How can I check whether the appliance is
connected to my home wireless network?
Access your router configuration (see router manual)
and check whether the appliance’s MAC address is
listed on wireless connected devices page.
Where can I find the appliance’s MAC address and
the SAID code?
There is a sticker on your appliance with a QR-code:
Close to the QR-code you should find the SAID code
and the MAC address.
It is also possible to retrieve the SAID code and the
MAC address pressing SETTINGS on the Control
Panel, then entering the Connectivity menu and
selecting the voices “MAC address” or “SAID code”.

How can I check whether the appliance is properly
connected to the App?
Open the Bauknecht Home Net App on your mobile
device, and check if your appliance is visible.
Is there anything that can prevent the signal
reaching the appliance?
Check that the devices you have connected are not
using up all the available bandwidth. Make sure
that your WiFi-enabled devices do not exceed the
maximum number permitted by the router.
How far should the router be from the appliance?
Normally the WiFi signal is strong enough to cover
a couple of rooms, but this very much depends on
the material the walls are made of. You can check
the signal strength by placing your smart device
(connected to the same home network) next to the
appliance.
How can I find out the name and password for my
wireless network?
See the router documentation. There is usually
a sticker on the router showing the information
you need to reach the device setup page using a
connected device.
What can I do if my router is using the
neighbourhood WiFi channel?
Force the router to use your home WiFi channel.
How can I check the WiFi status of my appliance? Is
it possible to turn off the reception of WiFi?
The WiFi module is ON by default in this appliance.
It’s possible to change or confirm the WiFi status
by entering the Connectivity Menu, selecting ‘WiFi
Status’. The display will show the current Status value,
that could be ON or OFF.
Note: When the power is retrieved after a power loss, the WiFi
Module will keep its settings (links to router and App), and the
Remote control status is always restored.
How can I change my Bauknecht account but keep
my appliances connected?
You can create a new account, but remember to
remove your appliances from your old account before
moving them to your new one.
EN
I changed my router: what do I need to do?
If you can keep the previous network name and
password in the new router, then you have nothing to
do, the appliance will reconnect automatically.
Otherwise, to reconnect the appliance to the new
WiFi network, just press
in the App home
page, as you should add again the appliance to your
account.
Note: you do NOT have to previously remove the appliance
from your account. The App will guide you through the
re-connection process.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Make sure that the appliance has cooled down
before carrying out any maintenance or cleaning.
Never use steam cleaning equipment.
INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR SURFACES
• Clean the surfaces with a damp microfibre cloth. If
they are very dirty, add a few drops of pH-neutral
detergent. Finish off with a dry cloth.
• Clean the glass in the door with a suitable liquid
detergent.
• At regular intervals, or in case of spills, remove the
turntable and its support to clean the bottom of
the oven, removing all food residue.
• Activate the “Diamond Clean” function for an
optimum cleaning of the internal surfaces.
• The grill does not need to be cleaned as the
intense heat burns away any dirt. Use this function
on a regular basis.
Do not use wire wool, abrasive scourers or
abrasive/corrosive cleaning agents, as these could
damage the surfaces of the appliance.
ACCESSORIES
All accessories are dishwasher safe with the exception
of the Crisp plate.
The Crisp plate should be cleaned using water and
a mild detergent. For stubborn dirt, rub gently with
a cloth. Always leave the Crisp plate to cool down
before cleaning.

If your home wireless network settings have changed,
connect to the network again following the steps on the
App. The setup procedure has to carry out again only if
you change your home network properties (name and
