connections: To the branch low voltage cables connected with the micro switches or pin jacks in the inlets. Eventually through the electric shunt box.
- To the feeding (220-230 Volt) through the SCHUCO socket:
3.2 Mounting
In order to prevent the limited electroshocking danger, these connections are to be made in security and with adequate tools. Before installing the cleaner it is necessary to fix on the wall the mounting bar enclosed in the dust container.
Use only the included bar and mount it properly, just in accordance to the kind of wall and using the appropriate tools and steel screws:
Install the cleaner on the wall mounting bar, taking care to the alignment, the stability and the security.
3.3 Connections
- To the inlet tubing through the self strengthen rubber hoses enclosed in the parcel (rubber hoses and silencer are not included of the models ZSA 18/1 and ZSA 25/1).

4. STARTING
It is recommended to use the system only for vacuuming household dust.
To avoid possible damages use only
DISAN accessories. Please pay attention to the following security advices:
4.1 Static shock
In very rare circumstances it may be possible for some people to feel a static shock from the flexible suction hose. These are not caused by the vacuum cleaner but the most likely causes are:
- Very dry air
Statically loaded carpet (usually
- synthetic)
Any person that finds themselves suffering from this problem whilst vacuuming could use rubber shoes or woolen socks to help avoid static shock
4.2 electrical security

Ensure electrical appliance is instal-
- led into an electrical circuit with correct earthing.
The security of the electrical installation is provided by a current protective switch that corresponds with all current regulations.

The central vacuum systems are not designed for vacuuming up cement dust or other building mate-
- rials therefore it is advisable to clean the place before using it for this purpose.
Do not expose the system directly to outdoor conditions (e.g. rain, snow, etc)
Do not vacuum any large materials that are likely to obstruct or damage the flexible pipe.

Do not vacuum liquids except when using liquid separators.
-
Only use original DISAN accessories.
-
Do not start the machine if it is damaged in any way.
Periodically check the condition of the waste bag and the filter, particularly after a long time with the cleaner out of work.
Never run the machine without a filter and always use a genuine
DISAN part.

In case of any intervention or manipulation or opening of the cleaner, any guarantee will immediately expire.
5. OPERATION
The cleaner is manufactured in order to minimize the output of noise both in the body as in the motor.
During the use please pay attention to the following advices:
- Do not allow children to operate the machine without surveillance
-
Do not allow the suction of the handle to come into contact the eyes or ears. Do not insert fingers in the handle.
- Pay attention to the ceasing of the cleaner. Due to the depression in the tubing and in the motor, the system remains under depression for a couple of seconds after switching it off.
-
Disan take no responsibility for any harm or damage done due to misuse of the machine
5.1 Use of accessories
1) Place the appropriate ends together:
Into the handle; into the 2 chrome plated extension tubes or into the chrome plated telescopic pipe.
2) Lift the cover of the inlet valve and place the metal end of the vacuum hose.
3a) If an automatic inlet valve is being used the system will start when the vacuum hose is pressed into the valve.
3b) If using a semi automatic system, the machine starts when the hose end with the metal collar is placed into the inlet valve or when the switch is operated on the handle.
4) In the event of excessive suction make use of the pressure regulation on the curved connection
5) When vacuuming is finished the machine can be switched off by removing the hose from the inlet valve and carefully closing the cover.

6. MAINTEINANCE
6.1 TeCHNICAL ADVICe
- If during operation you experience an irregularity that is not dealt with in section “maintenance of the vacuum machine” please switch off the machine and get it inspected by a qualified person.
-
No maintenance or repair work should be carried out on the machine unless it is disconnected from the mains first.
-
We recommend every 4-5 years a general check of the electric motor, the bearings, cables including a replacement set of brushes if necessary and a new filter should be installed.
6.2 Ordinary maintenance
All these operations are to be carried out on the machine disconnected from the mains first and when the cleaner is chilled from the surrounding temperature.
This maintenance is made to keep the cleaner working properly and to extend the lifetime of the cleaner.
Disconnect the mains first also to clean the cleaner outside and pay attention that the dust canister is properly fixed on the cleaner’s body .

