● If you leave the body set on the charging station with the plug inserted in a socket for long periods of time (2
months or longer), the remaining battery level may be low. Lift the body once and set it on the charging station
again before use. Also, if the remaining battery level is low, the cleaner may automatically charge periodically.

● If you remove the body from the charging station while the indicator lamp is off (charging completed) and then
set it on the charging station again, the indicator lamp will turn on (charging in progress), which is normal.
● The standard charging time is approx. 3.5 hours. However, it may vary depending on the usage conditions such
as the ambient temperature and usage time.
● The body or charging station may become hot while charging, which is normal.
● The body will not operate even if the control button is pressed while charging.
Note
● If the indicator lamp does not turn on in red or if it immediately turns off, lift the body and set it on the charging station again.
● When you use the cleaner for the first time or when you have not used it for a long period of time, make sure to
charge it before use because the operating time may be shorter or charge time may be longer.
● When charging the cleaner near a radio, the radio may be interrupted by noise or the radio program may be difficult to hear.
When charging, place the charging station 2 m or more away from the radio and use separate sockets.
To prolong battery life
● Make sure to charge when you are finished cleaning, regardless of the operating time.
● If you will not use the cleaner for a month or more, fully charge and store it, and charge it once a year.
(Storing it when there is no remaining battery level will cause the battery performance and life to deteriorate.)
● If the battery is depleted and operation stops during cleaning, the cleaner may be operable for a short while by
pressing the control button again. However, do not repeat this procedure. The battery life will shorten.
● Charge in areas where the room temperature is between 5°C and 35°C. The battery may not charge properly in places of low temperature,
or places of high temperature such as under direct sunlight. (The operating time may be shorter, or the charge time may be longer.)

Troubleshooting
Before requesting for repair
Check the following points again
The cleaner does not operate, stops during operation, or the rotary brush of the power head does not rotate
The safeguard may be operating. Release the safeguard with the following instructions.
The cleaner does not operate, or stops during operation. The rotary brush of the power head does not rotate.
Safeguard and cause
If the cleaner continues to operate with a foreign
substance in the rotating rotary brush, the rotary
brush will stop rotating automatically to prevent
the motor from heating up.
To prevent the motor and battery from heating up, the
cleaner may automatically enter protective operation,
which minimizes the power consumption, and the
suction power becomes weak.
