Maximum Opera ng Temperature - 120° Fahrenheit / 49° Celsius. • While tes ng was performed under laboratory condi ons. Actual performance may vary. • This system is not intended to be used as a drinking water treatment unit. • Both the system and installa on must comply with applicable state and local regula ons. This Sprite Shower Filtra on System has been tested according to NSF/ANSI 177 for reduc on of free chlorine. The concentraon of free available chlorine in water entering the system was reduced to a concentra on less than or equal to the permissible limit for water leaving the system, as specified in NSF/ ANSI 177. This system has not been evaluated for free chlorine reduc on in the presence of chloramines. Free chlorine reducon performance may be impacted by the presence of chloramines in the water supply. Notes on NSF Test Protocol: Minimum chlorine reduc on per NSF/ANSI 177 shall be listed as ≥ 50% free available chlorine (FAC) when used with an influent challenge water of 2mg/L FAC. Average concentra ons shall be the arithme c mean of all reported influent challenge or product water concentra ons (the detec on limit value shall be used for any non -detectable concentra on). The specified average percent reduc on shall not be greater than the reduc on calculated using the arithme c means of the influent challenge and the product water concentra ons respec vely.
