Do not operate the air conditioner with

Do not damage or cut off the power
cord or other wires. If this occurs,
please have it repaired or replaced
by an accredited technician.
Do not connect this air conditioner to
a multi outlet power board.
Please switch off the power supply to
the air conditioner if it is not to be used
for an extended period. Otherwise, it
will accumulate dust and may cause
a fire.
Before cleaning the air conditioner,
please disconnect the power supply
in order to eliminate the possibility
of electric shock.
The power supply should be
matched with the air conditioner. Air
conditioners provided with a supply
cord should be connected directly to
a power outlet with a suitable safety
switch. Air conditioners that are hard
wired must be connected to a suitable
safety circuit breaker.
Please ensure that the power supply
to the air conditioner is stable and
meets the requirements set out in
the installation manual.
Always ensure the product is installed
with appropriate earthing.
For safety, be sure to turn off the
circuit breaker before performing any
maintenance or cleaning or when the
product is not used for an extended
period of time. Accumulated dust may
cause fire or electric shock.

temperature. It can save electricity.

for a long time during operation. It will
result in insufficient performance.

• Displays the setting or room
temperature when the unit is
operational.
• Displays the malfunction code when
fault occurs.
• Displays the feature code when some
feature is activated.

4. REMOTE CONTROLLER
4.1 How to use the Remote
controller
1. Keep the remote controller where its
signal can reach the receiver of the
indoor unit.
2. When operate the air conditioner,
make sure the remote controller is
pointing to the signal receiver of the
indoor unit.
3. When the remote controller sends out
a signal, the symbol
will blink in
the display of the remote controller.
4. The indoor unit will acknowledge the
signal with a beep sound when it
receives the signal from the remote
controller.
5. Please press the button of the remote
controller and resend the signal if you
did not hear a beep sound from the
indoor unit.
• The air conditioner will not
operate if curtains, doors or
other materials block the signals
from the remote controller to the
indoor unit.
• Prevent any liquid from falling
into the remote controller. Do
not expose the remote controller
to direct sunlight or heat.
• If the infrared signal receiver
on the indoor unit is exposed
to direct sunlight, the air
conditioner may not function
properly. Use curtains to
prevent the receiver being
exposed to sunlight.
• If other electrical appliances
react to the remote controller,
either move these appliances
or consult your local dealer.

4.3 Battery installation/replacement
• Remove the back cover from the
remote controller, exposing the
battery compartment and insert two
new alkaline dry batteries (2x AAA
1.5 Volt). Make sure that the polarity
of (+) or (-) is installed correctly.
• Slide the battery compartment cover
back on.
• W
hen changing batteries,
do not use old or varied
ones, otherwise, it may cause
problems with the remote
controller.
• If the remote controller is not
used for a long time, remove
the batteries as old batteries
may leak or corrode and
damage the remote controller.
• The battery life during normal
use is about six months.
• If the remote controller does
not operate normally, please
remove and refit the batteries.
If abnormal operation
continues, replace with new
batteries.

louver movement or set the desired left/

6. HOW TO USE THE REMOTE CONTROLLER
Ensure the unit is plugged in and power is available. The OPERATION indicator
on the display panel of the indoor unit illuminates.
Basic Operation
1. Press the ON/OFF button (A) to start
the air conditioner.
2. Press the MODE button (B) to select
Auto, Cool, Dry, Fan or Heat mode.

conditioner can logically
choose the mode of Cool,

Advanced Functions Operations
1. Sleep function
When you press the Sleep button, the
economic running function will be activated,
the set temperature will increase (cooling) or
decrease (heating) by 1ºC(2ºF) per hour over a
2 hour period. The final temperature will then
be maintained till further changes made by the
user.

Press the Turbo button to enable or disable
the turbo function. The Turbo function makes
the unit work extra hard to reach your set
temperature in the shortest time as soon as
possible. When you need fast cool or heat,
you can choose this function.
4. ION function (optional)
Self
clean
Press the ION button to active the Health
function. When the function is initiated, the
Ionizer/Plasma Dust Collector(depending on
models) is energized and will help to clean the
air. This function is recommended when the
indoor air quality is in bad condition.

