ÒÅÕÍÈÊÀ ÁÅÇÎÏÀÑÍÎÑÒÈ
Ïîëüçîâàòåëè ñâàðî÷íîãî îáîðóäîâàíèÿ ESAB îòâå÷àþò çà âûïîëíåíèå ïðàâèë òåõíèêè
áåçîïàñíîñòè ëèöàìè, ðàáîòàþùèìè íà îáîðóäîâàíèè è ðÿäîì ñ íèì. Ïðàâèëà òåõíèêè
áåçîïàñíîñòè äîëæíû îòâå÷àòü òðåáîâàíèÿì ê áåçîïàñíîé ýêñïëóàòàöèè ñâàðî÷íîãî
îáîðóäîâàíèÿ ýòîãî òèïà. Ïîìèìî ñòàíäàðòíûõ ïðàâèë òåõíèêè áåçîïàñíîñòè è îõðàíû
òðóäà íà ðàáî÷åì ìåñòå ðåêîìåíäóåòñÿ ñëåäóþùåå.
Âñå ðàáîòû äîëæíû âûïîëíÿòüñÿ ïîäãîòîâëåííûìè ëèöàìè, çíàêîìûìè ñ ýêñïëóàòàöèåé
ñâàðî÷íîãî îáîðóäîâàíèÿ. Íåïðàâèëüíàÿ ýêñïëóàòàöèÿ îáîðóäîâàíèÿ ìîæåò âûçâàòü
îïàñíûì ñèòóàöèè, ïðèâîäÿùèå ê òðàâìèðîâàíèþ ïåðñîíàëà è ïîâðåæäåíèþ
îáîðóäîâàíèÿ.
1. Bñå ëèöà, èñïîëüçóþùèå ñâàðî÷íîå îáîðóäîâàíèå, äîëæíû çíàòü:

3. Ðàáî÷åå ìåñòî äîëæíî:

S íå èìåòü ñêâîçíÿêîâ
4. Ñðåäñòâà çàùèòû ïåðñîíàëà
S Âî âñåõ ñëó÷àÿõ ðåêîìåíäóåòñÿ èñïîëüçîâàòü èíäèâèäóàëüíûå ñðåäñòâà çàùèòû,
íàïðèìåð, çàùèòíûå î÷êè, îãíåñòîéêóþ ñïåöîäåæäó è çàùèòíûå ðóêàâèöû.
S Ïðè ñâàðêå çàïðåùàåòñÿ íîñèòü ñâîáîäíóþ îäåæäó, óêðàøåíèÿ è ò.ä., íàïðèìåð,
øàðôû, áðàñëåòû, êîëüöà, êîòîðûå ìîãóò ïîïàñòü â ñâàðî÷íîå îáîðóäîâàíèå èëè
âûçâàòü îæîãè.
5. Îáùèå ìåðû ïðåäîñòîðîæíîñòè
S Ïðîâåðüòå íàäåæíîñòü ïîäêëþ÷åíèÿ îáðàòíîãî êàáåëÿ.
S Ðàáîòû íà îáîðóäîâàíèè ñ âûñîêèì íàïðÿæåíèåì äîëæíû ïðîèçâîäèòüñÿ
òîëüêî êâàëèôèöèðîâàííûì ýëåêòðèêîì.
S Â ïðåäåëàõ äîñòóïà äîëæíû íàõîäèòüñÿ ñîîòâåòñòâóþùèå ñðåäñòâà
ïîæàðîòóøåíèÿ, èìåþùèå ÿñíóþ ìàðêèðîâêó.

ÈÇËÓ×ÅÍÈÅ ÄÓÃÈ âûçûâàåò ïîðàæåíèå ãëàç è îæîãè êîæè.
S Çàùèòèòå ãëàçà è êîæó. Äëÿ ýòîãî èñïîëüçóéòå çàùèòíûå ùèòêè, öâåòíûå ëèíçû è çàùèòíóþ
ñïåöîäåæäó.

ØÓÌ - ×ðåçìåðíûé øóì ìîæåò ïðèâåñòè ê ïîâðåæäåíèþ îðãàíîâ ñëóõà
S Ïðèìèòå ìåðû äëÿ çàùèòû ñëóõà. Èñïîëüçóéòå çàòû÷êè äëÿ óøåé èëè äðóãèå ñðåäñòâà çàùèòû
ñëóõà.
S Ïðåäóïðåäèòå ïîñòîðîííèõ ëèö îá îïàñíîñòè.

