PROVINOL's winning feature is its specially designed circular blade which guarantees perfect seam cutting wall to wall. PROVINOL has variable, adjustable blades of 26 and

40 mm diameter which cut Cushioned Vinyl, PVC, rubber, linoleum and felt

floor coverings. The cutting width is variable, with a choice of 22 different sizes.

Once the red distance plates have been inserted, it is possible to undercut the edge of the material at an angle of 4°. Not suitable for cutting wall to wall or for double cutting.

Operation manual

Choice of blades (2)

– 26 mm diameter for all thin surfaces up to 3 mm

– 40 mm diameter for all surfaces thicker than 3 mm

A) Changing the blade

– Remove screw (1) and distance plates (2)

– Turn blade (3) 180° or replace blade and reassemble

B) Adjust cutting width

– Remove screw (1) and distance plates (2)

– Place blade (3) between the selected distance plates (2) and reassemble.

You have 22 choices between

0 – 27 mm

C) Adjust cutting depth (infinitely variable up to 13 mm)

– Release screw (2)

– Adjust blade position by turning wheel (4) and check blade depth with a ruler.

– Please hold PROVINOL by gripping the soft touch material areas and then push firmly in the required direction using the heel of your palm

E) Fixing edges together

– Before starting to cut, fix edges together with double-sided tape to avoid material moving out of place

F) Start away from the wall

– Line up the PROVINOL guidance edge with the seam

G) Cut the first 20 cm by pushing backwards

H) Continue cutting pushing forwards until the opposite wall is reached

Bedienungsanleitung Consignes d’utilisation

Klingenwahl

– 26 mm Klinge für Beläge bis ca. 3 mm

– 40 mm Klinge für Beläge ab ca. 3 mm

Choisissez la lame

– Diamètre de 26 mm pour les revêtements jusqu'à 3 mm.

– Diamètre de 40 mm pour les revêtements à partir de 3 mm.

A) Klingenwechsel

– Rändelmutter (1) und Distanzplatten (2) entfernen

– Klinge (3) 180° drehen oder wechseln und zusammenbauen

A) Changez la lame

–

–

Retirez la vis (1) et les cales (2).

Tournez la lame (3) de 180° ou changez-la, puis remontez l'outil.

B) Schnittbreite einstellen

– Rändelmutter (1) und Distanzplatten (2) entfernen

– Klinge (3) am gewünschten Ort einsetzen und zusammenbauen.

Es bestehen 22 Möglichkeiten von

0 – 27 mm

C) Réglez la profondeur

(sans paliers jusqu'à 13 mm)

– Retirez la vis (1).

– Ajustez la roulette (4) jusqu'à la profondeur désirée. La lame (3) se déplace des deux côtés.

– Vérifiez la profondeur avec une règle ou avec le revêtement.

– Serrez la vis (1).

– Emplacement pour lames de rechange (5).

D) PROVINOL richtig halten

– Halten Sie den PROVINOL auf den weichen Flächen

– Geben Sie mit dem Handballen

Druck nach unten und in Schnittrichtung

– Tenez PROVINOL par sa partie souple et appuyez contre le bas avec la paume, en direction de la coupure.

E) Bahnen fixieren

– Fixieren Sie vor dem Schneiden die Bahnen mit Doppelklebeband, um ein Verrutschen zu verhindern

E) Fixez les bords

– Avant de couper, fixez les bords au moyen d'un adhésif double face afin d'éviter tout glissement.

F) PROVINOL an der Naht ansetzen

– Beginnen Sie kurz vor der Wand

– Setzen Sie PROVINOL mit der

Führung an die Nahtkante

F) Coupez avec PROVINOL

G) Naht schneiden

– Schneiden Sie ca. die ersten

20 cm zurück

– Geben Sie beim Schneiden immer leichten Druck gegen die Belagskante

H) Schneiden Sie bis an die gegen-

Coupez les premiers 20 cm avec des mouvements d'avant en arrière.

En coupant, appuyez toujours contre le rebord du revêtement.

H) Coupez jusqu'au mur opposé

– Stellen Sie den PROVINOL auf und schneiden Sie die Naht fertig

I,J) Tournez PROVINOL de 90°

– Basculez PROVINOL et terminez la découpe.