5. Quiet function (optional)
9. Lock function
Press the Fan button for more than 2
seconds to enable the Quiet function.
When in Quiet function, the fan will run in
slowest speed. This function is aim to give
you a comfortable low noise environment.
Press Turbo and Self clean buttons at the
same time for 1 second, you can lock and
unlock the remote controller.
6. 80C Heating function (optional)
Press the Short cut button to enable or
disable the Short cut function.
On the first time connecting to the power,
if press the Short cut button, the unit will
operate on AUTO mode, 26 °C, and fan
speed is Auto.
Press this button when remote controller
is on, the system will automatically revert
back to the previous settings including
operating mode, setting temperature, fan
speed level and sleep feature (if activated).
If pressing more than 2 seconds, the
system will automatically restore the
current operation settings including
operating mode, setting temperature, fan
speed level and sleep feature (if activated).
When the air conditioner operates under
heat mode with the set temperature
of 170C, press “-“ button twice in
one second will activate 80C Heating
function. The unit will operate at a setting
temperature 80C and the indoor unit
display shows “FP“.
7. Follow me function
When you press the Follow me button,
the Follow me function will be activated,
the remote controller works as a remote
thermostat, providing an accurate
temperature control and maximum
comfort. The remote controller sends the
temperature information at its location to
the indoor unit. The air conditioner will quit
Follow me operation if no temperature
information is received from the remote
controller.
8. Self clean function
Press the Self clean button to activate
the Self clean feature, your unit will clean
itself automatically. After cleaning, unit will
turn off automatically. Airborne bacteria
can grow in the moisture that condenses
around heat exchanger in the unit. With
regular use, most of this moisture is
evaporated from the unit. You can use self
clean feature as often as you like.
You can only activate this function
in COOL (AUTO COOL) or DRY
mode.

Vertical louver
1. Adjust the air flow direction properly
otherwise it might cause discomfort or
cause uneven room temperatures.
2. Adjust the horizontal louver using the
remote controller.
3. Adjust the vertical louver using the
remote controller.
4. Adjust the vertical louver manually
(For models without 3D Swing
function).
To set the vertical air flow
(Up - Down) direction
Perform this function while the unit is
in operation. Use the remote controller
to adjust the air flow direction. The
horizontal louver can swing up and
down automatically.

To set the horizontal air flow
direction (Left - Right)
Range
WARNING!
• Do not operate the air
conditioner for long periods
with the air flow direction set
downward in cool or dry mode.
Otherwise, condensation
may occur on the surface of
the horizontal louver causing
moisture to drop on to the floor
or on furnishings.
• When the air conditioner is
started immediately after it
was stopped, the horizontal
louver might not move for
approximately 10 seconds.
Louver in closed position.
Perform this function while the unit is
in operation. Use the remote controller
to adjust the air flow direction. The
vertical louver can swing left and right
automatically.
For models without 3D Swing function,
you need to move the vertical louver
manually to adjust the air flow in the
direction you prefer.
IMPORTANT!
Do not put your fingers into the panel
of blower and suction side. The highspeed fan inside may cause danger.
• Open angle of the horizontal louver
should not be set too small, as
COOLING or HEATING performance
may be impaired due to too restricted
air flow area.
• Do not move the horizontal louver
manually, otherwise the horizontal
louver will be out of sync. Please
cease operating, unplug power for
a few seconds, then restart the air
conditioner.
• Do not operate unit with horizontal
louver in closed position.

1. Optimum performance will be achieved
within these operating temperatures.
If air conditioner is used outside of
the above conditions, certain safety
protection features might come into
operation and cause the unit to
function abnormally.
2. If the air conditioner runs for a long
time in cooling mode and the humidity
is high, condensed water may drip out
of the unit. Please sets the vertical
air flow louver to its maximum angle
(vertically to the floor), and set HIGH
fan mode.
9. EMERGENCY OPERATION
Manual control button
Units are equipped with a switch to run
emergency operation mode. It can be
accessed by opening the front panel.
This switch is used for manual operation
in case the remote controller fails to
work or maintenance necessary.
1. Open and lift the front panel up to
an angle until it remains fixed with
a clicking sound.
2. One press of the manual control
switch will lead to the forced AUTO
operation. If press the switch
twice within five seconds, the unit
will operate under forced COOL
operation.
3. Close the panel firmly to its original
position.
• The unit must be turned off
before operating the manual
control button. If the unit is
operational, continue pressing
the manual control button until
the unit is off.
• This switch is used for testing
purposes only. You had better
not choose it.
• To restore the remote controller
operation, use the remote
controller directly.

10. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
10.1 Before Maintenance
Turn the system off before cleaning. To
clean, wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Do not
use bleach or abrasives.

Power supply must be
disconnectd before cleaning the
indoor unit.
• A cloth dampened with cold
water may be used on the
indoor unit if it is very dirty. Then
wipe it with a dry cloth.
• Do not use a chemically treated
cloth or duster to clean the unit.
• Do not use benzine, thinner,
polishing powder, or similar
solvents for cleaning. These
may cause the plastic surface to
crack or deform.
• Never use water hotter than
40ºC/104ºF to clean the
front panel, it could cause
deformation and discoloration.

3. Then pull the dust filter downwards out
of the indoor unit.
4. The healthy air freshening filter
(if applicable) are fixed on the dust filter.
• Remove the healthy filter from the
support frame of the dust filter.
10.2 Cleaning the Unit
Wipe the unit with a soft dry cloth only. If
the unit is very dirty, wipe it with a cloth
soaked in warm water.

