during the 12 months warranty period from the date of original purchase.
2. Warranty: Soma Medical's products are warranted against defects in workmanship and material under
normal use and conditions for a period of 12 months from date of original purchase. Soma Medical
shall at its own discretion either repair or replace this product without charge subject to verification of
the defect or malfunction.
3. Limited warranty. Warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from:

To ensure the Machine Sensor works efficiently,
please clean it immediately if the Sensor Lens is
covered with dirt. Maintain a regular cleaning of
the Machine Sensor once every two (2) months.

with a diameter of 0.3, which includes dust (inhalable particles), cigarette smoke, bacteria,

Normal Temperature Catalysis and Purification Screen: High-quality catalytic activated
carbon effectively removes odour from air, pollutants such as formaldehyde and other volatile
organic compounds (VOCs).
Nano Photocatalytic Screen: Under the action of UV rays, Nano Photocatalysts sintered under
high temperature produces free electrons, which react with water vapour and oxygen to form
powerful oxidizing radicals. These radicals then react with harmful volatile organic compounds
in the air, VOCs like formaldehyde, benzene, methylbenzene and dimethylbenzene, breaking
them down into harmless carbon dioxide and water.

Why fresh air is not

the air outlet?
>You may have forgotten to remove the entire plastic wrap from the
new filters. Completely remove them.
> The air in your room may be of low quality. Under such
circumstances, open the windows to ventilate the room.
> The space of your room may be larger than the effective service
area of the machine.
Why the deodorization
effect is not favourable?
> The normal temperature catalysis and purification screen and nano
photocatalytic screen may be ineffective due to environmental
factors. If necessary, replace the temperature catalysis and
purification screen.
> The room where the productis placed has very poor air ventilation.
Under such circumstances, open the windows to ventilate the room.
> The room this machine serves exceeds the effective service area
of it.

> Inspect if all the filter materials provided for purification have been properly installed.
> Confirm the voltage indicated at the back of the product is consistent with the local voltage.
> If the power line is damaged and to avoid any mishap, it must be replaced by an authorized full-time
personnel or its Repair Department authorized personnel of the manufacturer.
> |f the power line or power plug is damaged, do not use the product.
> The product must not be handled/operated by the disabled, mentally disordered person or children,
unless supervised by an experienced adult for safety purposes.
> Keep the product out of reach of children.
> If the socket connecting the product has poor contact, the plug will be heated up. Ensure that the
socket has proper connection.
>The air inlet and outlet must not be blocked by any objects. Do not place objects at or in front of the
air inlet and outlet.
> Do not insert foreign objects into the air inlet and outlet.
> Keep the air outlet away from any type of liquids and foreign objects.
> Do not use the product in the presence of fogging, residual grease, burning incense, lighted cigarette
or chemical gases.
> Using this machine near liquefied petroleum gas device, heating system, furnace or stove is strictly
prohibited.
> Be sure to pull out the plug after use and before cleaning the product.
>Do not use the product in the room with high temperature change, as it may cause internal
condensation.
> To prevent interference, ensure that the product is placed at least 2m away from any electrical
appliance using radio wave (like TV, radio and wireless control clock).
> Safety device is equipped. The machine will not turn on if the panel is not installed correctly.
> The product can only be used indoors under normal running conditions.
> Do not use the product in humid or high temperature environment (such as bathroom or kitchen).