5. Carefully place the waste container up to the bottom of the machine in order to make a good seal.
(Close both clamps together)
CLeANING Of THe fILTer:
Before touching the cleaner pay attention to its temperature, which due to the motor can be high.
Wait until the cleaner is cold from the surrounding temperature.
For a perfect operation of the system, particular attention should be paid to the condition of the filter inside the vacuum unit. It must be checked and cleaned if necessary every 2 or 3 months or if a loss of power is noticed.
1. Uncouple the waste unit from the machine
3. Extract the filter (for model: 45/2-3 also the metal grill) and proceed to clean it using a compressor, traditional vacuum or by a simple shaking motion, being careful not to damage it.

4. Check that the metal motor protection grill is not damaged or dirty.

5. Replace the filter into the machine case an retighten the knurled nut.
2. Rotate the finger grip anticlockwise until the filter can be removed.

6. Re-connect the container with the machine being careful not to damage the seal edges which would cause a loss of suction (close both clamps together).
7. TROUBLESHOOTING
1. fILTer IS BLOCKeD
If suction power at end of the hose is weak check to see if waste paper bag is full or damaged
2. flexible hose is blocked.
If suction at the inlet valve is correct, the flexible hose could be stopped.
3. Damaged waste container not sealed onto machine correctly
Check the condition of the waste container and check that it is installed onto the machine correctly, in order to prevent loss in suction. Then close both clamps together.
4. Several suction hoses being used at the same time
All single phase systems are designed for use by a single person at a time.
5. Blockages in the pipes
You should contact an official DISAN installer.
6. Safety protection

- The vacuum motor is exposed to an overload
- The motor becomes detective
- The carbon motor brushes become defective or in need of replacement.
7. Micro Switch on inlet is dirty or faulty
If the machine continues to run with the hose removed or will not run with the hose installed check the operation of the micro switch on the inlet valve if the cause is not found call the installer.
8. Overheating
If the motor becomes overheated due to a blocked filter or a blockage in the pipeline the thermostat will switch the motor off. It will restart when it has cooled down (8-10 minutes) If after you have followed procedures 1 and 2 it continues to overheat please call the installer.
9. 12 volt supply is interrupted
On the rare occasion that the switching cable that connects the inlet valve to the machine becomes faulty, please contact the installer.
10. short circuit
If the motor will not run after checking the previous points the problem is likely to be a short circuit in the system wiring and the installer should be called in.
11. Damage to motor or control module
If the previous procedures do not start the system the cause is likely to be either the transformer relay or an internal problem with the motor and an installer should be called.

12. Hose with on/off switch is defective
If you are using a system with a flexible pipe containing an on/off switch and you experience problems such as the machine switching on and off intermittently or it will not start or switch off you should contact the installer.
13. Low power in the house
If the system fails to start and trips the main switch in the house it could be that there are too many appliances using the electricity. To rectify, switch off any non essential appliances.

8. GUARANTEE
8.1 Terms of guarantee
The guarantee conditions become valid from the date the system was first purchased. Always seek professional advice on installation and maintenance problems. Any attempt by the customer or other persons to modify o repair the system with non original parts will automatically render the warranty void and the manufacturer will not be held responsible for any damage caused either to persons or their property.
The following relieves the manufacturer of any responsibility for warranty:
- Improper Installation
- Improper use of the system or accessories
- Operating against the regulations of the respective country
- Use of non original spare parts failing to observe the operating instructions
- Total or partial inobservance of the present manual
- Not sending of the guarantee coupon
The manufacturer will under the guarantee replace any parts that are found

