Frequently asked questions

The Soma Medical SM 767A air purifier uses three filters: a HEPA filter, a normal temperature catalysis and purification screen and a nano photocatalytic screen.

To clean the air purifier, first unplug it from the power outlet. Then, remove the front panel and clean the filters. You can use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the filters, or you can wash them with water and let them dry completely. Once the filters are clean, replace the front panel and plug the machine back in.

The HEPA filter should be replaced every 2,000 hours of use. The other filters, normal temperature catalysis and purification screen and nano photocatalytic screen, should be replaced as needed.

To use the remote control, point the remote at the air purifier and press the desired button. The remote control has buttons for power, air speed, mode, timer and UV-C lamp.