10.3 Cleaning the Filters
A clogged air filter reduces the cooling
efficiency of this unit. Please clean the
filter once every 2 weeks.
1. Lift the indoor unit front panel up to an
angle until it stops with a full support
from the bracket.
• Clean the healthy filter at least every
3 months and replace every 6 months.
• Clean with vacuum cleaner if possible.
Clean the Dust filter with a vacuum
cleaner or water, then dry it up in cool
place.

2. Hold the dust flter handle and lift it
up slightly to take it out from the filter
holder.
5. Install the air freshening filter back into
position.

10.6 Preparation for extended
non-operation
6. Insert the upper portion of air filter
back into the unit, taking care that the
left and right edges line up correctly
and place filter into position.
If you plan to idle the unit for a long time,
perform the following:
1. Clean the indoor unit and filters.
2. Operate the fan for about half a day to
dry the inside of the unit.
3. Stop the air conditioner and disconnect
power.
4. Remove the batteries from the remote
controller. The outdoor unit requires
periodic maintenance and cleaning. Do
not attempt to do this yourself. Contact
your dealer or service provider.
10.7 Pre-season inspection

1. Use a dry and soft cloth to wipe it.
2. Pure water or mild detergent may be
used if it is very dirty.
WARNING!
• Do not use benzine, thinner,
polishing powder, or similar
solvents for cleaning. These
may cause the surface to crack

• To avoid the risk of electrical
shock or fire, do not let water
fall into the indoor unit.
• Never wipe the air flow louver
violently.
• An air conditioner without air
filter can not expel the dust out
of the room, which would cause
malfunctions by accumulation.
10.5 Replacement the filters
1. Remove the air filter.
2. Remove the air freshening filter.
3. Install a new air freshening filter.
4. Reinstall the air filter and securely
close the front panel.
1. Check that the wiring is not broken off
or disconnected.
2. Clean the indoor unit and filters.
3. Check that the air filter is installed.
4. Check if the air outlet or inlet is
blocked after the air conditioner has
not been used for a long time.
WARNING!
• Do not touch the metal parts
of the unit when removing the
filter. Injuries can occur when
handling sharp metal edges.
• Do not use water to clean inside
the air conditioner. Exposure to
water can destroy the insulation,
leading to possible electric
shock.
• When cleaning the unit, first
make sure that the power and
circuit breaker are turned off.
• Do not wash air filter with hot
water at more than 40ºC/104ºF.
Shake off moisture completely
and dry it in the shade. Do not
expose it directly to the sun, it
may shrink.

11. OPERATION TIPS
The following events may occur during
normal operation.
1. Protection of the air conditioner
Compressor
• The compressor can’t restart for
3-4 minutes after it stops.
2. Anti-cold air (Cooling and heating
models only)
• The unit is designed not to blow
cold air on HEAT mode, when the
indoor heat exchanger is in one of the
following three situations and the set
temperature has not been reached.
A) When heating has just started.
B) Defrosting.
C) Low temperature heating.
• The indoor or outdoor fan stop running
when defrosting (Cooling and heating
models only).
3. Defrosting (Cooling and heating
models only)
• Frost may be generated on the outdoor
unit during heat cycle when outdoor
temperature is low and humidity is high
resulting in lower heating efficiency of
the air conditioner.
• During this condition air conditioner
will stop heating operation and start
defrosting automatically.
• The time to defrost may vary from 4 to
10 minutes according to the outdoor
temperature and the amount of frost
built up on the outdoor unit.
4. A white mist coming out from the
indoor unit
• A white mist may generate due to a
large temperature difference between
air inlet and air outlet on COOL mode
in an indoor environment that has a
high relative humidity.
• A white mist may generate due to
moisture generated from defrosting
process when the air conditioner
restarts in HEAT mode operation after
defrosting.
5. Abnormal noise of the air
conditioner
• You may hear a low hissing sound
when the compressor is running or has
just stopped running. It is the sound of
the refrigerant flowing or coming to a
stop.
• You can also hear a low “squeak”
sound when the compressor is running
or has just stopped running. This is
caused by heat expansion and cold
contraction of the plastic parts in the
unit when the temperature is changing.
• A noise may be heard due to louver
restoring to its original position when
power is turned on.
6. Dust is blown out from the indoor
unit
This is a normal condition when the air
conditioner has not been used for a
long time or during first use of the unit.
7. A peculiar smell comes out from the
indoor unit
This is caused by the indoor unit giving
off smells permeated from building
material, from furniture, or smoke.
8. The air conditioner turns to FAN
only mode from COOL or HEAT
(For cooling and heating models
only) mode
When indoor temperature reaches the
temperature setting on air conditioner,
the compressor will stop automatically,
and the air conditioner turns to FAN
only mode. The compressor will start
again when the indoor temperature
rises on COOL mode or falls on HEAT
mode (For cooling and heating models
only).
9. Insufficient Heat (For cooling and
heating models only)
The air conditioner draws in heat
from the outdoor unit and releases
it via the indoor unit during heating
operation. When the outdoor
temperature falls, heat drawn in by the
air conditioner decreases accordingly.
At the same time, heat loading of
the air conditioner increases due to
larger difference between indoor and
outdoor temperature. If a comfortable
temperature can’t be achieved by the
air conditioner, we suggest you use a
supplementary heating device.