Système d’aspiration centralisée to be defective due to faulty construction. In order for the guarantee to be valid the machine must be operated in accordance with this instruction book.
All defective parts must be returned to the headquarter for inspection in their technical laboratory, and under the terms of their guarantee defective parts will be replaced.
The cost of taking apart and assembly and the transport cost for the faulty part are the responsibility of the purchaser.
The guarantee issued by DISAN will be valid if the portion which can be separated (see last page) is received by the manufacturer no more than 30 days after the purchase date.
Replacement parts under guarantee will only be issued if the payment terms were kept by the purchaser.
Any disputes will be resolved by the courts in Bolzano (Italy).
8.2 Coupon of guarantee
For the registration of your guarantee right fill in the coupon on the cover of the present book and insert the data reported on the identification label of your cleaner. Send it within 30 days from purchase.

2. TRANSPORT
2.1 Contrôle qualité et expédition
Avant l’expédition, chaque centrale a
été soigneusement vérifiée et testée pour garantir un bon fonctionnement.
Prière de contrôler la marchandise à la livraison et de vérifier qu’aucun dommage n’est présent, dû au transport.
2.2 Manipulation
Les centrales d’aspiration sont emballées dans les cartons suivants :

Pour le transport de la centrale, prière de respecter les directives suivantes :
• Manipuler avec soin, ne pas renverser, stocker le matériel dans un endroit sec.
• Si la centrale est transportée à l’aide d’un chariot, contrôlez la stabilité ainsi que la répartition du poids sur les fourches.
• Pendant les déplacements sur chariot, maintenir le centre de gravité de la charge le plus bas possible afin d’assurer une bonne stabilité et visibilité, puis agir avec prudence.
2.3 Déballage
Otez les agrafes métalliques avant d’ouvrir le carton. Pour sortir la centrale d'aspiration du carton, ne tirez pas sur le couvercle de la machine.
Pendant les phases de déplacement et d’installation de la centrale, utilisez vêtements et gants appropriés afin de prévenir tout risque d’accident.
3. INSTALLATION
Avertissement : il est recommandé de s’adresser à un installateur autorisé DISAN pour le montage et la mise en marche de la centrale même si toutes les directives pour une installation correcte sont reportées dans ce manuel. 3.1 Positionnement de la centrale
La centrale peut être installée dans une pièce annexe qui doit être aérée correctement et loin de toute source de chaleur, tel qu’un garage, une cave, un cagibi, un soubassement ou un balcon. Dans le cas du balcon, on aura pris soin de réaliser une armoire étanche aux agents atmosphériques (prévoir les grilles d'aération).
On doit absolument respecter les distances minimales selon le tableau cidessus.
3.2 Montage
Pour fixer la centrale d’aspiration, il faut dans un premier temps fixer le support au mur. Le support se trouve à l’intérieur du bac à poussières. Utiliser exclusivement les outils et les vis (fournies) appropriés. Vérifier l’alignement et la stabilité de la centrale.
- A la ligne de commande électrique basse tension 12V. Connectez les deux fils, provenant de la première prise aspirante aux 2 bornes 12V placées à l'arrière de la centrale
(sur modèles ZSA 18/1 et 25/1) ou au câble 12V de la centrale (sur les modèles ZSA 25/2 et 45/2-3/OW).
- Au réseau EDF (220-230 Volt) par l’intermédiaire d’une prise de courant de type 2P+T.
Bien que tout risque d'électrocution soit exclu, prenez soin d’effectuer tous ces branchements avec la plus grande attention.
Sur le dessin du branchement électrique de la centrale montré ci-dessous, le bornier de connexion 12V n'existe que pour les centrales ZSA18/1 et 25/1.

