3000 Version 3: Quick Reference

Press ON/OFF button. Fryer enters melt cycle before switching to full temperature and
heating to setpoint.
Exit melt cycle by pressing and releasing the
Exit Cool button or any programmed product
button. Displays show Exit Melt? on left and
YES NO on the right. Press  to exit.
Common programming and navigation are shown below. The left and middle
column show the computer displays; the right column has the action necessary to
continue. Exit from a programming step at any time by pressing the Scan key
until the display returns to its pre-programming status.

and temperatures). When the Cooks feature is enabled, a different programming sequence is
also enabled. The menu shown above is with this feature disabled.