10. Auto-restart function
• Power failure during operation will stop
the unit completely.
• For the unit without Auto-restart
feature, when the power restores, the
OPERATION indicator on the indoor
unit will flash for 1 second. To restart
the operation, push the ON/OFF
button on the remote controller. For
the unit with Auto-restart feature, when
the power restores, the unit restarts
automatically with all the previous
settings preserved by the memory
function.
12. TROUBLESHOOTING

dello stesso da parte di un tecnico

Non collegare questo condizionatore
a una ciabatta di corrente.
Scollegare l'alimentazione al
condizionatore nel caso in cui si preveda
di non usarlo a lungo. In caso contrario
l'apparecchiatura accumulerà sporco
e potrebbe provocare un incendio.
Prima di pulire il condizionatore,
scollegare l'alimentazione al fine
di eliminare la possibilità di scosse

L'alimentazione dovrebbe corrispondere

I condizionatori forniti con un cavo

4. TELECOMANDO
4.1 Come usare il telecomando
1. Tenere il telecomando in un punto
da cui il segnale possa raggiungere
il ricevitore dell'unità interna.
2. Quando si usa il condizionatore,
verificare che il telecomando stia
puntando al ricevitore di segnale
dell'unità interna.
3. Quando il telecomando lancia un
segnale, il simbolo
lampeggia
nel display del telecomando.
4. L'unità interna riconoscerà il segnale
con un bip quando riceve il segnale
dal telecomando.
5. Premere il tasto del telecomando e
inviare nuovamente il segnale nel caso
in cui non si sia sentito il bip dall'unità
interna.
• Il condizionatore non funziona
se tende, porte o altri oggetti
ostruiscono la ricezione dei
segnali del telecomando da
parte dell’unità interna.
• Evitare di versare liquidi sul
telecomando. Non esporre il
telecomando alla luce diretta
del sole o a fonti di calore.

4.3 Installazione/sostituzione della
batteria
• Togliere il coperchio posteriore
dal telecomando, esponendo lo
scomparto batteria, quindi inserire
due nuove batterie alcaline (2x AAA
1.5 Volt). Verificare che la polarità
(+) o (-) sia stata rispettata.
• Riposizionare il coperchio.
• In fase di sostituzione delle
batterie, non usarne di
vecchie e non mescolare
batterie di tipo diverso. Ciò
potrebbe provocare dei
problemi di funzionamento
al telecomando.
• Nel caso in cui il telecomando
non venga usato a lungo,
estrarre le batterie, dato che
quelle vecchie potrebbero
perdere o corrodersi
danneggiando il telecomando.
• La normale durata delle
batterie con impiego
normale è di circa sei mesi.
• Nel caso in cui il telecomando
non funzioni normalmente,
estrarre e inserire nuovamente
le batterie. Nel caso in cui
il comportamento anomalo
continui, sostituire con batterie
nuove.

(Silenziosa).
Durante la funzione Quiet (Silenziosa),
la ventola funzionerà alla velocità più
un ambiente
bassa. Questa funzione
confortevole e poco rumoroso.
2. 8°C Heating (opzionale)
Quando il condizionatore d’aria funziona
in modalità Heat (Riscaldamento) con la
temperatura impostata su 17 °C, premere
due volte il tasto “-“ nel giro di un secondo
per attivare la funzione 8 °C Heating
(Riscaldamento 8 °C). L’unità funzionerà a una
temperatura impostata di 8 °C e sul display
dell’unità interna sarà visualizzato “FP”.
3. Funzione Follow me
Quando si preme il tasto Follow me, si
attiva la funzione Follow me (Seguimi)
e il telecomando funge da termostato
remoto, fornendo un controllo accurato
della temperatura e il massimo comfort.
Il telecomando invia le informazioni della
temperatura nella sua posizione all’unità
interna. Il condizionatore uscirà dalla
funzione Follow me (Seguimi) nel caso in
cui non vengano ricevute informazioni sulla
temperatura dal telecomando.

4. Funzione Self-clean
Premere il tasto Sefl clean per attivare la
funzione Sefl clean (Pulizia automatica);
l’unità si auto-pulirà. Dopo la pulizia, l’unità
si spegnerà automaticamente. Batteri
trasportati dall’aria possono proliferare
nell’umidità che si condensa attorno
alla scambiatore di calore dell’unità.
Durante il normale utilizzo, la maggior
parte dell’umidità evapora dall’unità. È
possibile svolgere la pulizia automatica
ogni volta che lo si desidera.

