ENERGY SISTEM Inngenio 1000 is a portable media player with a 65,000 full-color OLED display and support for multiple formats including MP1, MP2, MP3, WMA, WMV, ASF, WAV, MTV, and JPEG. It also features a built-in microphone for Hi-Fi recording, a USB 2.0 port for easy file transfer, and a long battery life with nine levels of precision electricity level monitoring.

Basic Operation
1.Power Supply
The player equips built-in lithium battery and supports USB power supply and can be charged in the player directly.
The player equips nine levels electricity level monitor.
When the battery electricity will be over, LCD will display “ ”.
2 .Power Switc h
The player equips built-in lithium battery. The power is on when the POWER key is in
ON position and is off when in OFF position.

Please confirm the POWER key is in ON position before you turn on the player.

2.Stop Menu
In Stop state, short press MENU key to enter Stop menu, three options available include main directory, file delete
And exit. Select the corresponding options by pressing “ ”

This play supports the recognition of 99 submenu of level 1. Users may put the different files in different directories (the directory should be created in computer before operation), for you can play and manage the files in classifications.

Select “File Delete” and “Delete All” to delete the current file and all files in current directory correspondingly.
Short press MENU key to enter Delete interface, push “ ” key or “ ” key to select the desired track to delete, further press MENU key to confirm the deletion.
Notes: “ Delete All” will delete all the corresponding files in current mode of current

directory (e.g., if you want to delete all in Music mode, you can only delete the music files, the recorded files can not be deleted)

When playing music and REC files, you can select different cycling modes (e.g., Repeat mode, etc.)
When confirming your selection, the player will play the set rules. The play modes

Intro.
Normal: After the music in the current directory have been played fully, the player will play the music in the next directory till all files are played and then it will stop.
Repeat One: Repeat playing a single piece of music.
Folder: Play all the music in the folder.
Repeat Folder: Repeatedly play all the music in the folder.
Repeat All: Repeatedly play all the music.
Random: Play randomly the music in the current folder.
Intro: Play all the music of the first ten seconds in the current folder.

2)Tempo Rate
When playing the music (only applicable for MP3 files), the user can select different tempo rate (-8-8 levels), but the sound will not be changed.
Note: When the tempo rate has been set, it will take effect on each file till the setting changes next time.

3)Repeat Mode
(1) A-B Repeat
When entering, letter “A” in the repeat icon will flash, wait for confirming the starting point A. Push the“ ” key to confirm the starting point A. letter “B” in the repeat icon will flash, wait for confirming the starting point B, push “ ” key to confirm the starting point B, the repeat icon is fixed. Then the player will repeat playing between A and B. When reaching the set times, short press MENU key to exit Repeat mode. During the mode, the user can short press PRE to reset A point.
(2) Follow function (the voice mode doesn't have this function)
In A-B repeat, push “ ” key to enter the follow mode, the repeat icon “ ” is changed into the follow icon “ ”. Then the player will begin to record the voice of the user. The time length is the same as the A-B repeat.
When the set time comes, the player will play the original voice and the icon will be

changed into “ ”. Then the user can press “ ” to enter the contrast function.
Note: In this state, press “ ” key to return to the state of “A-B repeat”.
(3) Contrast function (the voice mode doesn't have this function)
After entering the contrast function, the repeat icon will be changed to “ ”. At the time, the player starts to play the following voice. After the following voice has been fully played, the icon will be changed to “ ”, at the time, it plays the original voice.
After the original voice has been fully played, it starts to play the record repeatedly without stop (no limits of the “Repeat Times” setting) till you press MENU key to exit.
Notes: In this state, short press “ ” key to return to the state of “Follow function”. In the above three states, short press MENU key to exit from the repeat mode.
Note: In Music or Voice play state, short press R/A-B key to achieve each function of repeat mode.
(5 )Repeat Times (only music mode has this function)
Press “ ” key to adjust the repeat times, the repeat times will determine it will exit after how many times of A-B repeat it plays.
(6 ) Repeat Intervals (only music mode has this function)
Press “ ” key to adjust the repeat intervals, the repeat intervals will determine the

12 time length to be paused between this playing and the last playing (unit: second)
(7)Exit
Short press MENU key to exit the play menu.
Note: In Stop menu and Play menu, the player will return to the stop interface or play interface when there is no operation conducted within 5 seconds.
4. Lyric Synchronous Display (Karaoke function)
The player supports “* .LRC” lyric files (users may download in “My Favorite Lyric” website or edit via software by yourself), to achieve the synchronous play of lyric and sound.
When entering lyric play interface, the player will go on playing the current track and display the corresponding lyric according to the playing process. After the playing, it will enter into subsequent track play function according to the play mode setting. If there is subsequent lyric, it will remain in the lyric play interface and will return to the play interface to play the subsequent tracks if no lyrics.