3.3 Branchement
- A la ligne de tuyauterie qui arrive à la centrale en provenance des prises, à l'aide du manchon en caoutchouc auto serrant inclus.
- A la ligne d’évacuation qui se termine avec le déflecteur à l’extérieur, à l'aide du second manchon auto serrant inclus. Pour certaines centrales, il faut placer le silencieux inclus sur cette ligne d'évacuation

4. MISE EN MARCHE
Nous vous rappelons que la centrale d’aspiration est une machine qui a été conçue exclusivement pour l’aspiration de poussières domestiques. Pour éviter d’éventuels dommages, utilisez exclusivement des pièces de rechange d'origine
DISAN. Lorsque vous utilisez un appareil
électrique, des précautions de base doivent être prises. Lisez avec attention les précautions qui suivent:
4.1 Décharges électrostatiques
Le tuyau flexible peut donner lieu à des décharges électrostatiques, effet désagréable mais pas dangereux, engendrées par :
- un air très sec
- une aspiration sur sols synthétiques
- un utilisateur qui porte des chaussettes en laine ou des chaussures en caoutchouc.
4.2 Sécurité électrique
- Brancher la centrale uniquement sur une source de tension (220 ~
240 Volts) comme indiqué sur la plaque signalétique.
- Effectuer le branchement sur une prise équipée d’une terre.
- La sécurité du système électrique est garantie seulement si la ligne d’alimentation est protégée par un fusible calibré selon les normes en vigueur.
4.3 Sécurité de l’installation
- Il est fortement déconseillé d’aspirer des résidus ou autres éléments présents sur le chantier (poussière de ciment, sciure de bois, etc.)
- Pour cette raison, la centrale ne peut
être utilisée qu'après un premier nettoyage de fin de chantier.

- La centrale ne doit pas être lavée avec de l’eau et ne doit pas être soumise à l’action directe d’agents atmosphériques.
- Ne pas aspirer des matériaux trop volumineux susceptibles d’obstruer le tuyau flexible.
- Ne pas aspirer des liquides, sauf avec l’utilisation du dispositif de séparateur d’eau. Dans ce cas, n’aspirer pas des liquides moussants ou shampooings.
- Ne pas aspirer de braises ardentes, de dissolvants, de matières collantes, explosives ou incandescentes.
- Ne pas tenter de mettre en marche une machine défectueuse.
- Contrôler de temps en temps l'état de remplissage du bac à poussières et l'état du filtre.
- Si vous avez démonté les protections électriques (platine, fusible) ou mécaniques (carter, couvercle) de la centrale, veuillez les remonter et les fixer avant la mise en marche.
- Ne jamais aspirer sans filtre et utiliser uniquement des filtres d'origine
DISAN.
- Si la centrale d’aspiration reste inactive pour une période prolongée, vérifier l’état général et nettoyer avec soin les parties extérieures (carter) et le filtre avant la mise en marche de celleci.

- Ne pas détériorer l’isolation des câbles
Si cela venait à se produire accidentellement, contactez immédiatement un installateur agréé DISAN. La réparation exige l’intervention d’un technicien spécialisé.
Le non-respect des consignes précédentes est susceptible d'entraîner une annulation de la garantie de la part du fabricant.
5. UTILISATION
Les caractéristiques de fabrication permettent de réduire au maximum l’émission sonore qui est à l’heure actuelle un problème majeur dans l’élaboration d’un moteur.
Pendant l’aspiration, respectez les consignes de sécurité suivantes :
- ne pas laisser les enfants utiliser l’appareil sans surveillance
- ne pas approcher le flexible d’aspiration des yeux et des oreilles, n’introduisez pas la main à l’intérieur
- Faire attention à l’arrêt de la machine. Etant donné que la centrale fonctionne en dépression, lors de l’arrêt de celle-ci, le moteur continue à tourner pendant quelques secondes, ceci est dû à l’inertie mécanique.
- Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité en cas de dommages causés par une mauvaise utilisation de la centrale ou par une utilisation différente de celle qui est préconisée, c’est-à-dire l’aspiration de la poussière domestique.
5.1 Utilisation des accessoires
1) Insérer l’accessoire sur la poignée du flexible ou au bout de la canne d'aspiration
2) soulever la trappe de la prise aspirante et introduire l'embout droit situé
à l’extrémité du flexible
3a) avec une prise automatique (micro-interrupteur), la mise en route de la centrale s’effectue à l’ouverture de la trappe
3b) avec une prise semi-automatique
(plots de contact), la mise en route de la centrale s’effectue lorsque vous introduisez l'embout du flexible dans celle-ci ou lorsque vous actionnez l’interrupteur présent sur la poignée du flexible (utilisation d’un flexible avec commande marche/arrêt intégrée)
4) dans le cas d’une aspiration trop forte, utiliser le régulateur de dépression situé sur la poignée du flexible
5) à la fin de l’aspiration, retirer le flexible de la prise ou actionner l’interrupteur d’arrêt pour
éteindre la centrale. Refermer la trappe de la prise d’aspiration tout en a c c o m p a g n a n t celle-ci.