5. Funzione ION (opzionale)
Premere il tasto ION per attivare
la funzione Health (Salute). Quando
la funzione è avviata, lo ionizzatore/il

a pulire l’aria. Questa funzione è
consigliata quando la qualità dell’aria
interna è in cattive condizioni.
6. Funzione Turbo
Premere il pulsante Turbo per attivare
o disattivare la modalità Turbo. La
funzione Turbo fa sì che l’unità si
impegni maggiormente a raggiungere
la temperatura impostata entro il più
breve tempo possibile. Quando occorre
o riscaldare rapidamente,
è possibile usare questa funzione.
7. Funzione Wi-Fi (opzionale)
La pressione continua del tasto LED
per 7 volte entro 10 secondi attiva la
connessione Wi-Fi.

IMPORTANTE!
Non mettere le dita nel pannello del
dispositivo di emissione dell’aria e
sul lato di aspirazione. La ventola ad
alta velocità presente all’interno può
costituire un pericolo.
• Non si dovrebbe impostare un
angolo di apertura del deflettore
orizzontale troppo piccolo, poiché
sia il RAFFREDDAMENTO che
il RISCALDAMENTO potrebbero
risultare danneggiati a causa di una
superficie limitata per il flusso d’aria.

• Non spostare manualmente il
deflettore orizzontale, altrimenti
il deflettore orizzontale non sarà
più sincronizzato. Interrompere
il funzionamento, interrompere
l’alimentazione per alcuni secondi,

Importante!
1. Le prestazioni migliori vengono

2. Se il condizionatore d’aria funziona a

9. FUNZIONAMENTO DI EMERGENZA
Tasto controllo manuale
Le unità sono dotate di un
interruttore per attivare la modalità
di funzionamento di emergenza.
È possibile accedervi aprendo il
pannello anteriore. L’interruttore è
destinato al funzionamento manuale nel
caso in cui il telecomando non funzioni
o sia necessario svolgere le procedure
di manutenzione.
1. Aprire sollevandolo il pannello
frontale fino a quando rimane
bloccato con un click.
2. Una pressione dell'interruttore
di controllo manuale porta al
funzionamento AUTO forzato. Se entro
cinque secondi viene premuto due volte
l'interruttore, l'unità opera in modalità
COOL (Raffreddamento) forzato.
3. Chiudere con decisione il pannello
riportandolo nella posizione originale.
• Spegnere l’unità, prima di
premere il tasto per il controllo
manuale. Se l’unità è in
funzione, continuare a premere
il tasto per il controllo manuale
fino al suo spegnimento.
• Questo interruttore viene
usato unicamente a fini di test.
Consigliamo di non usarlo.
• Per tornare al funzionamento
mediante telecomando,
è sufficiente utilizzare
direttamente quest’ultimo.
10. PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
10.1 Prima della manutenzione
Spegnere il sistema prima di eseguire un
intervento di pulizia. Pulire servendosi di
un panno soffice e asciutto. Non usare
candeggina o abrasivi.
AVVERTENZA!
Scollegare l'alimentazione prima
di pulire l'unità interna.
• Se l’unità interna dovesse
essere molto sporca, si può
utilizzare un panno bagnato con
acqua fredda. Asciugare quindi
con un panno asciutto.
• Per pulire l’unità non utilizzare
panni o piumini imbevuti di
sostanze chimiche.
• Non usare benzene, solvente,
polveri per la lucidatura o
solventi simili per le operazioni
di pulizia. Ciò potrebbe
provocare crepe o deformazioni
sulla superficie in plastica.
• Non usare mai acqua di
temperatura superiore ai dei
40 °C/104 °F per pulire il
pannello anteriore, altrimenti
si potrebbero provocare
deformazioni o scolorimenti.

10.2 Pulizia dell'unità
Pulire l'unità unicamente servendosi di
un panno asciutto e morbido. Se l'unità è
molto sporca, pulirla con panno immerso
in acqua calda.
10.3 Pulizia dei filtri

Pulire il filtro ogni 2 settimane.

• Pulire il filtro sanitario almeno ogni
3 mesi e sostituirlo ogni 6 mesi.
• Pulire con un aspirapolvere, ove
possibile.
Pulire il filtro antipolveri con un
aspirapolvere o con acqua, poi
asciugarlo in un luogo fresco.

