‘Nut Milk Stout’ - Blatently the same as the tits but with added hazelnut extract. All the
chocolate flavours of the milk stout blend with the hazelnut giving an almost nutella flavour.

This is a sneak preview of the 2013 Cherry Sour which has been in progress for 7 months.
It will be another 5-7 month in process. A lambic-style fruit sour using lashings of local
cherries and a house blend of Brett, Lactics and other nasties.
‘The Tits Milk Stout’ - Creamy, full bodied chocolately milk stout made with lactose and
different chocolate and caramel malts, balanced bitterness and sweetness and a good
anytime or dessert beer.

This year’s vintage is being aged in American oak barrels that have contained bourbon
and then New Zealand whisky, as well as other French oak barrels that have been retired
from red wine production for high Brettanomyces levels.

(or fresh) Nelson Sauvin hops to showcase themselves. A hopped to bits IPA using only

We took inspiration from our friends across the pond. We made a beer that’s fresh,
hoppy, chocolaty and not too bitter. We piled heaps of US Cascade and Amarillo hops

Malzbier is popular in Germany as an energy drink after exercise, during a night out.
Malzbier can be mixed with regular pale ales or lagers, or flavoured with a slice of lemon
to counteract the beer’s sweet finish.

Kereru Weizenbock 6.8% ABV 20 IBU. This beer is like adult candy with a rich malty
character and dark fruit and spicy notes. Perfect for the cooler months. Brewed with
Gladfield malts, NZ hops and Bavarian yeast.

Brewed in May 2013 and put into an American oak wine barrel in July, where it has
soaked up the smoky oak and vanilla characters from the barrel for the past 10 months.
The beer contains Special B - a grain known for adding a raisiny character to the beer.

The Southerly Front was inspired by a 1930’s Burton Ale recipe from a London brewery
and combines chest thumping hopping rates with rich a dark malt base and a fruity
London Ale yeast.
