警 告
カバーの保護シール
● 保護シールは据付工事完了後、カバーを閉めて
最後にはがしてください。
● 指紋がつきますと映像に影響します。
雨天時の施工禁止
● 雨天の日の施工は行わないでください。
感電の危険や、カバーの曇りの原因になります。
施 工
● 据付工事は、販売店または専門の工事店が実施してください。
間違った工事は故障や事故の原因になります。
取付の強度を確保する
● カメラハウジングは強度が十分にあると認められる壁面及びポールに確実に取り
付けてください。
● 3/8"（M8またはM10でも可）のステンレスボルト4本で確実に固定してください。
機器の改造の禁止
● 製品の内部を分解したり、改造や加工をしないでください。
機器の破損や落下、浸水、火災、感電の原因になります。
入力電源に関する注意
● 日本国内においてのみAC100Vタイプのファンヒーター回路が使用できます。
ヒーター動作時には40W消費いたしますので、それに適したケーブルと電源の
施工が必要です。
● 電源回路にはブレーカーやヒューズ、接地などの保護対策をしてください。
保護対策をしないと火災、感電の原因になります。
● AC24V及びDC12Vの電源をご使用になる場合はPSEマーク付のものをご使
用ください。
● AC24V及びDC12Vのタイプヒーターの場合は動作時に25W消費いたしますの
で（寒冷地用として特別にオプションの25Wヒーターを追加される場合は50W）
カメラとの合計でそれに適したケーブルと電源ユニットの選定が必要になります。
基本使用環境
● 使用環境は屋外一般を想定して保証しているものであり、通真−20℃∼＋40℃の
温度範囲となります。
● 屋内のように高温や高湿度に常時さらされる環境での保証はしておりません。
また、各々のカメラの仕様によりその限界温度・湿度仕様が異なりますので事前
によくカメラメーカー及びハウジングメーカーである弊社と仕様について確認す
る必要があります。
● すなわち−20℃以下になる場合はヒーターが2個ついているかの確認と+40℃を超
えるような地域では2つのファンとサンシールドがついているかの確認が必要です。
● 湿度が90％を超えるような場所では、通気孔を出荷時の開きの状態から閉じの状
態への切替（付属のパッキンを使用）が必要です。
カバーの清掃
● 雨天時はドームカバーに水滴が付着し画像が見づらくなることがあります。
● また環境によりドームカバーが汚れますと画質が低下いたしますので定期的に清掃
を行ってください。（→ p25 参照）
製品の廃棄とリサイクル
● 本製品（電気・電子機器）は、一般廃棄物として投棄できません。
電気製品の投棄については、お客様がお住まいの地域の規則に
従ってください。

ハウジングブラケットの取付
壁面（Ｗ型またはＡ型）
注 意
強度が十分にあると認められる壁面、天井面及びポールに 3/8" （M8 または
M10 でも可）のステンレスボルト 4 本を使用して確実に取り付けてください。
コンクリート面には 3/8" （M8 または M10 でも可）のステンレスアンカー
をご使用ください。
ケーブルが裏側から入れることが出来ない場合
フィッテイング（付属セズ）を使用して
配管を固定します。
ハウジングブラケットの取付
必要なケーブルを予め壁面用金具に通しておき、壁面
に 3/8"（M8 または M10 でも可）のステンレスアン
カーボルト 4 本でコンクリート面に確実に取付ます。
ハウジングブラケットを取付後、接地面の上部、両側
及びボルトの頭部をマスキングテープをして透明シリ
コン等（付属セズ）で防水処理を確実に行います。
※接地面下部は防水処理をしないでください。
Ｗ型金具の場合には下部（へこみ）に、ドリル
を当て開口します。
グースネックＡ型の場合は向かって右側にドリ
ルの先端ガイド（へこみ）があります。
万一の金具の落下を防止するためにハウジングブラ
ケットの首に安全ワイヤーを巻きます。
（安全ワイヤーの輪にワイヤーを通します。）
安全ワイヤーの一方の端を 3/8" （M8 または M10
でも可）以上のステンレスアンカーでコンクリートに
固定します。
パイプの場合は 2 回以上巻いてフックをかけます。

基本的に直径 100 以上のポールが必要です。
それ以下の細いポールには使用できません。
ベルトの長さは 1500mm です。
一旦、使用しますと取り外して再利用はできません。
注 意
強く巻きすぎると切れます。
ゆるすぎるのはいけません。