10.4 Pulizia dell’uscita dell’aria

1. Usare un panno asciutto e morbido per
le operazioni di pulizia.
2. In caso di sporcizia elevata, usare
acqua o detergente delicato.

polveri per la lucidatura o
solventi simili per le operazioni
di pulizia. In caso contrario,

• Per evitare il rischio di scosse

• Non pulire mai il deflettore
dell'aria esercitando una
pressione eccessiva.
• Un condizionatore d’aria privo
di filtro dell'aria non è in grado
di espellere la polvere dalla
stanza, il cui accumulo potrebbe
causare dei guasti.
10.5 Sostituzione dei filtri
1. Togliere il filtro dell'aria.
2. Togliere il filtro purificatore dell’aria.
3. Installare un nuovo filtro purificatore
dell'aria.
4. Installare nuovamente il filtro dell'aria
e chiudere con fermezza il pannello
anteriore.
10.6 Preparazione per un
periodo prolungato di
inattività
Qualora si preveda di lasciare inattiva
l'unità a lungo, eseguire queste
operazioni:
1. Pulire l’unità interna e i filtri.
2. Azionare la ventola per circa mezza
giornata per asciugare l'interno
dell'unità.
3. Spegnere il condizionatore d’aria
e scollegare l’alimentazione.

4. Estrarre le batterie dal telecomando.
L’unità esterna richiede operazioni di
manutenzione e pulizia periodiche.
Non cercare di eseguire tali operazioni
personalmente. Contattare il
rivenditore o il centro di assistenza
locale.
10.7 Ispezione prima della
stagione
1. Controllare che i cavi non siano rotti
o scollegati.
2. Pulire l’unità interna e i filtri.
3. Controllare che il filtro dell'aria sia
installato.
4. Controllare che l’entrata e l'uscita
dell’aria non siano ostruite dopo che
il condizionatore è rimasto inattivo per
un lungo periodo di tempo.
AVVERTENZA!
• Quando si estrae il filtro
dell’aria, non toccare le parti
metalliche dell’unità. Attenzione
a non ferirsi toccando le parti
metalliche affilate.
• Non pulire la parte interna del
condizionatore con acqua.
La penetrazione di acqua
all’interno può danneggiare
l’isolamento e portare a scosse
elettriche.
• Quando si pulisce
l’apparecchiatura, verificare che
l’alimentazione e il disgiuntore
siano scollegati.
• Non lavare il filtro dell'aria con
acqua calda a temperature
superiori a 40 ºC/104 ºF.
Togliere completamente
l'umidità e lasciarla asciugare.
Non esporre il filtro direttamente
al sole, dato che si potrebbe
restringere.

11. SUGGERIMENTI PER IL FUNZIONAMENTO
Quanto segue può verificarsi durante
il normale funzionamento.
1. Protezione del condizionatore
Compressore
• Dopo un’interruzione il compressore
deve attendere 3-4 minuti prima
di potere essere riacceso.
2. Aria anti-freddo (solo per
i modelli con modalità
raffrescamento e riscaldamento)
• L’unità è progettata per non soffiare
aria fredda nella modalità HEAT
(Calore) quando lo scambiatore di
calore interno si trova in una delle tre
seguenti situazioni e la temperatura
impostata non è stata raggiunta.
A) Quando il riscaldamento è appena
stato acceso.
B) Durante lo sbrinamento.
C) Durante il riscaldamento a bassa
temperatura.
• La ventola interna o esterna smette
di funzionare quando lo sbrinamento
è in corso (solo per i modelli con
raffreddamento e riscaldamento).
3. Sbrinamento (solo per i modelli con
raffreddamento e riscaldamento)
• Sull’unità esterna si può formare della
brina durante il ciclo di riscaldamento
quando la temperatura esterna è
bassa e l’umidità è relativamente alta.
Ciò comporta una minore efficienza
di riscaldamento del condizionatore.
• In tali casi, il condizionatore
interrompe il riscaldamento e avvia
automaticamente lo sbrinamento.
• Il tempo necessario per lo sbrinamento
può variare da 4 a 10 minuti, a
seconda della temperatura esterna
e del quantitativo di brina formatosi
sull’unità esterna.
4. Una nebbia bianca esce dall’unità
interna
• La grande differenza di temperatura
tra l’aria in entrata e quella in uscita
in modalità COOL (Raffreddamento)
in un ambiente interno con un’elevata
umidità relativa può determinare la
formazione di una nebbia bianca.
• L’umidità derivante dal processo
di sbrinamento può determinare
la formazione di una nebbia bianca
quando il condizionatore viene
riacceso in modalità HEAT dopo
lo sbrinamento.
5. Rumore anomale del condizionatore
• Quando il compressore funziona o ha
appena smesso di funzionare si può
sentire un leggero suono sibilante. Si
tratta dello scorrere o del fermarsi del
refrigerante.
• Quando il compressore funziona o ha
appena smesso di funzionare si può
sentire anche un suono simile ad un
“cigolio”. Si tratta dell’espansione dovuta
al calore e della contrazione dovuta al
freddo delle parti in plastica nell’unità
quando la temperatura cambia.
• Un rumore può inoltre essere dovuto
al ritorno alla posizione originale dei
deflettori all’accensione.
6. Dall’unità interna esce della polvere
Si tratta di un fenomeno normale
quando il condizionatore non è stato
utilizzato per un lungo periodo o al
primo impiego dell’apparecchiatura.
7. Dall’unità interna esce un odore
particolare
Ciò è causato dal fatto che l’unità
interna rilascia odori permeati da
materiali di costruzione, mobili o fumo.
8. Il condizionatore passa alla modalità
FAN only (Sola ventola) dalle
modalità COOL (Raffreddamento)
o HEAT (Riscaldamento) (solo per
i modelli con raffreddamento e
riscaldamento)
Quando la temperatura interna
raggiunge la temperatura impostata
sul condizionatore, il compressore
si arresta automaticamente e
l'apparecchio passa alla modalità FAN
only (Sola ventola). Il compressore
si avvia nuovamente quando la
temperatura interna si alza o si
abbassa rispetto a quella impostata,
rispettivamente nella modalità COOL
(Raffreddamento) o HEAT (Calore))
(solo per i modelli con raffreddamento
e riscaldamento).

