We are unable to honour bookings without deposits. Deposits and payment A non-refundable deposit of £10.00pp is required on our Christmas Fayre menu. Pre-orders required a minimum of 10 days in advance of party Christmas Day menu requires a £15.00pp non-refundable deposit. Pre-orders required by 30th November 2016 at the latest. We reserve the right to release any rooms or reservations which are not fully paid by the due date. Prepaid deposits will be retained in lieu of final payment. Cancellations All deposits are non-refundable. Parties booked for Christmas Fayre menus carry a 10-day cancellation policy. Cancellation during the 10-day period will incur the final balance charge. Room bookings for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day carry a 15-day cancellation policy. If a cancellation occurs during this time full payment will be charged. Forfeited deposits cannot be used to offset any other additional costs. Other conditions Please inform us of any dietary requirements at time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any function or accommodation reservation without prior notice. All reservation dates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
