Our gas fire warranty covers our Decorative Hotbox, Open Fronted Convector fire and our Glass
Fronted Convector fires.
First 12 months
To active your first 12 months warranty, you must contact GDC on 0844 879 3588 (calls cost 7p
per minute plus your telephone company’s network access charge). Alternatively, you can email
Extended Parts Warranty
For our extended guarantee (second and third years) you will need to contact your retailer with
proof of purchase, Gas Safe installation certificate, and proof of annual service by a Gas Safe
Terms and Conditions
• The appliance must be installed by a Gas Safe registered person.
• The appliance must be used in accordance with the user instructions.
• The appliance must be serviced annually by a Gas Safe registered person.
• The service log must be correctly filled out and the record of annual services must be up to
date and supported by receipts in each case.
• This warranty is not transferable and relates to the original installation only.
• The appliance must not have been subjected to misuse, accidental damage or modification,
whilst a repair must not be carried out by any person other than a Gas Safe registered person.
• The first year’s warranty must be activated within 3 months of purchase.
• This warranty excludes consumables such as glass, fuel bed and batteries.

The first 12 months are parts and labour, whilst the following two years are parts only.