9. Calore insufficiente (solo per
i modelli con raffreddamento
e riscaldamento)
Il condizionatore assorbe calore
dall’unità esterna e lo rilascia
mediante l’unità interna durante
l’operazione di riscaldamento. Quando
la temperatura esterna scende, cala
di conseguenza anche il calore fatto
entrare dal condizionatore. Al tempo
stesso, aumenta anche il carico di
riscaldamento del condizionatore,
a causa di una maggiore differenza
tra la temperatura interna ed esterna.
Se il condizionatore non dovesse
essere in grado di raggiungere
una temperatura soddisfacente,
è consigliabile utilizzare un ulteriore
apparecchio di riscaldamento.

10. Funzione Auto-restart
• Un problema nell'alimentazione
durante il funzionamento arresta
completamente l’apparecchio.
• Per gli apparecchi non dotati
della funzione Auto-restart
(Riavvio automatico), al ripristino
dell’alimentazione la spia OPERATION
(Funzionamento) sull’unità interna
lampeggerà per 1 secondo. Per
riprendere il funzionamento, premere
il tasto ON/OFF sul telecomando. Per
gli apparecchi dotati della funzione
Auto-restart (Riavvio automatico) al
ripristino dell’alimentazione, l’unità
riparte automaticamente ripristinando
dalla memoria tutte le impostazioni
precedenti.
12. RISOLUZIONE DEI PROBLEMI
La spia OPERATION
(Funzionamento) o altre spie
continuano a lampeggiare.
Qualora uno dei seguenti
codici compaia sull'area del
display: E0, E1, E2...En, F0,
F1, F2...Fn, P0, P1, P2...Pn
Problema
Il fusibile brucia spesso
o il disgiuntore scatta
frequentemente.
Altri oggetti o acqua entrano
nel condizionatore.

4. İç ünite sinyali uzaktan kumandadan
aldığında sinyali bir bip sesi ile onaylar.
5. İç üniteden onay sesi gelmediyse,
uzaktan kumandanın düğmesine
basın ve yeniden sinyal gönderin.

Quiet (Sessiz) fonksiyonunda, fan en yavaş
hızda çalışacaktır. Bu fonksiyonun amacı size
düşük ses içeren bir ortam sunmaktır.
2. 8°C Isıtma fonksiyonu
(isteğe bağlı)
Klima ısıtma modu altında ayarlanmış sıcaklık
olarak 17°C’de çalışırken, “-“ düğmesine
bir saniye içinde iki kez basmak, 8°C Isıtma
fonksiyonunu etkinleştirecektir. Ünite,
ayarlanmış sıcaklık olan 8°C’de çalışacak ve
iç ünite ekranında “FP” ifadesi gösterilecektir.

üniteden buharlaşarak çıkar. Kendini
temizleme özelliğini istediğiniz sıklıkta
kullanabilirsiniz.

basın; sistem çalışma modu, ayarlanmış

(etkinleştirilmişse) dahil olmak üzere,
otomatik olarak önceki ayarlara dönecektir.

fazladan çalışmasını sağlar. Hızlı

olduğunda, bu fonksiyonu seçebilirsiniz.
7. Wi-Fi fonksiyonu (isteğe bağlı)
LED düğmesine 10 saniye içinde 7 kez
sürekli olarak basın, ardından Wi-Fi
bağlantı durumunu girin.

