Problem
1. Buzzer beeps continuously and LED flashes.
Cause

2. Lack of water in jar.
Solution
1. Reassemble the lid, make sure the magnet is at the side of the handle.
2. Add water to the jar higher than the minimum mark.
2. Buzzer beeps continuously and LED flashes.
Food touches the overflow sensor before the procedure starts.
Clean the overflow sensor completely.
3. Buzzer beeps continuously and LED flashes other than above 1 and 2
Wrong use/ extended use that caused an overheating of the appliance.
Unplug the appliance, take off the jar and let it cool down for 10 minutes.
4. The appliance does not start.
The jar is not well fixed to the main unit. The security mechanism blocks the appliance.
Assemble the jar to the base correctly, push down a little so that you can hear a beep sound.
5. The food has burned. 1. The food used is too sweet or contains too much starch.
2. You warmed a soup without previously rinsing the jar, some food is stuck at the bottom of the jar.
1. Watch the cooking very carefully, if possible, use less sweet food or food that contains less starch ingredients.
2. Empty the jar and rinse it so as to get rid of the potential deposit concentrated at the bottom of the jar and then fill the jar again.
31
6. Spill-overs .
7. The food is not well mixed.
1. You exceeded the Max or soup Max mark of the jar.

1. Always consider the max level.
2. Put less water/stock in the food.
1. You did not choose the correct function.
1. Try another function.
2. Add some water/stock.
2. You did not add enough water.
8. The food is not cooked. 1. You have put too much food in the jar.
