IMPORTANT
Before using the appliance
For safety reasons, the instructions should be read before the appliance is commissioned.
The operating instructions should always be available and accessible to personnel!

Only use the appliance for its specific purpose.
Safeguarding the environment:
Packing
The packing material is entirely recyclable, please follow the local regulation for scrapping.
Appliance
By disposal deliver the appliance to an authorised centre for recovery of refrigerant. Make the appliance
unusable by cutting of the power supply cord.
Information
This appliance contains a mixture of various refrigerants. For more information please refer to the rating
plate affixed to the freezer.
Power Failure:
The unit is equipped with battery back up for display and contact for remote monitoring only.
The battery back up must be connected before it is in function. Take the two red point on the back
side of the unit and connect them together and the battery back up is in function. Please note the
lifetime of the battery is estimated to be 3 years. But should be checked by authorize personnel every

Before servicing or cleaning the appliance, unplug it from the mains or disconnect the electrical
power supply.
The power supply cable may only be replaced by an authorised person.

Installing the appliance
1.
Always allow an authorised electrician to install the appliance.
2.
The appliance should be located in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. The appliance gives
off a great deal of heat when in operation. If the ambient temperature is too high there is a risk
that the appliance will not operate correctly. It is recommended that the room must be ventilated
so that the room temperature does not exceed ambient temperature given from the delivery
company.

Place the appliance on a solid and flat substrate. This will eliminate any vibration an irritating
noise. The appliance should be placed with at least 10cm free to the sides, at least 16mm free at
the back.
Electrical Connection
The appliance meets current EU directives. Low voltage 2006/95/EEC.
Electromagnetic compatibility 2004/108/EEC.
The appliance should be given extra protection in accordance with Electricity Supply Regulations in
order to protect the user against dangerous electric shocks in the event of faults.
If the switch is for three-pin plug, a three-pin plug should be used and the conductor with yellow/green
insulation connected to the Earth terminal.
Data regarding voltage and absorbed power/current is given on the rating plate.
Electrical connection must be made in accordance with the local regulations.

Regulations require that this appliance be earthed:
The manufacture declines all liability for injury to persons or animals and for damage to property
resulting from failure to observe the above procedures and reminders.
If the socket and plug are not of the same type either the socket or the plug must be replaced by a
qualified electrician.
Under no circumstances use extension leads or adaptors.

The appliance should be connected by an authorised electrician or by the company that sold the
appliance. Incorrect installation may damage the appliance.

Place the appliance on a flat floor that can bear the weight of the appliance.

The electrical installation should be earthed.

Do not use extension cables. Connect the appliance directly to a fixed installation. If the
appliance is connected to a long extension cable there is a risk that the cable will become hot.

The appliance should be placed in a dry location. Do not allow water to come into contact with
the cabinet. Water entering electrical parts may cause short-circuiting.

In the event of functional or electrical irregularities, please contact an authorised service
engineer.
Before Commissioning
Clean the appliance both inside and out using a damp, wrung out cloth. Dry with a dry cloth.
Starting procedure
Put the plug in the socket.
The thermostat pre-set by the producer. The appliance should run for at least 6 hours before the
thermostat is changed to allow for stabilisation of the cooling system.
Starting up the appliance
Set the digital thermometer at the required.
Disconnecting the appliance
Electrical disconnecting must be possible either by unplugging the appliance or by means of a double
pole switch located up-line from the socket.

1.
Microprocessor temperature controller
Adjust the cabinet temperature easily by the microprocessor temperature controller in control
panel installed on the top of the refrigerator. Don't do any adjustment in the first 30 mins when
you first power the refrigerator.

2. Temperature adjustment: See fig #1
Factory pre-set to 4°C. Adjustable temperature control range +2° C to +8°C.
Set cabinet temperature: Press “SET” button and loosen quickly, LED display the pre-set temperature
and flash. Adjust the cabinet temperature with the buttons “+” or “-” and increment 1° C when the
temperature flash. Automatically quit the system after 10 seconds no operation and display the cabinet
temperature again (no flash) The
. cabinet temperature will reach pre-set temperature after a while.
High and low temperature alarm.
It will alarm when the cabinet temperature is higher than the high alarm temperature or lower than the
low alarm temperature (buzzing and light flash) Press
.
“Alarm” button to end the buzzer, but light flash
going on until the cabinet temperature renew to the alarm temperature range.
3. Check alarm temperature: See fig #1
Press both “Alarm” and “+” button to check high temperature alarm, loosen buttons to return cabinet
temperature display.
Press both “Alarm” and “-” button to check low temperature alarm, loosen buttons to return cabinet
temperature display.
4. Check recent highest and lowest cabinet temperature: See fig #1
Press both “SET”and “+” buttons to check recent highest cabinet temperature, loosen buttons to
return cabinet temperature display.
Press both “SET”and “-” buttons to check recent lowest cabinet temperature, loosen buttons to
return cabinet temperature display.
5. Adjust alarm temperature range : See fig #1
Two methods set high temperature alarm "HA" and low temperature alarm "LA".
Press "Alarm" button for 10 seconds. LED display code "HA", press "SET" button again (quickly), code
"HA" flash, adjust the set-temperature by both pressing "+" and "-" buttons and increment 1°C,
adjustment range shouldn’t be 6°C higher than pre-set cabinet temperature, press "Alarm" button to
return the former menu (each press of "Alarm" button will return one step back to former menu until
display cabinet temperature) and LED display "HA". Press both "+" and "-" to choose another
parameter "LA", "LA" setting method like "HA", and its adjustment range shouldn’t be 6°C lower than
pre-set cabinet temperature.
6. Defects display
The control panel only can display one sensor error, when the sensor error happens. LED display "E1",
and alarm at the same time. The refrigerator will keep working according to the defect safety model,
and you should put the stored goods to other refrigerator as soon as possible, and contact the aftersales department quickly.
7. Inner light
In order to see the stored goods clearly, a LED light has been installed in the cabinet. You can control
light "on" or "off" by "light" button to save energy, please turn off the light after observing the stored
goods in the refrigerator.
The light is on when the door is open; The light is off when the door is closed.

Cautions
The following procedures cover the operation of the appliance.
1. The appliance should be connected to a dedicated socket for 220V/50Hz power supply.
2. The warning sound signal may be heard when the appliance is first connected to the power source
and can be inactivated by pressing the buzzer button. The warning indicator stays on until the
temperature of the test bottle sensor reaches 5°C ± 2°C.
3. Ensure that the two test bottles are filled with 10% glycol solution.
4. The appliance is preset during manufacture for operation temperature 2-8°C.
5. A few hours after the appliance operates the desired temperature value will be attained. After the
temperature in the appliance is stable, check the test bottle to see if the temperature complies with
desired value.
6. Switch on the light and check the lighting condition.
7. Do not load excessive material in the appliance, which has been thoroughly tested and assured as
operational.
Cleaning
1. The appliance should be cleaned once a month.
2. Wipe clean the external surfaces and internal accessories of the appliance. Mild detergent can be
used if necessary.
3. Dry the appliance both inside and outside with soft cloth after cleaning with water.
4. Do not use excessive water for cleaning the appliance to avoid damage to the insulation materials.
5. Do not use any lubrication oils inside the appliance since the compressor and other mechanical
accessories are all tightly sealed.