donatılmıştır. Bu anahtara ön panel
açılarak erişilebilir. Bu anahtar, uzaktan
kumandanın çalışmaması veya gerekli
bakımın yapılmaması halinde, manüel
çalıştırma için kullanılır.
1. Klik sesi ile takılı kalıncaya kadar, ön
paneli belirli bir açıya kadar açın ve
yukarı kaldırın.
2. Manüel kontrol anahtarına bir defa
basmak, zorunlu AUTO işleyişine
neden olacaktır. Eğer beş saniye
içinde anahtara iki defa basarsanız,
ünite zorunlu COOL (SOĞUK)
modunda çalışmaya başlayacaktır.
3. Paneli başlangıç konumunda sıkıca
kapatın.
• Ünite, manüel kontrol

kapatılmalıdır. Eğer ünite

Tıkalı bir hava filtresi ünitenin soğutma
verimini düşürür. Filtreyi 2 haftada bir
temizleyin.
1. Braketten tam destek alarak durana

kaldırın.
2. Filtre tutucudan çıkarmak için toz filtresi
kolunu tutun ve hafifçe yukarı kaldırın.
• Sağlıklı filtreyi, en az her 3 ayda bir
temizleyin ve 6 ayda bir değiştirin.
• Mümkünse elektrikli süpürge ile
temizleyin.

2. Ünitenin içini kurutmak için fanı
yaklaşık yarım gün çalıştırın.
3. Klimayı kapatın ve fişi çekin.
4. Uzaktan kumanda cihazından pilleri
çıkarın. Dış ünite periyodik bakım
ve temizlik gerektirir. Bunu kendiniz
yapmaya çalışmayın. Bayinize ya da
servis teknisyeninize başvurun.
10.7 Mevsim öncesi kontrol
1. Elektrik tellerinin kopmadığını veya
bağlantılarının kesilmediğini kontrol edin.
2. İç üniteyi ve filtreleri temizleyin.
3. Toz filtresinin takılı olduğunu kontrol edin.
4. Klima uzun süre kullanılmadıysa hava
çıkışı ya da girişinin tıkalı olmadığını
kontrol edin.

• Filtreyi çıkarırken ünitenin
metal parçalarına dokunmayın.
Keskin metal kenarları tutarken
yaralanmalar meydana gelebilir.

olaylar meydana gelebilir.
1. Klimanın koruması Kompresör
• Durduktan sonra kompresör 3-4 dakika
süreyle yeniden başlatılamaz.
2. Anti-cold hava (Sadece soğutmalı
ve ısıtmalı modelleri)
• Ünite, iç ısı eşanjörü aşağıdaki üç
durumdan birindeyken ve ayarlanan
sıcaklığa erişilmediğinde HEAT
modunda soğuk hava üflemeyecek
şekilde tasarlanmıştır.
A) Isıtma işlemi yeni başlatıldığında.
B) Buz çözme.
C) Düşük sıcaklıkta ısıtma.
• İç veya dışı fan, buz çözme işlemi
sırasında durur (Sadece soğutmalı
ve ısıtmalı modeller).
3. Buz çözme (Sadece soğutmalı ve
ısıtmalı modeller)
• Dış sıcaklık düşükken ve nem seviyesi
yüksekken ısı döngüsü sırasında dış
ünitede donma meydana gelerek
klimanın ısıtma veriminin düşmesine
yol açabilir.
• Bu durumda, klima ısıtmayı
durduracak ve otomatik olarak buz
çözmeyi başlatacaktır.
• Buz çözme süresi ve dış ünitede
biriken don miktarı dış sıcaklığa göre
4-10 dakika arasında değişebilir.
4. İç üniteden beyaz bir duman çıkıyor
• Yüksek bağıl neme sahip bir iç ortamda
COOL modunda hava girişi ve hava
çıkışı arasındaki büyük sıcaklık farkına
bağlı olarak beyaz duman oluşabilir.
• Buz çözmenin ardından klima ISITMA
modunda yeniden çalıştığında buz
çözmenin neden olduğu nemden ötürü
beyaz bir duman oluşabilir.
5. Klima anormal gürültü çıkarıyor
• Kompresör çalışırken ya da çalışmayı
durdurduğunda düşük bir ıslık sesi
duyabilirsiniz. Bu, soğutucu akışkanın
akış sesi ya da durma sesidir.

klimanın çektiği ısı buna göre düşer.

arasındaki yüksek farka bağlı olarak
klimanın ısı yüklemesi artar. Klima rahat
bir sıcaklığa ulaşmazsa, ek bir ısıtma
cihazı kullanmanızı öneririz.
10. Otomatik yeniden başlatma
fonksiyonu
• Ünite elektrik kesintisi durumunda
tamamen durur.
• Otomatik-yeniden başlatma özelliği
bulunmayan ünitede, elektrik
geldiğinde, iç ünitedeki OPERATION
(ÇALIŞMA) gösterge ışığı 1 saniye
süreyle yanıp söner. İşlemi başlatmak
için uzaktan kumanda üzerinde AÇMA/
KAPAMA tuşuna basın. Otomatik
başlatma özelliğine sahip ünitede,
elektrik geldiğinde bellek fonksiyonunun
muhafaza ettiği önceki ayarlarla birlikte
ünite otomatik olarak yeniden çalışır.
