To obtain service during warranty
period, call BroilKing at 860-738-2200 for
the nearest service location, which differs
by product. All ranges, steamers, buffet
servers and warming trays must be
returned to the Factory for service. (If
returning the unit directly to BroilKing for
service, contact us first for a Return
Authorization Number to write on the
carton. Then pack the appliance carefully
and return the appliance, insured and
freight prepaid, to the BroilKing factory:

purchase is required when requesting
warranty service - SAVE YOUR SALES
RECEIPT. Send a copy of your receipt
along with a note stating your name,
address, phone number, and the nature of
the problem, and requesting warranty
service. Be sure to package the unit
carefully; we are not responsible for
damage occurring during shipment to the
repair facility.
This warranty is extended only to the
original purchaser and does not apply to
shipping damage, accidental breakage,
alteration, tampering, misuse or abuse,
commercial use, unreasonable use, or to
damage to the product (not resulting from
defect or malfunction) while in the
possession of the consumer. Lost or
broken cordsets, breakage of glass,
nonstick or other coatings are not covered
by this warranty.
BroilKing Corp. disclaims all
responsibility for consequential, incidental,
or commercial losses caused by the use of
this product. Some states do not allow this
exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential losses, so the foregoing
disclaimer may not apply to you. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights,
and you may also have other legal rights,
which vary from state to state. Warranty
is applicable only in USA*.

the date of manufacture if unit was a gift (refer to ink stamp or

Warranty provides repair of unit. Please note: This
appliance is a carry-in service item (except Grand size
models: WBC-4RT, WBC-4SP, WBC-5RT, WBC-5SP, which
have on-site service warranty); customer is responsible
for packaging the unit securely and returning it to
BroilKing* or an authorized service center for service,
along with a copy of your original dated purchase receipt, a
description of the problem, and your name, shipping address
and phone number. (Warranty provides repair of unit

BroilKing at 860-738-2200 for Return Authorization
Number BEFORE returning any item directly to BroilKing
for repair. Return Authorization Number MUST be written
on outside of carton to track the unit and avoid service
delays.
-If not sending it directly to BroilKing for service, call us at
860-738-2200 for the location of your nearest authorized
service center.
When shipping the unit for service, we recommend that you
insure it for its original purchase price. Be sure to package the
unit carefully; BroilKing is not responsible for damage or loss
of unit in transit to service location. **Save original carton in
case required for possible future service needs.
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and
does not apply to shipping damage, accidental breakage,

unauthorized personnel, or damage to the product (not
