General Cleaning Instructions for Ultrafabrics® Products*
One of the best ways to keep all Ultrafabrics, LLC brand surfaces looking great is to properly maintain them by cleaning
regularly to prevent excessive dirt from accumulating. Below is a general outline to help you keep your quality
Ultrafabrics brand products looking their best.
Following these guidelines will help to extend the life of the fabric:
• Clean regularly with soap and water.
• Wipe up spills as soon as they occur.
• Alcohol based cleaners such as Fantastik® and Formula 409®.
• Sanitize using disinfectants such as bleach (20%) water solution, hydrogen peroxide based, or quaternary based.*
• For stubborn stains, wipe the stain off with isopropyl (rubbing alcohol) as soon as possible.
• Thoroughly rinse all solution residue with clean water.
• Air dry.
Consult the furniture manufacturer’s cleaning guidelines for further care.

Indoor/Outdoor Maintenance Instructions*
• All Ultrafabrics Indoor/Outdoor products should be stored in a dry, well ventilated area.
• Ultrafabrics mildew resistant surfaces do not promote mildew growth, however, mildew may grow on dirt and other foreign substances that are not removed from the fabric.
• The frequency of cleaning will vary greatly depending upon the local outdoor environment in which the product is used.
• Cushions should not remain wet or be covered, as this will increase the chances of mildew growth occurring.
• All of our Indoor/Outdoor products perform best when they are paired with an open cell, reticulated, quick drying
foam and/or a waterproof, anti-mildew barrier between the fabric and foam and utilize air vents and/or a mesh,
open weave fabric bottom.
