INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
1.
Cuando lo utilice por primera vez, limpie la superficie de las placas con un paño húmedo y séquelo. Luego esparza un poco
de mantequilla, margarina o aceite de cocina.
Conecte el enchufe en el tomacorriente.
Cuando la sanduchera está lista, después de unos 5 minutos, la luz de apto para cocinar se encenderá. (O la luz piloto se
apagará en tostadoras con una sola luz).
Abra completamente la sanduchera. Ponga una rebanada de pan en la placa inferior de la sanduchera con la mantequilla en
contacto con la placa.
Ponga el relleno, presionando contra la rebanada.
Ponga la otra rebanada con la mantequilla por encima y cierre la sanduchera cuidadosamente. Puede salir vapor por lo
lados de la sanduchera, tenga mucho cuidado para evitar quemaduras.
Asegure las dos partes de la sanduchera con el seguro. NOTA: durante el proceso la luz piloto se encenderá y apagará a
medida que el termostato se activa para mantener la temperatura.
El sánduche estará listo en 2-3 mins, o hasta que alcance el tostado deseado. Abra la Sanduchera para retirar el sánduche
coñ una espátula plástica o de madera. Nunca use utensilios metálicos, pues pueden dañar la superficie antiadherente.
Cierre la sanduchera para conservar el calor si va a preparar más sánduches o desconéctela si ha terminado.
Limpieza
Después de su uso y antes de limpiarlo, desconecte el enchufe, y espere a que la tostadora se enfríe,
Limpie el interior y los bordes de la placa con una toalla de papel absorbente de cocina o un paño suave.
Si el relleno es difícil de quitar, vierta un poco de aceite sobre el plato y limpie después de 5 minutos, cuando el relleno se
haya ablandado.
Limpie el exterior con un paño ligeramente húmedo para garantizar que no entre humedad, aceite o grasa dentro de las
ranuras.
No limpie el interior o exterior con cualquier material abrasivo ya que esto dañará el acabado.

capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or mstruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the hazards resulting from entanglement or tripping over a long cord; an
extension cord may be used with care, however, the marked electrical rating should be at least as great as the electrical rating of
this appliance. The extension cord should not be allowed to drape over the counter or tabletop where it can be pulled on by
children or tripped over.
INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
1. When using for the first time, wipe the surface of the platens with a damp cloth and dry with cloth, tissue etc. Then smear
the platen with butter, margarine or cooking fat.
2. Fit the plug into the wall socket.
When the Sandwich Maker 15 ready after about 5 mins the ready-to-cook light will come on. (or light will go off in toasters
with only one light).
4. Fully open the Sandwich Maker, Place a slice of bread in the bottom half with the buttered side against the platen,
Fill the sandwich, pressing the bottom half into the platen.
6. Place on the top slice with the buttered side up and carefully close the two parts of the toaster together. Do not force shut.
Steam will be ejected from between the platens, please be careful to avoid burns,
7. Lock the two halves with the wire clip whilst toasting is taking place. NOTE-During toasting the waming light will cycle
on and off while the thermostat keeps the toaster at the right temperature.
8. Your sandwich will be ready in 2-3 mins, or longer to suit your taste. Open the toaster and remove sandwich using plastic
or wooden spatula, Never use metal knife as this may damage the non-stick coating.
9. Close the lid to preserve the heat until ready to toast the next sandwiches.
10. Prepare further sandwiches if required whilst the one is cooking.
11. After use, remove the plug from the wall socket.
Cleaning
Bm After use and before cleaning, remove plug, wait for toaster to cool.
m Wipe the inside and the edges of the platen with kitchen absorbent paper toweling or a soft cloth,
m If filling is difficult to remove, pour a little cooking oil onto the platen and wipe off after 5mins when the filling has
softened.
m Wipe the outside with only a slightly moistened cloth ensuring that no moisture, oil or grease gets inside the cooking slots,
ME Do not clean the inside or outside with any abrasive scouring pad or steel wool as this will damage the finish.
