3. When beep, arrange the cooked mutton pieces (without
gravy) on greased metal tray. Apply some oil on each

Method : 1. Sieve maida, baking powder and soda. in a bowl add
milkmaid and butter and beat well. Add maida, essence
and mix well. For spoon dropping consistency add milk
or water. Divide the mixture in 2 parts. Add coco powder
in 1 part. Put the plain batter and coco batter alternately
in the tin. Run a spoon through the batter only once.
Select menu, press start. When there is a beep put the

Method : 1. Beat margarine till fluffy.
2. Take 2 tbsp margarine from it and mix it with maida, salt and
cold water to make a soft dough. Knead the dough for five
minutes. Keep the dough under a cloth for 10 minutes.
3. Roll out the dough to an oblong shape. Make 3 portions of
margarine. Take one of these and apply on Rolled strip.
4. Fold Part No.1 on Part No. 2 and again fold Part No.3 on
part No. 2 as shown in Fig. 1. Again fold Part No.1 & 3
together as shown in Fig. 2. Repeat this for 3 times.
5. Roll out ¼” thick roti in square shape from it as shown in
Fig. 3. Cut the Rolled Roti in strips. Put the stuffing on the
center of strip and fold. Select menu and weight. Press
start when beep. Arrange patties on metal tray and keep
on low rack. Press start.
