‫ﻣﻼﺣظﺔ‪ :‬ﻟﺪواﻋﻲ اﻟﺴﻼﻣﺔ اﺳﺘﺨﺪم ﻣﻨﻈﻤﺎ ﻟﻀﻐﻂ اﻟﻐﺎز ﻋﻨﺪ اﻟﺘﺸﻐﯿﻞ ﺑﺎﻟﻐﺎز اﻟﻤﺴﺎل‪.‬‬

‫اﺷﺗراطﺎت ﺿﺑط اﻟﺟﮭﺎز ﻋﻠﻰ ﻟوﺣﺔ اﻟﺻﻧﻊ‪ .‬اﻟﺗوﺻﯾل ﺑوﺻﻼت اﻟﻐﺎز وﻛذﻟك‬
‫اﻷﻋﻣﺎل اﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﺗم ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺟواﻧﺎت ﯾﺟب أن ﺗﺗم ﺑطرﯾﻘﺔ ﻓﻧﯾﺔ ﺳﻠﯾﻣﺔ وﻓﻘًﺎ ﻟﻠﻣواﺻﻔﺎت‬
‫اﻟﻘﯾﺎﺳﯾﺔ اﻟﻣﻌﻣول ﺑﮭﺎ ﺣﺎﻟﯾﺎ واﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻛل دوﻟﺔ‪.‬‬

‫وﯾﺟب أﯾﺿًﺎ أن ﯾﻛون إﺟراء ﻋﻣﻠﯾﺔ ﺗﻌدﯾل اﻟﺿﺑط ﻋﻠﻰ ﻧوع ﻏﺎز آﺧر ﺑﻣﻌرﻓﺔ ﻓﻧﻲ ﻣﻌﺗﻣد‬
‫وﻣﻊ ﻣراﻋﺎة اﻟﻠواﺋﺢ اﻟﺳﺎرﯾﺔ‪ .‬وﯾوﺟد ﻋﻠﻰ ﻟوﺣﺔ اﻟﺻﻧﻊ ﻧوع وﺿﻐط اﻟﻐﺎز اﻟﻣﺿﺑوطﯾن‬
‫ﻣﺳﺑﻘًﺎ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻣﺻﻧﻊ‪.‬‬
‫وﺗوﺟد ﻟوﺣﺔ اﻟﺻﻧﻊ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺟﺎﻧب ﺧﻠف ﺑﺎب اﻟﻔرن‪.‬‬
‫ﻟﺗﻌدﯾل ﺿﺑط ﻧوع اﻟﻐﺎز ﻋﻠﻰ ﻧوع ﻏﺎز آﺧر ﯾﺟب ﺗﻐﯾﯾر اﻟﻔوھﺎت‪ ،‬ﻛﻣﺎ ﯾﺟب ﺿﺑط‬
‫اﻟﻠﮭب اﻟﺻﻐﯾر‪.‬‬

‫اﻟﻌﻣﻼء‪.‬‬
‫ﺟﮭﺔ اﻟﺗرﻛﯾب أو اﻟﺗوﺻﯾل ﺗﻌﺗﺑر ھﻲ اﻟﻣﺳؤوﻟﺔ ﻋن اﻷﺿرار أو اﻻﺧﺗﻼﻻت اﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﻧﺷﺄ‬

