although the coffee looks very dark in the picture. o Also interesting that
Illy recommends storing the coffee in the fridge and in the video it
comes right out of the fridge and is opened to air. o This seems like a
recipe to destroy coffee quickly. o Elsewhere on the site they
recommend bringing the cold coffee to room temperature before
opening - if you do store in the fridge or freezer this is prudent to avoid
condensation.
