All work should be carried out by a licensed plumber. Responsibility will not be accepted for incorrect
installation of this tapware, or any tapware not installed by a Registered Plumber.
The water supply lines need to be ‘flushed out’ prior to installation. This will avoid any foreign materials
blocking the flow regulator, damaging the cartridge and reducing the flow of water.
Sink and Basin Mixers require flexible hoses. These flexible hoses are supplied and marked with red and
blue, denoting hot and cold. The hoses are fitting to hot and cold water inlet respectively.
Place the rubber seal on the underside of the base ring. Screw the flexible hoses firmly into the Mixer, being
careful not to kink the flexible hoses.
Screw on the mounting stud to the underside of the Mixer and tighten with a phillips head screwdriver.
Place the Mixer in the allocated hole of your sink or vanity with the flexible hoses going in first.
From underneath the bench top, fit the base washer, base plate and fixing nut in the respective order.
Tighten the fixing nut to clamp the mixer onto the sink or vanity. Ensure the Mixer is attached firmly.
FLUSH THE TWO PIPELINES TO CLEAR DEBRIS.
Connect the Mixer to the water supply line by connecting the two flexible hoses to the isolating stop valve.
REPLACEMENT OF MIXER CARTRIDGE:
Remove the grub screw in the lever handle and lift off the handle. Unscrew the dome cap and the lock nut.
Lift out the old cartridge and clean inside the outer casing. Insert new cartridge ensuring the lungs on the
bottom of the cartridge line up with the holes in the mixer main body. Assemble fixing nut (tighten with a
spanner), the dome cap and the handle securely.
