Safety Information
The cautions issued by this user’s manual include critical
information for the safety while using the product. When the
user fails to adhere to the following requirements can cause
death, serious damages, and a great property loss.
WARNING
If you do not follow these instructions exactly, a fire or explosion
may result causing property damage, personal injury or loss of
life.
For safety, according to the level of danger, we have indicated
by “DANGER”, “WARNING”, “CAUTION” and the definitions for
these terms are as follow

This appliance does not have a pilot. It is equipped with an
ignition device which automatically lights the burner. Do
not try to light the burner by hand.
BEFORE OPERATING smell all around the appliance area for
gas. Be sure to smell next to the floor because some gas is
heavier than air and will settle on the floor.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU SMELL GAS
Do not try to light any appliance.
● Do not touch any electric switch; do not use any phone
in your building.
● Immediately call your gas supplier from a neighbor ’s
phone. Follow the gas supplier’s instructions.
● If you cannot reach your gas supplier, call the fire
department.
● Do not return to your home until authorized by your
gas supplier or the fire department.

The definitions of the symbols indicated on the product and
user’s manual are as follows
Use only your hand to push in or turn the gas control knob.
Never use tools. If the knob will not push in or turn by hand,
don’t try to repair it, call a qualified service technician.
Force or attempted repair may result in a fire or explosion.
Do not use this appliance if any part has been under water.
Immediately call a qualified service technician to inspect
the appliance and to replace any part of the control system
and any gas control which has been under water.

Shut off the gas supply if the boiler is damaged.
Have your installer or plumber show you the location of the
gas shut off valve and demonstrate how to close the valve.
If the boiler is damaged as a result of overheating, fire, flood,
or any other reason, close the manual shut off valve and do
not operate the boiler again until it has been inspected by a
qualified technician.

injury, or death. Inspect the vent termination and air intake
supply annually to ensure proper operation of the boiler.
Turn off and discontinue use of the boiler if any of the vent
pipes, vent elbows, or intake pipes are damaged in any way,
separated at a joint, or show evidence of corrosion, rusting,
or melting.

the boiler with wet hands.
Doing so may result in electric shock.

off the electrical power supply at service entrance panel.

To prevent burns:

Use the lowest operating temperature setting necessary to
provide comfortably-hot water.

If your household has children or elderly or disabled
residents, consider using a lower temperature setting.

Read all the instructions in this manual carefully before
changing the temperature setting.

Feel the water before using it on children, the elderly, or the
disabled.

If it is necessary to set the water temperature above 120° F
(49° C), consider installing a thermostatically-controlled
mixing valve or temperature-limiting valve. Contact a
licensed plumber or your local plumbing authority for more
information.
DANGER
This boiler’s water temperature is set to 120° F (49° C) at the
factory for your safety and comfort. Increasing the temperature
increases the risk of accidental scalding. Water temperatures at
or above 125° F (52° C) can cause instant scalding, severe burns,
or death. Before you decide to change the temperature setting,
read the following charts carefully.

Instructions d'allumage
1. ARRÊTEZ! Lisez les consignes de sécurité ci-dessus.
2. Réglez le thermostat au plus bas.
3. Coupez l'alimentation électrique de l'appareil.
4. Cet appareil est équipé d'un dispositif d'allumage qui allume automatiquement
le brûleur. Ne pas essayer d'allumer le brûleur manuellement.
5. Retirez le couvercle avant.
6. Tourner le robinet de gaz à "off" .Handle sera à travers la tuyauterie, ne pas forcer.
7. Attendez cinq (5) minutes pour laisser échapper tout gaz. Si vous sentez une odeur
de gaz, ARRÊTEZ! Suivez «B» dans les consignes de sécurité ci-dessus sur
cette étiquette. Si vous ne sentez pas de gaz, passez à l'étape suivante.
8. Tournez la vanne de gaz "sur" .Handle sera en ligne avec la tuyauterie.
9. Installez le couvercle avant
10. Mettez l'alimentation électrique de l'appareil.
11. Réglez le thermostat à la position désirée.
12. Si l'appareil ne fonctionne pas, suivez les instructions «Pour couper le gaz de
l'appareil» et appelez votre technicien d'entretien ou fournisseur de gaz..
Comment couper l'admission de gaz de l'appareil
1. Réglez le thermostat au plus bas.
2. Coupez l'alimentation électrique de l'appareil si le service doit être exécuté.
3. Retirer le couvercle avant.
4. Mettez arrêt vanne gaz "off" .Handle sera à travers le piping.Do pas forcer.
5. Installez le couvercle avant.