ステンレスベルトを通します。
カバーとスロットの向きに注意してください。
カバーを左右に動かしステンレスベルトを適度な張力
まで巻きます。
ペンチでベルトを縦につぶす。 つぶしたところの中心で切断します。
先端を折り曲げカバーからはみ出ないようにします。 カバーをしめる。

ステンレスボルト
3/8"（M8 または M10 でも可）のステンレスボルト 8 本を使用して確
実に固定してください。
壁面の材質及び内部構造により、適宜、本ユニットに穴あけ加工を施し、
ボルトを追加して十分な取り付け強度を確保してください。
万一の落下防止に備えワイヤー（付属セズ）をかける等の 2 重の安全対策
を行ってください。
ハウジング本体に付属する安全ワイヤーは本ユニット以外の部分にしっか
り固定して万一の落下防止対策を行ってください。（P8 参照）
最後に P7 Step 2 の壁面用金具の場合と同じ要領で壁面の防水処理を
行ってください。

（1 1/2"NPT パイプ用）
● 1 1/2"NPT パイプアクセサリー A-PIPE1F A-PIPE3F A-JC3INCH はオプション品です。
● ほとんどのネットワークカメラは 360°水平回転しませんので「前方向」に対する注意が必要です。
ハウジング側の金具の A-CP100NPT の "FRONT"
（前）の向きに注意して金具を組み立ててください。
"FRONT"（前）方向は前後 2 箇所ありどちらでも構
いません。
ネジコミ式ですので緩み強度を適宜判断して前方向を
調節してください。
付属のテフロンを巻いてから金具に取り付けてくださ
い。

ハウジングをプラスドライバーを使用して開けます。
カバーの保護シールは、はずさないでください。
ハウジング側の安全ワイヤーをはずします。 本体上部の金具に付属の安全ワイヤーを通します。
（天吊ＢＣＤＥタイプの場合は安全ワイヤーは別売品）
安全ワイヤーのフックを壁面用金具にかけます。
カメラ取付金具及び 3 個の防塵防湿スポンジをはずし
ます。
（赤色のワイヤーは使用しません。）
ファンの自動と強制の選択（AC100V/AC24V タイプ）
寒冷地等でヒーター動作時にファンを強制で回すこと
により内部温度の均一化及びデフロスト効果を得るこ
とが可能です。（AC100/24V タイプ）
付属のジャンパーコネクターを写真の位置に取り付け
てください。
注： 通常、寒冷地でもファンは自動で問題ありませ
んが最下部に位置するカバー部を万一の凍結か
ら防止するため。

ハウジング上部の落下防止用の 1/4-20UNC ビスを
一旦はずします。
落下防止用の 1/4-20UNC ビスをＬ字の溝にまず取
付後、その他のビスを均一の強さで締め固定します。
注 意
海岸地域で著しく腐食の恐れがある場所では全 5
本の 1/4-20UNC ビス固定後、その 5 箇所の受
けの「メスネジ部」からの錆を防止するため、透
明のシリコン（付属セズ）を塗布する等の防錆処
理を行ってください。

ハウジング下部の通気孔について
本機は出荷時、カバーの周りの通気孔を開いて外気とフィルターを通して通気しております。（IP54）
外気と通気することによりカバーの内側の結露を最大限防止することができます。
また、内部温度の上昇を抑える機能も多少有しております。
しかし、通気孔部に異常に強い水流があたる可能性がある場所（例えば防波堤等の海岸部）においては通気孔を
塞いで完全密閉する必要があります。（IP66）
その場合は通気孔を付属のゴム（A-ODW5 シリーズの場合は 3 枚、A-ODW7 シリーズの場合は 4 枚付属）で
塞いでください。
既存のフィルターをはがしてから、フィルターを写真のように貼ります。接合部は 5∼10 ｍｍ程重ねて貼って
ください。

ケーブルの入線
3 個の防塵防湿スポンジをケーブルに通してハウジン
グ内に直接必要なケーブルを引き込みます。
3 個のスポンジはハウジング上部丸穴とケーブルの隙
間を埋めるため内側から強く押しこみます。

ケーブルを適当な長さで切断しコネクター等の端末処
理を行います。
カメラ電源等のケーブルはきれいに折りたたみベルク
ロでしっかり固定してください。
（AC100V タイプの配線方法についての詳細は次の
項目 5・ AC100V の配線方法の Step 1 ー 4 をお
読みください。）
注 意
ヒーターは動作時に高温になりますのでケーブル
類が触れないようにしてください。

