Stirred, not shaken Kir Royal Lancaster 12 Moet & Chandon, Crème de Cassis Wars of the Roses 12 The embodiment of Moët style: crisp and clean, showing citrus aromas and hints of biscuity flavours 14 20 75 One of the oldest Champagne houses, founded in 1729, Ruinart was the first house to export Champagne. A classic Champagne that was sought-after and hard to come by. Elegant and subtle; one of the jewels in Champagne's crown Moët & Chandon Rosé Imperial 15 21 81 Absolut Elyx, cranberry juice, lime, rose champagne Intense aromas of fresh red summer berries with floral notes and a light peppery touch. Named after the series of wars for the control of England, resulting in the House of Lancaster, associated with the red rose, winning the throne over the Plantagenet Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Queen Bee 12 Absolut Elyx, Royal Lancaster honey syrup, lemon juice & tonic water In 2009, we installed a rooftop Honey farm to support the urban bee population, becoming the first hotel in London to do so. Every year since, our little bees are producing a delicious honey infused with the flavours of Hyde Park. The Great Gats-bee 12 Chivas 18, honey syrup, cherry brandy Since 2011, we host the London Honey Show, promoting Apiculture, educating local community & uniting urban beekeepers. 17 24 Grand Cru Chardonnay. Citrus, peach and white flower aromas evolve into a fresh and supple palate Ruinart Rosé 12 Beefeater 24 Gin, Martini Rosso, Campari, Aperol In 1968, the original Italian Job movie featuring Sir Michael Caine and the famous three mini-coopers “S” had scenes filmed in front of the Royal Lancaster 90 Sublime golden pink in colour, a subtle nose of cherry and freshly-picked red berries leads to a fleshy and delightfully smooth finish. Dom Ruinart 2006 150 From 100% grand cru Chardonnay. Flowing bubbles and gorgeous aromas, inherently rich but with aristocratic poise akin to a fine Puligny Montrachet. Magically opulent yet with a firm grip and core, a vegetative structure in the best sense. Long, youthful finale Dom Pérignon 2009 The Italian Job 90 170 Yet another masterpiece created by Richard Geoffroy. Unmistakable Dom Pérignon style with unparalleled silkiness throughout the palate. The mousse is worthy of its own chapter and the elegance is striking. Nice minerality and floral notes with citrus overtones. Krug Grande Cuvée 210 Because it’s been blended from 10 different vintages and 47 different wines from 25 crus, Krug is a super multivintage of its own kind. The extremely tough acidity, together with the heavy, rich Krug aromas, are unique. This bottle had a fabulously complex nose and palate, dominated by nuts and honey. The aftertaste was acidic, long and majestic, like a great symphony. Krug Vintage 1998 350 Krug 1998 offers astonishing purity, precision, elegance and a very long finish. For Krug, a focus on chardonnay for Krug’s 1998 vintage was an obvious choice due to the outstanding personality of chardonnay grapes of that year. This vintage is known as “hommage au Chardonnay” as it is only the second Krug vintage, after 1981, where Chardonnay dominates. A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill.
