Calibration Guide
CONFIRM MODEL AND SOFTWARE
CALIBRATION GUIDES
STEP 1
• With the safety key in place, hold the “ELEVATION UP” and “SPEED
DOWN” buttons at the same time (for about 3-5 seconds). The console
will beep three times. The treadmill is now in engineering mode.
• The alphanumeric window shows the following information:
- The distance window displays the model number.
- The time window displays the software version. (Example: “S902”).
- The profile matrix window displays MI (miles) or KM (kilometers)
STEP 2
• Press the “STOP” button. The console will beep three times. You are
now in the main engineering menu.

STEP 3
• Press “ENTER” button, “P6” will appear in display.
STEP 4
MINIMUM SPEED (P0)
• Press “ELEVATION DOWN” to “P0”. Press “ENTER” button. The belt
will begin to move. The speed window should display approximately
“.50”. If not “.50” use “SPEED” buttons to adjust. The distance window
should display a number within the range of “405 - 415”.
• If changes have been made, press and hold the “ENTER” button, to
save changes, or press the “STOP” button to exit back to menu.
STEP 5
SP1 SPD (SP1)
• Press “ELEVATION UP” button to “SP1”.
• Press “ENTER” button. The belt will begin to move. The speed window
should display approximately “2.7”. If not “2.7” use “SPEED” buttons to adjust.
The distance window should display a number within the range of “1030 - 1045”.
• If changes have been made, press and hold the “ENTER” button, to
save changes, or press the “STOP” button to exit back to menu.
STEP 6
MID SPEED (P1)
• Press “ELEVATION UP” button to “P1”.
• Press “ENTER” button. The belt will begin to move. The speed window
should display approximately “6.7”. If not “6.7” use “SPEED” buttons to
adjust. The distance window should display a number within the range of
“2230 - 2250”.
• If changes have been made, press and hold the “ENTER” button, to
save changes, or press the “STOP” button to exit back to menu.

• Press “ENTER” button. The belt will begin to move. The speed window
should display approximately “9.4”. If not “9.4” use “SPEED” buttons to
adjust. The distance window should display a number within the range of
“3050 - 3070”.
• If changes have been made, press and hold the “ENTER” button, to
save changes, or press the “STOP” button to exit back to menu.
MAX SPEED (P2)
• Press “ELEVATION UP” button to “P2”, “MAX SPEED”.
• Press “ENTER” button. The belt will begin to move. The speed window
should display “12.0”. If not “12.0” use “SPEED” buttons to adjust. The distance
window should display a number within the range of “3830 - 3850”.
• If changes have been made, press and hold the “ENTER” button, to
save changes, or press the “STOP” button to exit back to menu.
STEP 9
MINIMUM ELEVATION (P4)
• Press “ELEVATION UP” button to “P4”, “ELE ZERO”.
• Press “ENTER” button. In the alphanumeric window above distance
should display a number within a range of “125 - 135”. Use the “SPEED”
buttons to change the number in the elevation window within the range.
• If changes have been made, press and hold the “ENTER” button, to
save changes, or press the “STOP” button to exit back to menu.
STEP 10
MAXIMUM ELEVATION (P5)
• Press “ELEVATION UP" button to “P5”, “ELE MAX”.
• Press “ENTER” button. In the alphanumeric window above distance
should display a number between a range of “670 - 680”. If the number
does not fall within the range, use the “SPEED” buttons to change the
number in the elevation window within the range.
• If changes have been made, press and hold the “ENTER” button, to
save changes, or press the “STOP” button to exit back to menu.
STEP 11
EXIT TO ENG1 (P22)
• Press “ELEVATION UP” button to “P22”.
• Press “ENTER” button.
• Press and hold “STOP” button to return to the main user program
window. The deck will lower to level position.
