This appliance can be used to suck up dust or liquids equally easily.
However, if the water in the filter is very dirty it should be replaced proceeding as described in the section on "Emptying and cleaning the water container". When the dirt sucked in reaches the maximum permitted level in the water container (25), suction is stopped automatically by the safety float provided for this purpose (you will notice that the engine speed has increased).
After about 10 seconds the appliance will stop automatically and the four indicator lamps will start to flash. Before resuming your cleaning operations proceed as illustrated in the section on "Emptying and cleaning the water container", and then top up the level of the water in the container.

"Bioecologico" is available for sanitising while using the suction function. It is a scented antibacterial product with natural-based anti-allergenic substances. If it is added regularly to the water used to fill the water container (25) of the Vaporetto Lecoaspira, it will prevent the proliferation of bacteria and micro-organisms and inhibit the action of allergens. In addition to ensuring a sanitising action, "Biecologico" will eliminate smells due to the presence of dust in the water, leaving a pleasant smell of cleanness in the room.
Use: Normally add 10 ml each time you fill the water-based filter.
Bioecologico is sold in household appliance shops or direct from our authorised Assistance
Centres.

Put the lid of the accessory holder (22) back into position, making sure that the two levers on the lid match up with the two clasps on the appliance, rotating it until the lid hooks into place (22).
Note: Make sure you empty the water container (25) before putting your Vaporetto
Lecoaspira away. One of the great advantages of the Vaporetto Lecoaspira is precisely the fact that it is possible to put it away clean.
The self-filling system means that it is possible to have the boiler always full while working, and when you have finished working the appliance can be put away without emptying either the boiler or the water tank.
T II II P S F O R U S II II N G T H E A C C E S S O R II II E S
Before treating leather, special fabrics (especially draylon and velvet) or wooden surfaces with steam, consult the manufacturers' instructions and always proceed only after carrying out a test on a hidden part or a sample. Allow the area treated with steam to dry and then check whether any changes in colour or deformations have occurred, before proceeding further, ensuring exactly the same steam power and distance as in the test.
When cleaning wooden surfaces (furniture, doors, etc.), always proceed with caution since excessive use of steam could damage the wax, the polish or the colour of the surface to be cleaned. It is therefore advisable to apply the steam to these surfaces only for short periods at a time or to clean them with a cloth that has been treated with steam.
On particularly delicate surfaces (e.g. synthetic materials, enamelled surfaces, etc.), we strongly recommend using the steam at its lowest output power.
When cleaning glazed surfaces, if the weather is particularly cold pre-heat the glass working at distance of about 50 cm away from the surface.
To take care of your plants, we recommend spraying them from a distance of at least 50 cm.

- Connect the iron (B2) to the one-piece plug proceeding as shown in the "Operation" section.
- For steam-ironing, adjust the temperature of the iron by positioning the temperaturecontrol knob (Y) to COTTON-LINEN.
- Wait for 3 or 4 minutes until the push-button lamp (X) extinguishes to show that the soleplate of the iron has reached the required temperature.
- Press the steam-supply push-button (X) to enable the steam to come out. The steam flow will stop when the push-button is released. When you first start to use the iron a few drops of water may come out of the sole-plate mixed with the steam due to imperfect heat stabilisation. It is therefore advisable to direct the first jet of steam onto a rag.
- In order to obtain a continuous jet of steam move the sliding switch (W1). The steam will continue to come out even when the sliding switch is released. To stop the flow of steam push the sliding switch backwards (W1).
Important Note
Never leave the iron unattended while it is on.
Only iron on surfaces that withstand heat and that allow the steam to permeate through them.