The name of lyric file should be

3) How to display the lyric?
(1) When the consistent lyric has been found, long press Mode key to enter the lyric interface, the lyric display interface will appear.
(2)Short press Mode key to return to Song Mode.
4.Lyric Edit
(This function should be operated in computer via WINAMP software shown as follows)
(1)First, turn on the WINAMP, and load the MP3 whose lyric needs to be edited, and then open the LRC (Edition 3.4) lyric editor, the lyric may be typed into the textbox of
LRC editor, or click “File/Open”, place the lyric file on a text basis that has been edited

into LRC editor.
(2)When the music is played to reach the corresponding lyric, press [Add Tag], the time tag shall display in front of the lyric.
(3)Fill the proper information in “Track Name”, “Singer”, “Album” and “Editor”
(Optional to fill).
(4)Finally, click “Save As (A)” in “File (F)” of LRC to save the lyric file that has been edited.
Note: The lyric filename should be corresponding to the filename of MP3 song, and the MP3 song and its corresponding lyric should be copied into the player at one time. And then the lyric shall be displayed synchronously in playing the MP3 song.
Note:
1)It's advised that the lyric of each sentence should be within 16 monocases (Such as
English letters or numbers) or 8 dual cases (Such as Chinese characters)
2)The following symbols are advised to avoid for the names of subject and singer: \ /
: * ? “ < > | [ ].
3)The lyric file should be made smaller than 1K bytes. Otherwise, the surplus wouldn't be displayed.

5.MTV File Play
In Music mode, it supports the playing of MTV film file, but the MTV files supported by this player should be film file of AMV (Actions Media Video) format, so you need the switch tools in disk to operate MTV film file of other formats. The detailed operation refers to the relative instructions in disk.
6.Disposal of Illegal File
If there are illegal files when selecting tracks automatically or manually, it will indicate
“Format Error”, wait for 2 seconds to return to the Stop interface.

LP record indicates that the record is controlled by voice. It will stop when there is no voice and record the datum when there is voice, so as to save the memory space.
4. Play REC File
A.Enter the main menu and select the voice mode (icon).
B.Press “ ” key to enter the interface and press PLAY key to start to play.
C.Press “ ” key to select the REC files.
5. Convert the format of ACT REC file into WAV
The files with ACT format recorded by the player may be converted into WAV format via the attached installation program toolkit.
1) Run the program “Sound Converter” and click “Open” knob.
2) Select the ACT file to be converted.
3) Click “Convert” knob to start to convert into WAV format.
Note: In addition to the function of converting ACT into WAV format, it may play these files with WAV and MP3 formats.

1.FM Radio Interface
: In current frequency position, the position of frequency scale will change dynamically according to the change of current frequency.

5)Short press MENU to enter FM submenu.
6)Long press “ ” to turn off the player.
7 )Press “ ” key to skip to next saved station, it is unavailable if no other pre-saved stations no. It will circularly come to the first pre-saved station no. when reaching the last pre-saved station no.
8)Press R/A-B to enter SP record mode and start to record. At the time, you can also listen to the radio.
Note: The above operations should be in FM mode of Search mode.

In FM menu, select Search mode, short press MENU key to enter Search mode.

1)Select FM mode:
Press “ ” key to minitrim and search stations forward or backward by one step by 100KHZ and press “ ” key for two seconds to search channels forward or backward automatically by 100KHZ and stop at the searched station, if you want to stop researching, push “ ” key to stop searching.
Select Station Adjustment Mode:
Push “ ” key to listen to the saved stations forward or backward in subsequence.
Select Auto Search:
Auto search will search all the channels (87.5M~ 108M) automatically, and save the searched station automatically.
Search Level
There are 8 levels all together. The auto search of higher level has a higher requirement on signal intensity.
Save Stations
Save the manually searched channels in subsequence. “Normal band” and “Japanese band” can save 20 stations in max.Basic Operation

1.5.2 Power-saving mode
Instructions: Set the time of Power off, in Stop state, the time is calculated when no key is pressed and the player would power off automatically. The range is 00-60 seconds. If it is set as 0 second, the function will be inactivated.
1.5.3 Sleep Mode
Instructions: Set a time, the time is calculated when no key is pressed and the player would power off automatically, the time will cleaned to zero before it is powered off.
(i.e. set for one time) it is mainly used for listening to songs before your sleep. The range is 0-120 minutes.
If it is set as 0 minute, the function will be inactivated.

Set the working state during the repeat operation: manual mode or auto mode.

Ready means the DISK is in waiting state.
Download means in Download state.

