Tenere presente fra l’altro i seguenti punti:
Beachten Sie unter anderem folgende Maßnahmen:
• Einschleppung von anorganischen und organischen
Nahrungsmittel, Zigarettenresten, Korrosionsschutzreinigungsmittel usw. verhindern

Regolare nuovamente valvole pneumatiche
4. Wahlschalter (E) auf Position Reinigung stellen
5. Wahlschalter (L) auf Bearbeitung Seitenkante stellen (nur bei Trim 91)
6. Wahlschalter (G) auf Symbol stellen.
7. Wippe (H) mit Hand betätigen.
8. Hauptschalter (A) einschalten.
• Beide Abdeckungen oben entfernen
Drosseleinstell-Programm.
8. Accendere l’interruttore principale (A).
9. Rilasciare dopo un secondo l’interruttore a bilanciere
(H).
• Togliere entrambi i rivestimenti superiori.
• Sollevare verso l’alto l’avanzamento.
.

General indications for proper dealing with lubricating coolant!
To comply with its job of lubricating coolant
(cooling, lubrication, removal of cutting, corrosion protection) lubricating coolant includes a lot of different chemical substances. So the corresponding maintenance and care of the lubricating coolant is very important.
•
Organizational steps
Please pay special attention to a clean coolant to avoid a formation of nitrosamines and germs.
Please note following indications:
• Introduction of inorganic and organic food, remains of cigarettes, anticorrosive-agent cleaner, etc.
Avoid admission of impurity oil to cooling system
• Avoid introduction of foreign substance which contains secondary amines or release them
(more than 0,2 % in the cooling lubricant concentrate) e.g. cleanser, certain anticorrosive agent, system cleanser.
Mesures organisationnelles
Following inspections and measurements have to be carried out. In Austria and Germany the TRGS

Within the scope of FLUID MANAGEMENT Wintersteiger offers an analysis equipment for control and measurement of lubricating coolant as well as documentation of the test results. When overranging the limiting values you are able to place countermeasures immediately to extend the intervals fo changing the coolant by 4 weeks essentially.
Wintersteiger-fluid management also includes additional products (high qualitay lubricating spray, system cleanser, machine foam cleanser, preservative agent, skin protection set) which are coordinated with the emulsion and so avoid an introduction of foreign substance to a great extent.
When overranging the limiting values please place corresponding countermeasures or change the coolant. As a result of non-application of WINTERS-
TEIGER-fluid management the emulsion has to be changed after approx. 1000 pair of ski or at the latest after 4 weeks. After the season and a longer standstill of the machine drain the cooling system and clean it with the system cleanser.
Protective measures
Mesures de protection
As lubricating coolant are, among other things, irritant, we recommend to ware corresponding protective clothing (e.g. gloves, safety goggles, fluid-repellent clothes). If you were not able to avoid contact with skin please use preventive skin protection (barrier creme).
Disposal
Élimination des déchets
Take care that nothing gets into the sewage sytem.
Duly disposal according the indications of the manufacturer in the general safety and prevailing regulations is essential.

Re-adjust the pneumatic-throstle
This throstle-adjustment only has to be carried out by a skilled servicetechnician.
If the grinding aggregates are swinging irregulary a re-adjustment is necessary. To ease this adjustment a specific programm has been installed.
Following steps have to be done to get into the throstle-adjustment-program:
1. Switch off the main plug (A) and wait appx. 10 seconds until the SPS-control is absolutely currentless.
2. Cut off the coolant supply for the ceramic discs with the ball valve (B).
3. Adjust the grinding-pressure-regulation side edge with the pressure regulator (J) to 2 bar (29 psi).
4. Press the multiple contact switch (E) on position
"purification"
5. Press the multiple contact switch (L) on position
"arrangement side edge" (only Trim 91)
6. Press the multiple contact switch (G) on symbol
.
7. Press the rocker button (H) by hand.
8. Switch on the main plug (A).
9. Switch off the rocker button (H) after 1 second.
10.Press the rocker button (H) within 2 seconds
twice after switching off.
11.Press start-key (D).
Now you are in the throstle-adjustment-program.
Adjusting the throstles:
• Remove both coverings at the top.
• Swing the feed up.
By pressing the rocker button (H) the two aggregates are swinging in at limit stop and immediately back.
If an aggregate is too slowly the runout-throstle (K) must be adjusted by loosening the counter nut (L) and a minimum turn of the adjusting screw (M) to the left (The aggregate swings faster in).
By turning the adjusting screw (M) on the right side the aggregate swings in slower.
Counter the nut (M) after the correct adjustment. By switching off the main plug (A) for 10 seconds the throstle-adjustment-program is finished.
Adjusting the throstles for centering:
• Press the multiple contact switch (G) on symbol
.
• By pressing the rocker button (H) the two centerings are swinging in and immediately back.
• Adjustment of throstle as mentioned above.
Réglage des bobines pour le centrage:
• Placer le commutateur sélectif (G) sur symbole
.

WINTERSTEIGER wenden.
Mit freundlichen Grüßen
WINTERSTEIGER AG
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
You have recently become the owner of a WINTERSTEIGER machine. For this reason, we would like to take this opportunity to advise you of an important regulation which came into force in the European Union on 1.1.1995. Every new machine put into operation within the European Union must comply with CE guidelines and must therefore be marked with a special CE label as well as a Certificate of Conformity.
Herewith we declare that the overleaf specified machine is, in respect of design and type of construction as well as the version put in
Circulation by us, in conformity with the appropriate basic safety requirements and health requirements of the CE directive.
Every alteration on the machine which is not coordinated with us voids this declaration.
The CE label is easy to find on our machines as it is displayed prominently. As the Factory Inspectorate tests all machines to check whether they conform to CE standards, it is important that you know where to find the CE label on your machine and that you ensure that you have a valid Certificate of Conformity. For machines operation put into before the 1.1.1995 cut-off point, no CE label or Certificateof Conformity is required.
Should you have any questions relating to the points mentioned above, please contact the WINTERSTEIGER staff, who will be happy to help you.
Yours sincerly
WINTERSTEIGER Inc.
NOTE IMPORTANT
WINTERSTEIGER S.A.
