CASTING TECHNOLOGY AND SPECIAL FLEXIBLE ALUMINIUM ALLOY
Protec e oxide coaa ng on aluminium body ovides excellent
corrosion durability and long life.
Heat transfer area is increased by pins which is located on
interior surface of aluminium body. Pins has developed with
perfect heat transfer technology and increases heat transfer
coefficient than creates resistance and slow down high
temperature flue gas when the gasses pass through them.
This heat is transferred to the water op mall.
Thanks to this applied technology to aluminium sec ons,
180° C boiler temperature is transferred to water then
flue gas spread with 56° C to atmosphere. With the help
of this technology high efficiency can be achieved and
nature is saved with low emissions.
Superior safety systems;
High water pressure safety; the boiler safety is provided against in excess of 6 bar water pressure.
The automa c air ent; blows out the air which is jammed in the boiler in water circuit. This provides your system working
properly and protect against corrosion.
Ionisa on electode; checks the if combuss on on burner or not, if th e is no flame on the burner, automaomally close
the gas inlet to make system safety.
Low water pressure safety; checks the boiler water pressure con nuousl. If the pressure lower than 0,8 bar,
closes the system.
Hot water temperature safety; if boiler water temperature exceeds 95°C, sensors will shut down system to protect itself.
Overhea ng po ec on; this sens s will close the system when boiler water temperature exceeds 105°C as and in case
of failure with NTC sensors.
Flue gas temperature safety; this detects flue gas temperature with flue gas sensor. If flue temperature exceeds the limit,
stops the system.
Frost protec on; boiler orks automaatally to rise up temperature to 15°C when boiler water temperature down to 4°C so
avoid frost risk of boiler. Boiler electrical supply must be on and boiler must be in stand-by state for using this func on.
Pump protec on; this potects the boiler against pump jamming and oxidaa on. Boiler is orked certain day of the week
by control panel, if the boiler is not run long term.
Legionella protec on; if domes c hot ater in hot water tank stays lower than 60°C long term without use, this leads to
form legionella bacteria. Boiler is worked certain day to rise up use water temperature 65°C for avoiding these bacterias.
High and low voltage protec on; boiler is potected against voltage fluctuaua on.
Domes c hot ater frost pro ec on; if o mode chosen from control panel, the boiler water temperature keep fixed
10° C to avoid frost risk. The electrical supply must be ac e ffor using this func on.
The control panel language is Turkish. Language also can be changed in English too.
