DRY TIME
SURFACE PREPARATION
Dry time is based on 70°F and 50% relative humidity.
Lock-Down will dry to touch in approximately 30 minutes
and can be topcoated in 1 hour. Lower temperatures or
higher humidity can prolong dry and cure time.
Surfaces should be clean, dry, sound and free of any
contamination, mildew, or unsound coatings that may
interfere with adhesion. Repair cracks and surface holes
with appropriate sealant. Remove excessive chalk or any
loose paint. If needed, wash surface with a low suds
cleaning solution like ammonia or a TSP substitute. Rinse
thoroughly and allow to dry. Allow new concrete and
masonry to cure for at least 7 days before applying.
CLEAN-UP
Wash promptly with soap and water. Follow equipment
manufacturer instructions for cleaning spray equipment.
LIMITATIONS
Not recommended for application to floors or decks or to
surfaces subject to immersion or prolonged contact with
water. For full surface priming under wallcovering, use
