e When operating at maximum speed this appliance is meant to operate in short 30-60 seconds busts followed
by a short 10-15 second break. Continuous operation without a pause can result in over heating and / or
damage to the motor.
Prepare for use
Thoroughly clean the parts that come into contact with food before you use the appliance for the first time.
Let hot ingredients cool down before you process them (max. temperature 140°F or 60°C).
Cut large ingredients into pieces of approximately % inch before you process them.
Assemble the appliance properly before you put the plug in the wall socket.
Using the appliance
Hand blender
The hand blender is intended for :
- blending liquids, e.g. dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups, mixed drinks and shakes.
- mixing soft ingredients, e.g. softened butter, yogurt,
- pureeing cooked ingredients, e.g. for making baby food.
-The hand blender is not for ice, hard or frozen food
1. Attach the blender bar to the motor unit.
2. Immerse the blade guard completely in the ingredients.
3. Pressing the normal or turbo speed button to switch on the appliance.
Move the appliance slowly up and down and in circles to blend the ingredient.
Note: The chopper is intended for chopping ingredients such as nuts, meat, onions, hard cheese, boiled eggs,
garlic, herbs, dry bread etc.
Attention: The blades are very sharp! So be very careful when handling the blade unit. Be especially careful when
you remove the blade unit from the chopper bowl, when you empty the chopper bowl and during cleaning.
1. Put the chopper blade unit in the chopper bowl.
Put the ingredients in the chopper bowl.
Put the coupling unit on the chopper bowl.
Fasten the motor unit onto the chopper bowl.

Pressing the normal or turbo speed button to switch the appliance.
If the ingredients stick to the wall of the chopper bowl, loosen them by adding liquid or using a spatula.
Always let the appliance cool down after chopping meat.
The whisk is intended for whipping cream, whisking egg whites, desserts etc.
1. Connect the whisk to the coupling unit.
2. Connect the coupling unit to the motor unit.
3. Put the ingredients in a large and deep bowl.
4. Immerse the whisk completely in the ingredients. To avoid splashing, start processing at normal speed.
Care and cleaning
Do not immerse the motor unit or the whisk coupling unit in water.
e Unplug the appliance before cleaning.
e Dissemble all the parts.
e Wipe the motor unit and the whisk coupling unit with a damp cloth.
e (Clean the beaker, the chopper bowl, the chopper blade unit, the chopper coupling unit and the whisk without
coupling unit in the dishwasher or in warm water with some washing-up liquid.
Dry and store them for future use.