Create a File Folder:
This player can recognize 99 files of level one created in portable disk by user.

2. Upgrade Player
The player may be upgraded or maintained its system firmware using the tools and software installed on the computer.
1. Enter the main menu, push “ ” key to select
“System Setting”. Short press
“ ” key to enter and press “ ” key to select
" Firmware Upgrade”. Short press MENU key to enter.
2. Connect the player to PC.
3. Run the upgrading tool “MP3PlayerUpgrade” of PC, and then click “Select the Firmware file of new version”
knob. Select the new firmware program (it can be found in the disk enclosed with the player or downloaded from

4. Click the Start upgrading button and the system will start the work of upgrading.
5. After successful upgrading, the following will be displayed on the player:

1. Firmware upgrading is used for enhancing and optimizing the performance of the player. But if the firmware is not upgraded, the normal work of the player will

not be affected.
2. The errors caused from the firmware upgrading may result in the failure of the player! So please read the operation manual carefully before the operation. It is recommended that this operation shall be done by the persons with sufficient computer knowledge.
3. The software for the firmware upgrading of this player is not available to other series of players, vice versa.
3. Function of Special Space
The common MP3 users often meet the problem of “Data disclosing” as they do not want the personal data to be seen by other people. When the friends borrow the MP3

From today, the function of “Special Space” provided by this player has solved this problem completely.The user can arbitrarily divide the USB disk into two parts through the tools enclosed with the player, (the use can see two disk letters. For system of
Windows 2K, the computer should be installed with the SP4. Otherwise, the user can only see one disk letter. If the user wants to see the other disk letter, he has to select the
“Single common disk” or “Single encryption disk” under “System setting/ On-line mode”. One part shall be encrypted (it may not be encrypted, thus the disk can be used
as two) so as to hide the contents. Such data cannot be seen without the passwords. This is a very good function of “Special Space”.
1. Connect the player with the computer.
2. Run the tool kit MP3 Player Disk Tool
Of installation program enclosed with the player.
3. The user will first see the format tool.
Then select the “Divide/encrypt” and select a proper capacity for the encryption disk.
Then click the related block to set the user' name and the passwords. Enter the name in the block of “New user's name” and enter the password in the block of “New password”.
Then enter the new password again in the block of “Confirm the new password”. Click the button
“Start” to start dividing the disk.

5. Press “Enter”, and the computer will indicating for restart the system. Confirm it so as to restart the computer system.
6. After starting, the user will see two disks (for the operation system lower than
Windows 2K SP4, the user can only see one disk letter). Click the encrypted disk (listed at the second place), which has three files. Two are hidden files and one is the execution file. The disk only has the space of 300K.
7.Run the execution file “RdiskDecrypt.exe” and enter the user's name and password into the Dialogue box. If the password is correct the Copy file in the disk will be opened.
8.Each time when connecting with the computer, user must enter the user's name and password so that he can open the encrypted disk.
Note: these files in the encrypted disk can't be identified by the player.
Note: Either when the disk is divided into two parts or when two disks are combined into one, the data in the disk will be
Deleted, please backup the data in advance.
Warning: Please don't lose your User's name and password; otherwise the encrypted disk cannot be used. The encrypted disk can only be cancelled by combining the disks, and this loses the files in the encrypted disk.

1 .W hy can't some M P3 be play ed?
Standard MP3 only includes: the songs in layer 3 of MPEG 1, layer 3 of MPEG 2 and layer 3 of MPEG 2.5. Otherwise, it won't be played in the player except transformed by the corresponding software.
2 .W hy doesn't the memory siz e display ed under the operational sy stem match the figure on the tab?
The software in the MP3 player takes up a small portion of the memory, which coincides with the corresponding standards.
3 .About W AV format
This solution supports WAV files of IMA ADPCM format only. If you want to store
WAV files of other format in this player, please set up a new folder and store the WAV files in it. Don't put the WAV files of other format into the root directory of the mobile disk and the folder of VOICE, otherwise, the player may shut down when play such
WAV files.

4 .W hat causes the M P3 play er running slowly ?
Using or deleting files freq uently in a long time will generate fragments in the flash

5.What if the driving program of the MP3 player be damaged?

6 .What if the MP3 play work s abnormally, i.e, shutting down?
When abnormal situation occured due to improper operation, push the POWER ON switch to OFF and then toward ON. Then restart the unit and it can return to normal situation.
7 .what if after a long non-use period, the player cannot be turned on?
To enlarge the life of the built-in battery, when the battery level is too low or in some abnormal situation ( shut off) , the lithium battery will be protected, so it cannot be turned on. Y ou need to connect the mp3 player to a computer or the charger; it can be used after recharging.
