Our tasty sandwiches and exceptional delivery have created diehard JJ fans. We love to blow
away our customers with phenomenal service, but nobody’s perfect and sometimes we mess up.
Our customer service reps are there to restore confidence in our brand and show love to our
customers. This stellar CS team is growing and we’re looking for a Customer Service
Representative who’s got the grit and drive to cultivate passion for the double J.
A JJ Customer Service Representative approaches every day with a “whatever it takes, can-do”
attitude, loves turning an unhappy customer into a raving fan, and understands the value of a
structured system. Our team members are expert problem solvers with excellent communication
skills and off-the-chart upbeat attitudes. The ideal candidate will embrace the JJ culture which
includes the same irreverent, no B.S. message seen in our marketing campaigns.
JJ CS Rockstar Essentials:
• A 4-year degree (book-smart cred)
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Mad Excel skills
• Honesty and integrity (all the time, not just when someone’s looking)
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
It’s all about the small things for us and since the JJ bread is the foundation of our brand, get
hyped to rock out sandwich making as the initial 3-week in-store training for this position.

This is a full-time position located at our headquarters in Champaign, IL which will include a
Saturday morning rotation schedule (espresso and superb coffee provided).