AC100V タイプの配線方法（日本国内のみ）
AC100V ケーブル（推奨 H-VCTF1.25mm2 × 2 芯または H-VCTF2mm2 × 2 芯）をメスのソケットに下
図のように接続します。（付属の R3.5 × 1.25 丸端子を使用しても構いません）
ケーブルはより線（VVF 等単芯ではなく）のタイプで最大断面積 2mm2 が条件となります。
ファンヒーターの配線動作確認検査は出荷前に行われております。

●はんだ付けした心線は使用しないでください。

ヒーターやファンに触れないように写真の金具
に付属のインシュロックを使用してしっかりと
留めてください。
ヒーターやファンに触れないようにベルクロで
しっかりと固定してください。
ケーブルをカメラの所定の位置に接続してくだ
さい。

配線方法（AC24V タイプ）
AC24V タイプの配線方法
AC24V の電源をご使用になる場合は PSE マーク付のものをご使用ください。
ヒーターは 1 個で 25W（1.1A）、また寒冷地用として 2 個の場合は 50W（2.1A）消費しますので
カメラの消費電力との合計でそれに適したケーブルと電源ユニットの選定が必要になります。

注：
AC24V 駆動のカメラに１つのトランスユニットから電源を送る場合にはファンヒーターと
カメラの消費電力を合計して算出してください。
（カメラへ PoE 等で別に電源を供給する場合はファンヒーターの消費電力のみを算出してく
ださい。）
例） カメラ消費電力 15W
ファン 2 個合計 1W （強制ジャンパーコネクター使用時のみ、自動の場合不要）

通常 10% の電圧降下を見込んでください。

の使用方法
AC24V を DC12V に変換しカメラへ最大 2.5A の電源を供給いたします。
ハウジングの AC24V 出力端子を本機の AC24V 入力につなぎます。
（入出力の有無 はLE Dにて表示）

配線方法（DC12V タイプ）
DC12V タイプの配線方法
ファンヒーターの配線動作確認検査は出荷前に行われております。
入力コネクター部に極性に注意をしながら DC12V 電源ケーブルを接続してください。
極性は赤色のケーブルが DC12V+ になります。ファンヒーターはサーモスタットにより自動で動作いたします。
動作時の消費電力がヒーターが 25W、そしてファンが 1W（0.5 Ｗファン× 2 個合計）となります。
注： 寒冷地仕様で 25 Ｗヒーターをもう１つ追加する場合は合計 50 Ｗの消費電力となります。
注 意
入力ケーブルの赤色が DC12V ＋です。

カメラの取付
カメラ及びそれに付属する AC アダプターはそれぞれ
の機種による追加説明書を参考に収納してください。
ハウジングの機種が同じでも内部の取付金具はカメラ
の機種により異なります。
ドームカメラ側のカバー
通常ドーム型カメラの場合、カメラ側のカバーを外す
ことにより鮮明な映像が得られます。

カメラの取付
レンズ周りの反射防止
レンズの周りが白いと日没時等の広角監視時に被写体
が黒いと反射して見づらい場合があります。
その際は反射している部分を黒のマーカー等で防止す
るなどの対策を適宜してください。

上部ハウジングが映っている状態（ケラレ）でズーム
インをしていきますと映像が二重になり適正な映像を
得ることは不可能になります。

カバーを閉めて保護シールをはがす
注 意
保護シールは据付完了後カバーを閉めて最後
にはがしてください。
後日、カバーを開閉する際はきれいな手袋等
をご使用ください。
指紋がつきますと適正な画質が得られなくな
る恐れがあります。
注 意
充電ドリルを使ってカバーを閉めないでください。
カバーを閉める際は強く締め付けすぎないでください。
カバーを閉める際は、「手動のドライバーを使い適度なトルクで」
締め付けてください。強く締め付けすぎますと、受け部に無理な
力が加わり破損する危険があります。
（インサート周り受け部のプラスチック部分に長時間異常に強い
力が加わり続けますと長期間使用後に破損する危険があります。）

カバーの清掃
ドームハウジングのカバー部はポリカーボネイト製となり衝撃に強い材質ではありますが傷が付きやすくなりま
すので清掃の際は以下の手順にてお願いいたします。（手順はあくまで参考です）
● 以下の手順により清掃した場合でもカバーの使用環境により傷が付いたり汚れ
が落ちにくい場合があります。
● 作業による事故や商品の破損に対しては一切保証いたしませんので状況に応じ
て慎重に作業をお願い致します。
● 万が一カバーに傷や割れが発生した場合には交換用カバーを販売しております
ので商品を購入されたルートにてお問い合わせください。