6. ENTRETIEN
6.1 Consignes de sécurité :
- Lors d’un disfonctionnement de la centrale, reportez-vous au tableau des pannes figurant dans ce manuel, et si vous ne pouvez pas le résoudre seul, adressez-vous à votre revendeur ou installateur agréé.
- Toute intervention doit être exclusivement effectuée sur une centrale
éteinte et déconnectée du réseau
électrique
- Une révision générale tous les 4-5 ans est recommandée afin d’effectuer une éventuelle substitution des charbons du moteur, du filtre et un contrôle général de la centrale et du système.
6.2 entretien ordinaire
Toute intervention doit être effectuée centrale éteinte, débranchée du secteur et moteur refroidi.
Toutes ces précautions ont pour but de garantir la sécurité et d'accroître la durée de vie de la centrale d’aspiration.
Débrancher l’alimentation électrique avant chaque intervention, nettoyer la poussière présente sur le corps de la centrale et vérifier que le bac à poussière est correctement accouplé au corps du moteur.

Avant d’intervenir sur la centrale, assurez-vous que la température du corps de celle-ci est la même que la température ambiante (en fonctionnement, le moteur augmente la température de la centrale).
Après stabilisation de la température, on peut commencer au remplacement du filtre. Pour un bon fonctionnement de la ma chi ne on doit faire attention au nettoyage de la cartouche filtre qui se trouve à l’intérieur de la centrale.
On doit la nettoyer tous les 2-3 mois ou en cas de perte d’aspiration.

3 avec la grille de protection) et procéder à son nettoyage soit en le secouant, soit avec de l'air comprimé par l'intérieur, soit par aspiration classique, tout en faisant attention de ne pas l’endommager. Vérifier la position des deux crochets de fixation du bac. Vérifier l'état du joint de l’adaptateur de type “cyclone”, il ne doit ni
être endommagé, ni sorti de son logement.
Remonter le bac à poussière tout en faisant attention au positionnement de celui-ci (étanchéité entre le bac et le corps de la centrale) afin d’éviter toute perte d’aspiration. Refermer les deux crochets en même temps.
4. Utilisation simultanée de plus d’une prise d’aspiration
Les centrales d’aspiration monophasées sont conçues pour un seul utilisateur à la fois.
5. La tuyauterie principale est bouchée
Veuillez prendre contact avec votre installateur.
6. fusibles
Les causes possibles de la rupture du fusible sont :
- surtension ou variation de la tension électrique
- le moteur est défectueux
- les charbons sont défectueux ou usés
7. Micro-interrupteur défectueux ou sale (pour les prises avec micro-interrupteur)
Si la centrale ne s’arrête plus ou ne démarre plus malgré l’ouverture ou la fermeture de la prise d’aspiration, vérifier le fonctionnement du micro-interrupteur de la prise. Si vous ne trouvez pas la cause, veuillez contacter votre installateur.
8. Surchauffe
Dans le cas d’une surchauffe du moteur dû au bouchage du filtre, ou du réseau tubulaire ou de la ligne de rejet de l’air, le thermostat calibré à
80°C entre en fonction et le moteur

