Please observe all safety precautions before using Prestigio Nettop PC. Please follow
all procedures outlined in this manual to correctly operate the device.

Please keep the user manual for later reference.
z
Please disconnect device from all connections before cleaning device. Do NOT use
liquid or sprayed detergent for cleaning. Wipe device with Moisture sheet or
cloth is recommended if cleaning is necessary.
z
When connecting the device to the power outlet, please make sure the voltage
of the power source matches to the requirement description indicated on the
device.
z
Please follow all cautions and warnings indicated on the device.
z
Do NOT pour any liquid into case openings for it will cause fire or electrical shock.
z
Do NOT disassemble the device. The device should only be disassembled by
qualified service personnel.
z
Should one of the following situations occurs, please consult with qualified
service personnel to perform device inspection:
a. Liquid has entered into the device.
b. The device has been exposed to moisture.
c.
The device does not function properly or does not power on as instructed
in the user manual.
d. The device has been dropped and damaged.
e. The device has obvious signs of breakage.

DO NOT PLACE THIS DEVICE IN AN UNFAVORABLE CONDITIONED
ENVIRONMENT. THE DEVICE MAY SUFFER FROM UNEXPECTED DAMAGE WITH

Before unpacking the device, please make sure that enough space is alotted to
setup the device. Carefully unfold the carton box packaging and take out the

System Connection
4.1 Power Connection
1.
Insert power cable into the power cable socket located on the rear panel of
the device.
2.
Insert the other end of the power cable into a power outlet.
4.2 Monitor Connection
1.
Insert monitor VGA cable (not included) into VGA Monitor port located on the
rear panel of the device.
2.
Insert the other end of the cable into appropriate VGA port on the monitor.
3.
Please refer to monitor user manual for more information.
4.3 Printer and Scanner Connection
1.
Depending on the printer/scanner device, insert cable (not included) into
appropriate port located on the rear panel of the device one cable at a time.
2.
In general, printer device and scanner device are connected with parallel
cable and serial cable respectively.

4.4 Network Connection
1.
Insert RJ-45 network cable (not included) into Ethernet port located on the
rear panel of the device.
2.
Insert the other end of the cable into a 10BastT or 100BaseT port on the
network device.
3.
Green LED indicates valid connection.

4.5 Speaker System/Microphone Connection
1.
It is recommended to power on device before turning on speaker system.
2.
Insert audio cables (not included) into appropriate audio ports located on the
rear panel of the device.

Headphone Line-Out Socket (Green) connects to an active stereo or a
multi-channel speaker system.

Audio Line-In Socket (Blue) connects to an analog audio device.
z
Microphone Socket (Pink) connects to a microphone.

Getting Started
Upon successful completion of connecting components of the device, please follow
below instructions to properly power on device:
1.
Press the power button on the monitor.
2.
Press the power button located at the front of the device.
3.
Follow the on-screen instructions to initiate Microsoft Windows or Linux
operation system.
