Assembly Instructions
1. Mount case (3) to base (7) using supplied hardware.
2. Secure foot pedal (1) to case using supplied hardware.
3. Connect spring (2) to foot pedal and case.

4. Assemble items 11 through 19, 5, 27
and 28, and connect to foot pedal.

5. Mount pedal guard (24) to case with
supplied hardware.

6. Secure spot welder to case with u-bolt (31) and supplied hardware.
7. Secure pivot bracket (28) to spot welder handle with supplied hardware.
8. Route aircord cable (29) through trigger, both ring
terminnals (21), collar (14) and collar (12).
9. Adjust cable tension as follows: depress foot pedal (1) until spring (16)
is fully compressed to a thickness of 2-1/2 in. and tighten nuts (18)
to secure spring. While holding pedal, push down collar (14) until OnOff trigger on spot welder comes to left On position. Secure collar (14)
by tightening set screws.
Y Spot welder trigger switch may overtravel and cause damage
to the switch if spring (18) is not completely compressed while
aligning collar (15). To obtain proper sequence of operation,
re-adjustment of collar (15) may be necessary.
IMPORTANT: Check for hole in spot
welder ON-OFF switch BEFORE
installing unit onto pedestal. For some
units, it may be necessary to drill a 1/16
in hole, approximately 1/4 in from end of
spot welder ON-OFF switch.

Be sure steel shot
is between setscrew
and cord before
tightening setscrew.
To install WT series timer, locate left
hole in back panel of pedestal case
(3), and mark and drill one 7/32 in
hole 3-7/16 in on center, to right of
left hole.
