Troubleshooting & Main Cautions for Washing Machine
Main Cautions:
Dismantling, repair or alterations should only be carried out by professionals technician as
otherwise you may be subject to electric shock, may cause fire or get injured
This appliance must be earthed as it is equipped with an earthing wire
Electricity supply must be unplugged with dry hands
Do not put water in direct contact with the unit during maintenance and repair
Damaged or loosen wire or plug should not be used nor you should try to alter wire
Do not put gasoline, benzine, alcohol, thinner of fabrics with stains into or near to the washing
machine
Make sure nothing remains in the pockets as it could damage the appliance
Do not put your hand into the basket when its in operation, wait until it has stopped completely
Washing machine should not be installed in humid places or places exposed to wind or rain
Do not wash, rinse and spin waterproof fabric
Do not stand on or put weight on the top of the unit
Water supply hose should be tightly screwed to the unit
Check water supply hose connection by turning on the water before washing
Do not block the ventilation openings on the bottom of washer
It is advised to clean the water inlet, hose filter, water inlet mesh bag and lint filter after every
6months
Make sure the height of drain hose is not less than 700mm and not more than 1000mm(13kgs>800mm <1200mm) during operation otherwise it won’t function(note laying down the drain hose
will result in water flowing out)
Use appropriate detergent for the appliance
It is imperative that the transport bolts are removed before use and cover the openings with the 4
enclosed plastic caps
Never open the forcibly while machine is running, otherwise door lock can be damage (turn the
power off or pause the appliance and wait at least 2 minutes to allow the lock to be released)
Before the first wash, carry out a short wash cycle without laundry to remove any residual water
used during testing
Do not allow children to operate, crawl on, be near or inside your washer and note that the
surface temperature of the porthole door may increase during wash cycle, therefore close
supervision is necessary
