1Supplies power to the external sensor board.
2Connect to a USB memory device. (applicable for updates and

RGB: Connects a D-SUB cable (via a DVI-RGB adapter) or
a DVI-RGB cable to a PC.
MAGICINFO IN: To use MagicInfo, make sure to connect
the DP-DVI cable.
5Connects to a source device using an HDMI cable.
6Connects to a PC using a DP cable.
7Connects to MDC using an RS232C adapter.
8Receives the remote control signal via the external sensor board
and outputs the signal via LOOP OUT.
9Receives sound from a source device via an audio cable.

Troubleshooting Guide
Remote sensor
Press a button on the remote control pointing at the sensor on the
front of the product to perform the corresponding function.
-- Using other display devices in the same space as the remote
control of this product can cause the other display devices to be
inadvertently controlled.
Make sure that the remote control is used within 4 m from the
screen and within 2 m and 50 degrees of the left and right sides of
the monitor. The remote control location may affect the sensor’s
signal reception.
-- Store used batteries out of reach of children and recycle.
-- Do not use a new and used battery together.
Replace both batteries at the same time.
-- Remove batteries when the remote control is not to be used for
an extended period of time.

The screen keeps
switching on and off.
Check the cable connection between the
product and PC, and ensure the connection
is secure.
The screen is too bright.
Adjust Brightness and Contrast.
The screen is too dark.
No Signal is displayed
on the screen.
Check that the product is connected
correctly with a cable.
Check that the device connected to the
product is powered on.
Not Optimum Mode is
displayed.
The images on the
screen look distorted.
Go to Picture and adjust the White Balance
settings.
The product will turn
off automatically.
Go to System and make sure Sleep Timer is
set to Off.
If a PC is connected to the product, check
the power status of the PC.
Make sure the power cable is connected
properly to the product and power outlet.
If the signal from a connected device is not
detected, the product automatically turns
off after 10 to 15 minutes.
There is no sound.
Check the cable connection to the product.
The screen is not clear. Adjust Coarse and Fine.
The screen is blurry.
Remove any accessories (video extension
cable, etc) and try again.
Set the resolution and frequency to the
recommended level.
The screen appears
unstable and shaky.
There are shadows or
ghost images left on
the screen.
White does not really
look white.
This message is displayed when a
signal from the graphics card exceeds
the product’s maximum resolution and
frequency.
Refer to the Standard Signal Mode Table and
set the maximum resolution and frequency
according to the product specifications.
Check that the resolution and frequency of
the PC and graphics card are set within a
range compatible with the product. Then,
change the screen settings if required by
referring to the Additional Information on
the product menu and the Standard Signal
Mode Table.
Solutions
Check the connection of the audio cable or
adjust the volume.
Check the volume.
The volume is too low.
Adjust the volume.
If the volume is still low after turning it up
to the maximum level, adjust the volume on
your PC sound card or software programme.
The remote control
does not work.
Make sure that the batteries are correctly in
place (+/-).
Check if the batteries are flat.
Check for power failure.
Make sure that the power cord is connected.
Check for any special lighting or neon signs
switched on in the vicinity.
