The SIT20713 Certificate II in Hospitality qualification provides
individuals with the basic operational knowledge and practical skills
to perform a basic range of food and beverage service activities in
a supervised workplace. The course focuses on basic skills such as
food and beverage service and making espresso coffee.
Graduates will acquire the skills and knowledge needed to work in
various roles within the hospitality industry.
To undertake this qualification participants must have;
Satisfactorily completed a minimum of Year 10 or equivalent and or relevant industry /
vocational experience.
Currently employed or would like to work within the hospitality industry.