TIG ãîðåëêà TXH 120 -TXH 400w ïðåäíàçíà÷åíà äëÿ ðó÷íîé ñâàðêè
íåïëàâÿùèìñÿ ýëåêòðîäîì â ñðåäå çàùèòíîãî ãàçà (ñâàðêà TIG) è
ìîæåò ïîñòàâëÿòüñÿ ñ âîäÿíûì èëè âîçäóøíûì îõëàæäåíèåì.
Íåêîòîðûå ìîäåëè ïîñòàâëÿþòñÿ ñ ãèáêèìè ãîëîâêàìè äëÿ íåîãðàíè÷åííîãî
ïåðåìåùåíèÿ â çàìêíóòûõ îáúåìàõ.
Ïðèíàäëåæíîñòè, ïðåäëàãàåìûå êîìïàíèåé ESAB äëÿ äàííîãî èçäåëèÿ,

êîòîðîé ìîæíî ïðîèçâîäèòü ñâàðêó ïðè îïðåäåëåííîé íàãðóçêå áåç ïåðåãðóçêè.

ïðèâîäÿòñÿ íà ñòð. 4. Ïðî÷òèòå èõ äî èñïîëüçîâàíèÿ îáîðóäîâàíèÿ!
Ïðî÷òèòå, ïîæàëóéñòà, òàêæå ðóêîâîäñòâà ïî ýêñïëóàòàöèè êîìïîíåíòîâ
ñâàðî÷íîé óñòàíîâêè, íàïðèìåð, èñòî÷íèêà ïèòàíèÿ è âûïîëíèòå
ñîîòâåòñòâóþùèå ïîäêëþ÷åíèÿ.
4.1
Ïðèñîåäèíåíèå
Òùàòåëüíî çàòÿíèòå ïðèñîåäèíåíèÿ ãîðåëêè òàê, ÷òîáû èñêëþ÷èòü ïåðåãðåâ
ïðèñîåäèíåíèé, ïîòåðþ êîíòàêòà, ìåõàíè÷åñêèå ïîâðåæäåíèÿ è óòå÷êó
æèäêîñòè èëè ãàçà.
Ïîäêëþ÷èòå âîäó ê ãîðåëêå òàê, ÷òîáû êðàñíûé âûâîä âñåãäà ñîåäèíÿëñÿ ñ
ñîîòâåòñòâóþùèì êðàñíûì âûâîäîì, à ñèíèå âûâîäû ñ ñîîòâåòñòâóþùèìè
ñèíèìè âûâîäàìè.
4.2
Âûáîð ýëåêòðîäà
Ïðè ëåãèðîâàíèè âîëüôðàìîâîãî ýëåêòðîäà 1%-2% ëàíòàíà èëè öåðèÿ
óâåëè÷èâàåòñÿ èñïóñêàíèå ýëåêòðîíîâ, âñëåäñòâèå ÷åãî îáëåã÷àåòñÿ
íà÷àëüíîå è ïîâòîðíîå çàæèãàíèå äóãè, à ñëåäîâàòåëüíî, äóãà ñòàíîâèòñÿ
óñòîé÷èâåå. Ëåãèðîâàííûå âîëüôðàìîâûå ýëåêòðîäû èìåþò áîëüøèé ñðîê
ñëóæáû, âûäåðæèâàþò áîëåå âûñîêèå çíà÷åíèÿ òîêà è ìåíåå ñêëîííû ê
âûäåëåíèþ âîëüôðàìà â ñâàðî÷íûé øîâ.

