Coffee Stand Manager – Full Time
Responsibilities:
□ Manage small in-store coffee stand.
□ Work as barista/food server/cashier as needed.
□ Hire, train, schedule, and supervise coffee stand staff.
□ Maintain inventory of coffee and food products (baked goods, sandwiches, salads, etc.),
including ordering, inventorying, and wasting expired food products.
□ Work with local bakers and food vendors to maintain interesting seasonal changes in food
offerings.
□ Provide excellent customer service.
□ Perform other tasks as needed: customer service, cleaning area, etc.
Qualifications:
□ Experienced barista with current food handler’s license.
□ Experienced supervisor or manager.
□ Effective planning and communication skills; enjoys working cooperatively within a larger
group.
□ Self-starter, can independently sustain progress toward the completion of set tasks.
