INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING!
DISCONNECT BATTERIES BEFORE SERVICING.
1
Drain the recovery tank at a designated “DISPOSAL SITE”.
2
Remove the extra recovery tank cover (the one with no hoses hooked up to it).
3
Disconnect the recovery tank cable and tip the tank all the way back.
4
Take the electrical cord from the kit, route the end with the female connector through the
hole in the chassis (next to the vac motor) that the squeegee hose goes through.
5
Under the rear of the machine, just above the squeegee mount there is a bundle of wire
connectors. Look for a (2) wire male connector with a violet wire and a black wire
connected to it (there are (2) such connectors, either one will work).
6
Remove the protective “Dummy” plug from this connector and plug the electrical cord from
your kit into it (make sure the wires are routed and secured away from all moving parts).
7
Route the electrical cord behind the vac hoses going up to the recovery tank cover. Tip
the recovery tank back into place and reconnect the tank cable.