作業する前に用意するもの
・清潔で柔らかい手袋（直接カバーに触ると指紋が付きます）
・清潔で柔らかい布数枚（汚れた布や硬い布を使用するとカバーに傷が付きます）
・ガラス清掃用泡クリーナー等
・消毒用エタノール又はウェットティシュ等

ドームカバー部をハウジング本体から外し安全に作業ができる場所に移動する。
③
（埃などが付着した状態で布やティシュでいきなり拭くとカバー表面に傷が付く恐れがあります。）

Protective Film
Do not remove protective film until product is installed.
(Finger print causes distortion of picture.)
Prohibit Installation on Rainy Day
To reduce a risk of electric shock, do not expose inside of this unit rain or moisture.
Installation on a rainy day may also cause condensation inside of capsule.
Installation
Installation shall be done by qualified installer only and should conform to all local codes.
Ensuring strength of supporting Dome Housing Unit
The unit must be properly and securely mounted to supporting structure capable of sustaining the weight of the unit.
Use four (4) 3/8" (M8, M10) Stainless Screw Anchor on Concrete.
Use four (4) 3/8" (M8, M10) Stainless Screw on Wood Ceiling.
Prohibit changes or modifications of equipment.
You are cautioned that any changes or modifications not expressly approved in this instructions could void your authority to operate this equipment.
Caution for Power Supply
Caution for U.S.A. and Canada
Use 24VAC or 12VDC Class 2 Power supply which is UL Listed (in the
U.S.A.) or CSA-certified (in Canada).
Caution for Other Countries
Use 24VAC or 12VDC Power supply isolated from 100 to 240VAC, which meets requirements for SELV (Safety Extra Low Voltage) and complies with Limited Power Source according to IEC 60950.
Basic Operating Environmental Condition
We warrant the products installed under normal outdoor -20°C+40°C
(-4°F~+104°F). We are unable to warrant the products which are installed indoor and exposed to constant high temperature over +40°C (104°F) and over 90% humidity. Operating temperature and humidity of camera varies from camera to camera. You are requested to confirm camera specification with camera manufacturer and housing specification with us in advance.
i.e.-20°C (-4°F) or below, you are requested to use additional heater and
+40°C (104°F) or above you are requested to use two blowers and Sunshield.
Humidity over 90%, you are requested to close the vent holes around capsule by using provided rubber gasket.
Cleaning of Capsule
You may have difficulty getting a clear picture due to raindrop when it is raining. Capsule may get dirt on it which is subject to environmental condition, thus it deteriorates picture quality. You are required to clean capsule periodically by referring to Page 49 of Instruction Manual.

Use "Fitting (not provided)" on pipe.
Run wires and install wall bracket by four (4) 3/8
Stainless Screw and Stainless Anchor on concrete.
(M8 or M10 Stainless Screw is fine instead of 3/8")
Use "Silicon Clear (not provided)" on Top, both
Sides of Flange and 4 Screw Head to ensure waterproof of wall.
Do not use silicon on bottom of flange.
Use Drill for making holes when you cannot run cables from back of flange.
In case of Gooseneck A type Bracket, dimple for drill guide is provided on the left side.
Wind 59" (1500mm) length Safety Wire around neck of wall bracket.
(Pull through the loop of Safety Wire)
Install the other side of 59" (1500mm) length Safety
Wire in concrete wall by using 3/8" (M8-M10).
Wind Safety Wire twice around pipe and hook loop of Safety Wire.

This Pole Adaptor requires minimum diameter over 3.937" (100mm).
It cannot be used for the smaller pole than this diameter.

Use eight (8) 3/8" (M8 or M10) Stainless Screws and Stainless Anchor on concrete. (Screws and Anchors are not provided.)
Depending upon the structure of wall, add Stainless Screws and Anchors by making additional holes on this unit adequately in order to keep enough strength of sustaining this unit and housing unit.
Use Safety Stainless Wires (not provided) to hold this unit in order to avoid drop of unit.
Be sure to use Safety Wire provided with Housing unit by attaching it on the wall.
After installation of unit, use "Silicon Clear (not provided)" on Top, both Sides of Flange and Screw Heads to ensure waterproof of wall.
Do not use Silicon Clear on Bottom of Flange like Page 33 Step 2.