Temperature limiting valves are available, ask professional
person.
WARNING: California proposition 65 lists chemical substances know to the state to
cause cancer, birth defects, death, serious illness or other reproductive harm.
This product may contain such substances, be their origin from fuel combustion
(gas, oil) or components of the product itself.
A temperature and pressure relief valve listed as complying with the standard for Relief
Valve and Automatic Gas Shutoff Devices for Hot Water Supply System, ANSI Z21.22.
shall be installed at the time of installation of the heater in the location specified by the
manufacturer. Local codes shall govern the installation of relief devices for safety
operation of the boiler. The relief valve must not be removed or plugged.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. STOP! Read the safety information above.
2. Set the thermostat to lowest setting.
3. Turn off all electric power to the appliance.
4. This appliance is equipped with an ignition device which automatically lights the
burner. Do not try to light the burner by hand.
5. Remove front cover.
6. Turn the gas valve to “off”.Handle will be across the piping, do not force.
7. Wait five (5)minutes to clear out any gas. If you then smell gas, STOP! Follow "B" in
the safety information above on this label. If you don't smell gas, go to the next step.
8. Turn the gas valve to “on”.Handle will be in line with piping.
9. Install Front cover
10. Turn on all electric power to the appliance.
11. Set the thermostat to desired setting.
12. If the appliance will not operate, follow the instructions "To Turn Off Gas To Appliance"
and call your service technician or gas supplier.
TO TURN OFF GAS TO APPLIANCE
1. Set the thermostat to lowest setting.
2. Turn off all electric power to the appliance if service is to be performed.
3. Remove Front cover.
4. Turn gas shutoff valve “off”.Handle will be across the piping.Do not force.

2.2 The Front Panel
The front panel allows you to adjust the temperature and view the operating status or error codes. Remove the protective sheet from the front
panel before using it.

Operating the Boiler
3.1
Turning the Boiler On or Off
2. Press the + (Up) or – (Down) buttons until the desired
temperature appears on the display.
1. To turn the boiler on or off, press the Power button
When power is ON, the boiler appear the ‘ ‘ mode and CH
Temperarure. If the boiler is not operating for 30 seconds, “A6"
Error will appear I on the Front panel.
You can adjust the temperature while the display is blink for 5 seconds.
Once the display stops flashing, the temperature setting is stored.
If don’t press the + (Up) or – (Down) buttons, appear the setting
temperature value after blank for 5 seconds.

WARNING
Before adjusting the water temperature, read “ To prevent
burns:” on page 6 carefully. Water above 120 ℉(52 ℃) can
cause instant scalding, severe burns, or death.
To adjust the water temperature:
1. Press the Mode button. The ‘
‘ (DHW display) is blink for
5 seconds and appear the DHW temperature.
You can adjust the temperature while the display is blink for
5 seconds. Once the display stops flashing, the temperature
setting is stored.
If don’t press the + (Up) or – (Down) buttons, appear the setting
temperature value after blank for 5 seconds.

4.1
How to clean the hot water filter
4. ① Please unfasten DHW outlet nut.
② Please take out the filter from DHW nipple attached the unit.
If install the unit first time or use for long time, rooms are not as
well heated as before even can hear strange noise due to dirt
in pipe and ir cause shorten the use life
Please remove the dirt when use first time in winter and more
than twice in a year
CAUTION
Please unplug the unit from the power source when you clean
- When clean with water or wet towel, it may cause electric shock
Please follow the below when you clean the heating filter
- When clean the heating filter, hot water in the appliance may
cause burns
1. Please unplug the unit from the power source.
5. Please clean the domestic hot water filter with clean water.
6. After cleaning the domestic hot water filter, please reattach it in
reverse order iten 4.
7. Please open the domestic hot water inlet valve.
2. Please close the gas shut-off valve.
8. Please plug the unit to the power supply.

How to clean the heating filter
1. Please unplug the unit from the power source.
2. Please close the gas shut-off valve.
5. Please detach the fixing clip of the filter (A) by using tool.
6. Please separate a heating filter.
(Please pull down the heating filter)
CAUTION
When tou running out the hot water, be careful not to burn
yourself since there may be hot water
3. Please close the domestic hot water inlet valve
7. Please clean the heating filter with clean water.
8. After cleaning, please reattach the heating filter.
① Reinsert the heating filter.
② Reinsert the fixing clip of the heating filter.
③ Please insert the drain screw valve by turning to the right.
4. Please drain the water about 1.32 gal in the
appliance by turning the drain valve to the left
CAUTION
When you running out the hot water, be careful not to burn
yourself since there may be hot water

the water by method of refilling water.
How to supply the water
When the temperature control indicator lamp is on or “A” mark, the power
lamp is red, heating loop does not have enough water to operate.
Please fill the loop by opening ⑤ water supply valve and install auto
feeder to heating loop.
(Normal operation pressure of closed loop : 12~18psi)

Follow the service and maintenance procedures given
throughout this manual and in component literature
shipped with the boiler. Failure to perform the service and
maintenance could result in damage to the boiler or system.

Failure to follow the directions in this manual and
component literature could result in severe personal injury,
death, or substantial property damage.

The boiler should be inspected annually only by a qualified
service technician. In addition, the maintenance and care
of the boiler must be performed to assure maximum boiler
efficiency and reliability. Failure to service and maintain the
boiler and system could result in equipment failure.
●
Electrical shock hazard – Turn off power to the boiler
before any service operation on the boiler except as noted
otherwise in this instruction manual. Failure to turn off
electrical power could result in electrical shock, causing
severe personal injury or death.

Addressing the Reported Problems

Inspect any problems reported by the owner and correct before
proceeding.
Inspecting the Installation Area
1. Verify that boiler area is free of any combustible materials,
gasoline and other flammable vapors and liquids.
2. Verify that air intake area is free of any of the contaminants
listed in Installation Manual. If any of these are present in the
boiler intake air vicinity, they must be removed.
If they cannot be removed, reinstall the air and vent lines per
the Installation Manual.
Inspecting the Boiler Interior
1. Remove the front cover and inspect the interior of the boiler.
2. Vacuum any sediment from inside the boiler and components.
Remove any obstructions.
