Read this carefully to
save energy
Tips
■ Tips for installation
Install where there is no sunlight or
heating apparatus.
► Close the curtains when the sun shines directly to the
product.
► Do
not use heating apparatus when cooling
operation. Cooling performance may decrease.
► Install the outdoor unit where is airy and shady place.
If there is direct sunlight, please install sunshade.
■ Tips for using the air conditioner
When operating in Cool mode, adjust
the desired temperature properly.
► If you set the desired temperature too low, it is
harmful to the human body and power consumption
increases. It is recommended to set the desired
temperature 5°C lower than outdoor temperature.
When operating in Cool mode, use electric
fan with the air conditioner to save energy.
Others
► If you electric fan with the air conditioner, you can
expect more effective cooling and also save energy.
When operating in Heat mode, use
additional heating apparatus.
► If indoor/outdoor temperature decreases, heating
capacity may decrease. In this case, it is helpful to
use additional heating apparatus.
Close doors or windows when operating
the air conditioner.
► Cooling performance may decrease when you operate
the air conditioner with doors or windows open.
► If you use air conditioner for a long time, ventilate the
room once in an hour for the fresh air.
■ Others

Dust filter should be in the indoor unit
when operating, and clean it frequently.
► If you operate the air conditioner without dust filter,
it may decrease product life and cause a lot more
power consumption.
► If there is a lot of dust on the Air filter, cooling capacity
may decrease. Therefore clean the air filter every other
week. Cleaning term may differ depending on the
usage and environmental conditions. In dusty area,
clean them more frequently.

How to clean and maintain
the air conditioner
Disconnect the power plug when cleaning.
Wipe the surface of the unit with a slightly
wet cloth when needed.
● When cleaning the indoor unit, use soft and
slightly wet cloth(microfiber) because the
indoor
unit panel is easily scratched. Dust off the
cloth
before cleaning to prevent indoor unit from
being scratched by the foreign material on the
cloth.
● When cleaning the indoor unit heat exchanger,
contact the service center because it needs
disassembling of the product.
● When cleaning the indoor unit heat exchanger,

button after you have set
the timer.
Operate the air conditioner
again by pressing the
