Information sheet on third-party certificates for fire safety systems1

Factories are required to use listed equipment in accordance with NFPA standards.
Please note that the Accord will not review and approve third-party certifications for equipment such
as fire doors, fire detection and suppression systems. It is the factory’s responsibility to have qualified
fire safety engineers/technicians check that certificates are valid and that they are purchasing listed,
to-standard fire safety components/devices/materials/equipment.

Fire Alarm System
UL, FM, LPCB, Vds (German Accreditation Body),
AENOR, BSI, CSTB, Applus, ANPI, BOSEC, BENOR,
CNBOP, CNPP and more; subject to valid certification
number on the product.
06.
Cable
Test report to be attached according to below standards
and to be tested by third-party: UL, LPCB, SHRIRAM
Tested, CPRI Tested.
