ÅÉÓÁÃÙÃÇ
3.1
ÃåíéêÜ
Ï Ðïùåñ Éívåñôåñ åßíáé áíïñèùôÞò ó÷åäéáóìÝíïò ìå ôå÷íéêÞ åðáíåìðëïõôéóìïý
ñåýìáôïò, ðñïïñéóìÝíïò ãéá óõãêüëëçóç ìå åðåíäõìÝíá çëåêôñüäéá êáé ãéá
TIG óõãêüëëçóç. Ôï ìç÷Üíçìá ïíïìÜæåôáé åðßóçò êáé LHL 315.
Ç ðéíáêßäá ôïõ ìç÷áíÞìáôïò ìå áñéèìü êáôáóêåõÞò êáé óôïé÷åßá óýíäåóçò
âñßóêåôáé óôçí ðßóù ðëåõñÜ ôïõ.
Ôï LHL 315 ìðïñåß íá ÷ñçóéìïðïéçèåß ìå ôá åîÞò ôçëå÷åéñéóôÞñéá:
PHA1, PHA2, PHA5, PHÂ1, PHÂ2 êáé PHC2.
Ãéá TIG--óõãêüëëçóç ìå HF--áíÜöëåîç áðáéôåßôáé ìéá ðñüóèåôç ìïíÜäá.
3.2
ÔÅ×ÍÉÊÇ ÐÅÑÉÃÑÁÖÇ
ÓÕÃÊÏËËÇÓÇ ÌÅ ÔÏ ×ÅÑÉ
ÕøçëÞ ôÜóç áíïéêôïý êõêëþìáôïò êáé êáëÜ ðñïóäéïñéóìÝíï ðëåüíáóìá
ñåýìáôïò êáôÜ ôçí åêêßíçóç ôïõ çëåêôñïäßïõ åîáóöáëßæïõí óßãïõñç åêêßíçóç
êáé åðáíÜöëåîç. Ç ëåéôïõñãßá “áðïêüëëçóçò“ ôïõ LHL ìåéþíåé óçìáôéêÜ ôéò
ðéèáíüôçôåò íá “êïëëÞóåé“ ôï çëåêôñüäéï óôï ôåìÜ÷éï åñãáóßáò.
Áí ðáñ’üëá áõôÜ “êïëëÞóåé“ ôï çëåêôñüäéï ôï ñåýìá äéåõèýíåôáé ðñïò ôá êÜôù,
ïðüôå ôï çëåêôñüäéï ìðïñåß íá áðïêïëëçèåß ÷ùñßò âëÜâåò êáé íá Ý÷åôå
åðáíÜöëåîç áìÝóùò.
TIG-- óõãêüëëçóç
Ôï LHL 315 äéáèÝôåé Üñéóôá ÷áñáêôçñéóôéêÜ ãéá TIG óõãêüëëçóç .
ÅðåéäÞ ôï åëÜ÷éóôï ñåýìá åßíáé ðïëý ÷áìçëü, ìðïñåßôå íá óõãêïëëÞóåôå ìå TIG
ðïëý ëåðôÜ áíôéêåßìåíá.
Áí ôï LHL óõíäõáóôåß ìå ðáñåëêüìåíï TIGAID TIG äçìéïõñãåßôáé Ýíáò åîåëéãìÝíïò
óõíäõáóìüò TIG--óõãêüëëçóçò ìå äõíáôüôçôåò ëåéôïõñãéþí êëßóçò ðáëìïý,
ðáëìéêüôçôá ñåýìáôïò, ôüîï ðéëüôï êáé áõôïìáôéóìü ðñïóôáôåõôéêïý áåñßïõ.
Åðßóçò áðáéôåßôáé ñõèìéóôÞò áåñßïõ áñãüí êáé TIG--êáõóôÞñáò.
Ôá ðåñéóóüôåñá õëéêÜ ìðïñïýí íá óõãêïëëçèïýí ìå TIG êáé óõíå÷Ýò ñåýìá.
ÕðÜñ÷ïõí ïñéóìÝíåò åîáéñÝóåéò âÝâáéá, ì.á. ãéá áëïõìßíéï êáé ìáãíÞóéï.

íá ðñïêáëÝóåé ñáäéïðáñÜóéôá. Ï ÷ñÞóôçò Ý÷åé áðïêëåéóôéêÞ åíèýíç ãéá ôç ëÞøç åðáñêþí
ðñïëçðôéêþí ìÝôñùí.
