Sensor Checks
Physical check of each sensor.
1. Hold each sensor at probe to create a rise in reading. At case
controller. verify reading has risen for expected sensor input as
follows:

2. Allow sensor to return to ambient temperature. Repeat process
for all sensors on case controller, testing only one sensor at a
time.
Relay Checks
Change of state check via controller menus.
1. Change parameter r12 to ‘-1-‘
2. Cycle parameters to ‘on’ as shown below for each function
(where used), and confirm component is operational.

3. To test EEV relay and wiring (DO1, terminals 5&6), change
parameter U23 to 50%. Operation can then be verified via a coil
tester or through an audible ‘clicking’ noise heard in 3 second
intervals.
4. Return parameter r12 to ‘0’ when complete.
