THIS SITE OPERATES BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
This service is FREE for Monmouth County residents. Proof of residency is required.
A driver’s license, a tax or utility bill showing the home address may suffice.
The largest container this facility will accept is a 5-gallon container NO EXCEPTIONS.
This facility has a limit of 20 gallons of liquid and 220 lbs of dry material per appointment — we do not limit the amount
of appointments the residents can schedule; we limit the amount of material brought in per appointment.

STEPS FOR PROPER DISPOSAL OF PRESCRIPTION DRUGS:

Mark out personal information on prescription bottles.
Mix liquid medicine with undesireable substances like coffee grounds, cat litter or dirt. Dilute pills with water, then add
coffee grounds, cat litter or dirt.
Place medicine in an opaque container, like a yogurt container, and secure lid; or wrap in a dark colored plastic bag.
Hide the container in the trash. Do NOT Recycle.
Check with local Police Dept. The U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency schedules (2) collections per year.
