The Gateway 64™ is a supercharged
and OC3/STM1; 10/100 and gigabit
version of ImageStream’s popular
ethernet (fiber or UTP); and single-port
Gateway Router. Enhancements to the
ADSL, basic rate ISDN (BRI), 56K dial-

Wire-speed performance is specified following
the methods outlined in RFC 2544 using dual
CPUs and a packet size of 512 bytes.
ImageStream publishes wire-speed performance
specifications for static routing simultaneously
across all specified ports. Wire-speed performance is measured in the laboratory, and
real-world performance may be affected by line
conditions, interconnected equipment, and the
router’s software configuration.