Øëèôîâêà âîëüôðàìîâûõ ýëåêòðîäîâ ïðîèçâîäèòñÿ â ñîîòâåòñòâèè ñî
ñëåäóþùåé òàáëèöåé:
ÓÊÀÇÀÍÈÅ ýòè âîëüôðàìîâûå ýëåêòðîäû ñëåäóåò øëèôîâàòü âäîëü. Ïðè
íåïðàâèëüíîé øëèôîâêå äóãà ìîæåò áûòü íåóñòîé÷èâîé. Ïðè óâåëè÷åíèè
ñâàðî÷íîãî òîêà óãîë òàêæå ñëåäóåò óâåëè÷èâàòü.
Ïðè ñâàðêå íà ïåðåìåííîì òîêå (~) êîí÷èê ýëåêòðîäà äîëæåí áûòü ìÿãêî
çàêðóãëåí.  ýòîì ñëó÷àå øëèôîâêà ýëåêòðîäà íå òðåáóåòñÿ. Äîñòàòî÷íî
íåáîëüøîé çà÷èñòêè êðîìêè. Ýëåêòðîä ñàì ïðèîáðåòàåò íóæíóþ ôîðìó ïðè
îñòîðîæíîé ïåðåãðóçêå. Åñëè âî âðåìÿ ñâàðêè ïåðåìåííûì òîêîì êîí÷èê
ïðèîáðåòàåò ñôåðè÷åñêóþ ôîðìó, ýòî ãîâîðèò î òîì, ÷òî òîê ñëèøêîì âåëèê
äëÿ âûáðàííîãî äèàìåòðà ýëåêòðîäà.

èçëîìîâ â íèõ.
Óáåäèòåñü â îòñóòñòâèè äåôåêòîâ â ãàçîâîì ñîïëå è â åãî ïðèãîäíîñòè äëÿ

SAFETY
Users of ESAB welding equipment have the ultimate responsibility for ensuring that anyone who works on or near the equipment
observes all the relevant safety precautions. Safety precautions must meet the requirements that apply to this type of welding
equipment. The following recommendations should be observed in addition to the standard regulations that apply to the workplace.
All work must be carried out by trained personnel well--acquainted with the operation of the welding equipment. Incorrect operation of the equipment may lead to hazardous situations which can result in injury to the operator and damage to the equipment.

S Work on high voltage equipment may only be carried out by a qualified electrician.
S Appropriate fire extinquishing equipment must be clearly marked and close at hand.

INTRODUCTION
TIG torch TXH 120 --TXH 400w is intended for manual TIG welding and
is available water or air cooled. Certain models are available with flex
heads for unlimited movement in confined spaces.

3.1
Equipment
TIG torch TXH 120-- TXH 400w is supplied with an electrode Ø 2,4 mm, wear parts
and an instruction manual.

The duty cycle refers to the time as a percentage of a ten--minute period that you can weld at a certain load without overloading.

OPERATION
General safety regulations for the handling of the equipment can be found on
page 10. Read through before you start using the equipment!
Please also read the operating instructions for the welding components, e.g. power
source and connect accordingly.
5.1
Connections
Tighten the connections for the torch carefully to avoid overheating the connection,
connection interference, mechanical damage or leakage of liquid or gas.
Connect water connections to the torch so that the red terminal is always connected
to the corresponding red terminal and the blue terminals are always connected to the
corresponding blue terminals.
5.2
Choice of electrode
By alloying the tungsten electrode with 1% to 2% lantha or cerium the electron
discharge is increased, which gives better striking and restriking and therefore
increased arc stability. Alloyed tungsten electrodes have a longer service life,
tolerate higher currents and are less likely to leave tungsten residue in the weld.

Grinding
Grind tungsten electrodes according to the following table:
NOTE that tungsten electrodes must be ground lengthways. If they are ground
incorrectly the arc may be unstable. When the welding current is increased the angle
must also be increased.
When welding with alternating current (AC) the electrode end must be gently
rounded. Grinding the electrode is then unnecessary. Light grading of the edge is
sufficient. The electrode forms itself if it is carefully overloaded. If the tip becomes
ball shaped while welding using alternating current, this is a sign that the current is
too high for the diameter of electrode being used.

MAINTENANCE
Regular maintenance is important for safe, reliable operation.
IMPORTANT! Switch off the ignition of the power source when cleaning the torch.
Note!
All guarantee undertakings from the supplier cease to apply if the customer himself
attempts any work in the product during the guarantee period in order to rectify any
faults.

Check that all cables and hoses are undamaged and that there are no kinks in
them.

Check that the gas nozzle is free from defects and suitable for the work in
question.

Check that the shielding gas flows evenly and without restriction.

Check that the electrode is undamaged and that the electrode has been ground
to the correct angle.

Check the water flow at the unit’s return line.