Most of Network Cameras do not pan 360° continuously.
You are requested to pay attention to "FRONT" direction when you install 1 1/2"NPT Pipe.
Pay attention to the "FRONT" mark of Housing
Coupling A-CP100NPT.
There are two (2) "FRONT" marks diagonally.
Either "FRONT" is fine.
Use of either "FRONT" mark will be determined by torque of female/male thread adequately.

Installation of Upper Housing
Installation of Upper Housing
Open Dome Housing by using Phlipps head screw driver.
Do not peel off protective film!
Detach Safety Wire (Housing side).
Take out Camera Bracket and 3 sponges.
(You do not use Red Wire provided.)
Blower (Auto or Continuous)
For 24VAC type, You can run blowers continuously by attaching "JUMPER CONNECTOR" provided. Thus, you can keep inside temperature of both lower part and upper part equally when you install it in extreme cold area.
(For extreme cold area, we recommend installation of optional heater to be added.)
It can have a little defrost effect on capsule and help remove condensation.
Note: Usually even in extreme cold area blower run by auto (Thermostat) should be no problem, but continuous run of blower may be recommended in extraordinary extreme cold area.

Attach 5.9" (150mm) Length Safety Wire to upper housing (Pull through Loop of Safety Wire like photo.)
Hook Safety Wire on wall bracket.
Remove 1/4-20UNC screw beforehand.
Attach 1/4-20UNC screw first in L-shape slot and then tighten other screws with equal torque.
CAUTION
Use Silicon Clear (Nor provided) around all 5 pcs. of 1/4-20UNC screws to avoid rusting all 5pcs. of 1/4-20UNC "Female
Thread" in coastal area.

Vent Holes of Lower Housing
Vent Holes are open (IP54) to prevent "Condensation" of capsule and cool down inside temperature.
However, you are requested to close (IP66) it by using
"Rubber Gasket" provided (3 pcs. for A-ODW5 series and 4 pcs. for A-ODW7 series) when water hits these
Vent Holes severely like coastal area. Peel off Sponge
Filter and install Rubber Gasket.

Run Wires
Run all necessary wires through three (3) sponges.
Push up three (3) sponges to prevent ingress of dirt, moisture and bugs.
Cut wires and complete connectors.
Fold wires neatly and fix wires or power unit by using Velcro Tapes installed in housing.
CAUTION
Heater unit becomes high temperature when it is on.
Keep wires away from heater unit.

Blower and Heater run automatically by thermostat.
Power Consumption of Heater is 25W and Blower is 1W (0.5W+0.5W=2 blowers total 1W.)
Note: When you add one (1) more 12VDC 25W Heater for extreme cold area, total power consumption will be 12VDC 50W.

Close Capsule and Remove Protective Seal
CAUTION
Do not remove protective seal until installation is completed.
Use clean gloves when you open and close capsule later on.

Do not tighten screws too strong when you close housing
Too much torque may damage female thread or insert of housing.
You cannot feel "Adequate Torque" from your hand when you use Electric Driver.

Cleaning of Capsule
Cleaning of capsule is necessary to maintain a good picture quality.
Capsule is made of "Polycarbonate" which is very strong against impact.
However, it is vulnerable to scratch.
●
There is a case that you cannot clean capsule completely depending upon installation site's condition, even if you follow the following instructions.
●
We are unable to warrant any damage such as scratch and deterioration of capsule quality you caused when you cleaned capsule, even if you follow the following instructions.
●
When you find any damage on capsule, we advise you to purchase replacement capsule.
Please ask your local dealer for any replacement parts.

Preparation for cleaning capsule

Clean microfiber gloves (to avoid fingerprint on it.)
●
Clean microfiber glass cloths (Dirty and hard cloth damages capsule.)
●
Liquid spray type glass cleaner
●
Rubbing alcohol
Open Housing Unit and detach safety wire.
Bring capsule to the safe working place.

Clean capsule.
If there is dirt, soil and sands on it, clean it carefully to avoid scratch.
In this case, spray liquid glass cleaner and wait for enough time until stain comes off.
Clean it with microfiber glass cloths.
If there is still a little stain, use rubbing alcohol and microfiber glass cloths.
Check capsule very carefully if there is still "white stain" left.
If so, clean it with dry microfiber glass cloths.

After careful inspection of capsule, re-install Lower Housing unit by attaching safety-wire first to avoid drop of unit.
CAUTION
Please do not use car invisible windshield wiper to repell rain, sleet and snow.
You cannot have a clear picture by using this kind of car accessories.
