MANUAL OVERRIDE FOR LCI
UNIDIRECTIONAL HYDRAULIC LEVELING AND SLIDEOUTS
HYDRAULICS
Hydraulic pump motor
does not operate when
+12VDC is applied
Locate leveling and
slideout valves on
pump manifold
Leveling valves:
Single hose fitting
Above valve
Leveling
or slideout
Slideout valves:
Dual hose
Fittings
Above valve
Locate the hex head in the end
of the valve. This is the manual
override. Use a 5/32" Allen wrench
and turn manual override
clockwise 1 1/2 to 2 turns.

Isolator Valve - Rev. A
Gold knurled knob
in normal operating
position; - clockwise. This
is the closed position.
Blue knurled knob in
normal operating position;
push blue knurled knob in
toward manifold
Turn gold
knurled knob
counterclockwise until
it stops; Knob should
be extended; this is
the open position for
manual override
Turn knob to the left
until it stops; approx.
1/4 turn, release
knob. Blue knurled
should know be
extended for manual
override operation.

Remove plastic and
cap on motor. See (A).
Disconnect power cables
on the motor. See (B).

Using a 1/2" socket or nut
driver, driver, insert into
auxiliary drive device. (i.e.
cordless or power drill)
Insert 1/2" socket
onto coupler found
under plastic cap (C).

Run drill in reverse
or counterclockwise
to retract jacks.
Once the leveling jacks and
slideout(s) have completed
their operation, turn all
manual overrides to the
normal or counterclockwise
position to close the valves.