‫اﻟﻣرﻓﻖ اﻟﻣﺣﻠﻲ ﻟﻠﻛﮭرﺑﺎء أو اﻟﻐﺎز )ﻣﺛﻼ ﻓﻲ أﻟﻣﺎﻧﯾﺎ‪ :‬اﻟﻣواﺻﻔﺔ ‪،DVGW-TRGI/TRGF‬‬
‫وﻓﻲ اﻟﻧﻣﺳﺎ‪ :‬اﻟﻣواﺻﻔﺔ ‪.(ÖVGW-TR‬‬
‫وﻗﺑل ﺗﻧﻔﯾذ أﯾﺔ أﻋﻣﺎل ﯾﺟب إﯾﻘﺎف اﻹﻣداد ﺑﺎﻟﻛﮭرﺑﺎء واﻟﻐﺎز‪.‬‬
‫اﻟﺑﯾﺎﻧﺎت اﻟﻣذﻛورة ﻋﻠﻰ ﻟوﺣﺔ اﻟﺻﻧﻊ ﺑﺧﺻوص اﻟﺟﮭد اﻟﻛﮭرﺑﺎﺋﻲ وﻧوع وﺿﻐط اﻟﻐﺎز‬
‫ﯾﺟب أن ﺗﺗطﺎﺑﻖ ﻣﻊ اﻻﺷﺗراطﺎت اﻟﻣﺣﻠﯾﺔ ﻟﻠﺗوﺻﯾل‪.‬‬
‫ﯾﺟب داﺋ ًﻣﺎ ﺗﺄرﯾض اﻷﺟﮭزة اﻟﻛﮭرﺑﺎﺋﯾﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ﻻ ﯾﺟوز ﺗرﻛﯾب ھذا اﻟﺟﮭﺎز ﻓﻲ اﻟﻣراﻛب واﻟﺳﯾﺎرات‪.‬‬
‫ﻣﻼﺣظﺔ‪ :‬ﻓﻲ ﺑﻌﺾ اﻟﺒﻠﺪان ﺗﺴﺮي ﻣﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎت ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻔﺔ ﻓﯿﻤﺎ ﯾﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺄدﻧﻰ ﻗﯿﻤﺔ ﻟﻠﺴﻌﺔ اﻟﺤﺠﻤﯿﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﻣﻌﮭد ﻣﮭﻧدﺳﻲ اﻟﻛﮭرﺑﺎء )‪ .(IEE‬ﻓﻘد ﺗﻠﺣﻖ أﺿرار ﺑﺎﻟﺟﮭﺎز ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺗوﺻﯾﻠﮫ ﺑﺷﻛل ﺧﺎطﺊ‪.‬‬
‫ﺗﺄﻛد ﻣن ﺗطﺎﺑﻖ ﻗﯾﻣﺔ اﻟﺟﮭد اﻟﻛﮭرﺑﺎﺋﻲ ﻟﺷﺑﻛﺔ اﻟﻛﮭرﺑﺎء ﻣﻊ اﻟﻘﯾﻣﺔ اﻟﻣذﻛورة ﻋﻠﻰ ﻟوﺣﺔ‬
‫اﻟﺻﻧﻊ‪ .‬وﺗوﺟد ﻟوﺣﺔ اﻟﺻﻧﻊ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺟﺎﻧب ﺧﻠف ﺑﺎب اﻟﻔرن‪.‬‬
‫ﺗﺄﻛد ﻣن ﺗﺄرﯾض ﺷﺑﻛﺔ اﻟﻛﮭرﺑﺎء ﺑﺷﻛل ﺳﻠﯾم وأن اﻟﻣﺻﮭر وﻛذﻟك ﻧظﺎم اﻟﻛﺎﺑﻼت واﻷﺳﻼك‬

‫ﯾوﺻﻰ ﺑﺗﺻﻣﯾم اﻟداﺋرة اﻟﻛﮭرﺑﺎﺋﯾﺔ ﻟﻠﺟﮭﺎز ﻋﻠﻰ ‪ 16‬أﻣﺑﯾر‪.‬‬
‫ﻋﻧد ﺗﻣرﯾر ﻛﺎﺑل اﻟﺗوﺻﯾل ﯾراﻋﻰ ﻣﺎ ﯾﻠﻲ‪:‬‬
‫■ ﻋدم ﺗﻌرﯾض اﻟﻛﺎﺑل ﻟﻼﻧﺣﺻﺎر أو اﻻﻧﺿﻐﺎط‪.‬‬
‫■ إﺑﻌﺎد اﻟﻛﺎﺑل ﻋن اﻟﺣواف اﻟﺣﺎدة‪.‬‬
‫■ ﻋدم ﻣﻼﻣﺳﺔ اﻟﻛﺎﺑل ﻷﺟزاء ﯾﻣﻛن أن ﺗﺻل درﺟﺎت ﺣرارﺗﮭﺎ إﻟﻰ ﻣﺎ ﯾزﯾد ﻋﻠﻰ ‪°50‬م‬

‫اﻟﻧﻘل ﻻ ﯾﺟوز ﺗوﺻﯾل اﻟﺟﮭﺎز‪.‬‬
‫ﺗﺧﻠص ﻣن ﻣواد اﻟﺗﻐﻠﯾف ﺑطرﯾﻘﺔ ﻻ ﺗﺿر ﺑﺎﻟﺑﯾﺋﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﯾﺟب ﺗوﺻﯾل اﻟﺟﮭﺎز ﻓﻘط ﺑﺎﺳﺗﺧدام ﻛﺎﺑل اﻟﺗوﺻﯾل اﻟﻣورد‪.‬‬
‫ﯾﺟب أن ﺗﺿﻣن ﻋﻣﻠﯾﺔ اﻟﺗرﻛﯾب اﻟﺣﻣﺎﯾﺔ ﻣن ﺣدوث ﺗﻼﻣس‪.‬‬
‫ﯾﺗﻌﯾن أن ﯾﻘوم ﻓﻧﻲ ﻣﻌﺗﻣد ﻓﻘط ﺑﺗوﺻﯾل اﻟﺟﮭﺎز‪ .‬وﯾﺟب أن ﺗﺳري ﻋﻠﯾﮫ اﺷﺗراطﺎت‬
‫ﻣرﻓﻖ اﻟﻛﮭرﺑﺎء اﻟﻣﺣﻠﻲ‪.‬‬
‫ظروف اﻟﺗرﻛﯾب‬
‫ﯾﻣﻛن ﺗرﻛﯾب اﻟﺟﮭﺎز ﻛﻣﺎ ﯾﻠﻲ‪:‬‬
