Operating & Safety – How To Secure the
Support Bar In Place
The support bar must be secured in place prior to removing and/or
replacing the plunger and blades.
Lift and hold the handle
to the highest position .
Take the plastic safety
pin connected to the
cord on the back of the
sectionizer.
Insert the plastic safety
pin into the hole,
located at the bottom of
the left support bar.

Operating & Safety – How To Remove the
Plunger and Blade Cup
The plunger and blade cup must be removed for cleaning and replacement.
Loosen the two
knobs on the top
of plunger. Do
not remove the
knobs completely.
Lift the handle
and lock the
support bar in
place with the
safety pin.
Carefully release
and remove the
plunger from the
loosened screws.
Carefully lift the
blade cup by the
sides of the cup.
Caution!
Blades are sharp,
do not place
hand inside blade
cup.

Operating & Safety – How To Replace the
Blade Cup and Plunger
The support bar must be secured in place prior to removing and/or
replacing the plunger and blades.
Lift the handle
and lock the
support bar in
place with the
safety pin.
Holding the
blade cup by the
sides, insert the
blade cup into
the bottom of the
sectionizer.
Insert the
plunger into the
blade cup.
Release the
plastic safety pin
and lower the
support bar.
Turn the knobs to
secure the
plunger in place.

Cleaning & Sanitizing
Manual Dishwashing
q Caution - Never Let Your Fingers Contact the Top-Inside Surface of the
Blade Cup, as the Blades are Extremely Sharp
q  Carefully remove the Blade Cup & Plunger From the Sectionizer
q  Wash the dull side of the blades (bottom of the blade cup) with a bristle brush
in warm, soapy water. Never clean blades with a cloth, scouring pad or wire brush.
Rinse and sanitize.
q  Wash the sectionizer using a cleaning cloth and warm, soapy water.
Rinse and sanitize.
