Danfoss Non return valve VCM 46 Data Sheet
Danfoss Non return valve VCM 46 is a high-quality valve designed to prevent reverse flow of liquids in pipelines. It features a conical poppet design that ensures effective sealing, especially with low viscosity fluids like water. Commonly used with APP 38 - 46 pumps, it is constructed from durable Super Duplex stainless steel and has an FPM O-ring for a secure seal. With a maximum flow rate of 45 m3/h (766 l/min or 202 gpm) and a maximum pressure of 120 barg (1740 psig), it offers reliable performance in demanding applications.

Duplex stainless steel W. Nr. 1.4410.
The sealing is a FPM O-ring.

Important!
Due to the design and dimensions of an APP 46 pump, bellhousing and IEC motor, a dampening flange on the bell-housing is standard when an IEC 315 motor is selected.
If this dampening flange for some reason is deselected, an extension for the non-return valve may be needed in order to mount the pipe or hose with Victaulic clamps.