Système d’aspiration centralisée s’arrête. La centrale sera à nouveau opérationnelle après une période de refroidissement de 8 à 10 minutes. Si après avoir suivi les consignes se référant aux paragraphes 1 et 2 le problème persiste, veuillez prendre contact avec votre installateur.
9. Ligne de commande électrique
(12V) endommagée
Il peut arriver très rarement que la ligne de commande 12V qui relie les prises d’aspiration à la centrale soit endommagée, dans ce cas veuillez prendre contact avec votre installateur.
10. Court-circuit
Si la cause de disfonctionnement du moteur n’est pas due à l’un des points précédents, cela peut provenir d’un court-circuit dans le bobinage du moteur. Dans ce cas-là, veuillez contacter votre installateur.
11. Circuit électronique défectueux
Si après avoir mis hors de cause le moteur, le problème persiste, il est possible que cela provienne du transformateur ou du relais sur la platine de commande ou d’un autre organe moteur.
Veuillez contacter votre installateur.
12. Tuyau flexible d’aspiration avec interrupteur ON/Off défectueux
Si vous utilisez un flexible de ce type et que la centrale ne démarre pas, ou ne s’arrête plus ou fonctionne par intermittence, court-circuiter les contacts internes (12V) de la prise d’aspiration.
Si la centrale fonctionne correctement le défaut provient du tuyau flexible.
Contactez votre installateur.
13. Ligne d’alimentation électrique de la centrale sous dimensionnée
Si la centrale d’aspiration ne démarre pas ou si le fusible de la ligne électrique saute (surconsommation) cela signifie que la consommation électrique sur cette ligne (kW) est trop importante. Consulter un électricien.
14. Sous tension ou sur tension secteur
Vérifier que la tension secteur n’excède pas +/-5% de la valeur indiquée sur la plaque signalétique de la centrale. Consulter un électricien..
15. Bac à poussière plein
Vider le bac. Se reporter au § 6.2.
16. Joint de la prise d’aspiration défectueux
En cas de fuite d’air au niveau de la prise d’aspiration ou de pertes de flux, revisser la prise correctement ou si nécessaire remplacer les joints. Si le problème subsiste, contactez votre installateur.

8. GARANTIE
8.1 Conditions
La centrale est livrée au client en parfait
état de marche au moment de l’achat.
Si vous constatez un disfonctionnement, adressez-vous à votre installateur.
Toute tentative de démontage, de modification ou en général de manipulation de n’importe quel composant de la centrale par le client ou par une personne non autorisée, annulera la garantie et dégagera le fabricant de toute responsabilité en cas d’éventuel dommage à un objet ou à une personne dû au non-respect des consignes précédentes.
Le fabricant se réserve le droit de se dégager de toute responsabilité en cas de :
- installation incorrecte
- mauvais usage de la centrale et des accessoires
- entretien non effectué ou incorrect
- utilisation de pièces de rechange qui ne sont pas d'origine
- inobservance totale ou partielle des instructions
Le fabricant s’engage à remplacer sous garantie chaque élément sujet à un défaut de fabrication. La validité de la garantie dépend du respect absolu des consignes présentes dans ce manuel. Pour toute réclamation sous garantie, il est nécessaire de renvoyer la pièce défectueuse au laboratoire d’analyse technique DISAN. Le fabricant se réserve le droit de juger si la pièce défectueuse est ou non sous le régime de garantie. Le démontage, montage et le transport de la pièce sont à la charge de l’acheteur. La garantie ne s’applique pas en cas de paiement non effectué selon le mode convenu. Dans ce cas là le fabricant peut s’abstenir d’effectuer la réparation. En cas de conflit, le Tribunal de
Strasbourg est reconnu seul compétent pour résoudre les litiges.
La garantie est de 2 ans sur la centrale et de 1 an sur les accessoires.
